We enjoyed having a kitchenette and slightly larger bed and bathroom compared to other places we stayed at in France. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available but very tight space getting to the second level. You need a compact car.

Although I selected this property on the basis that it had parking available, the reality is that it has a couple of spaces in a shared courtyard, and there were never any free during my stay. Parking on the streets is a nightmare, and I had to return to my car every 2 hours throughout the stay to extend it or move. Also the aircon was inadequate for the size of our room (2 bedroom with sofa bed), there was only one unit which was on the mezzanine. Consequently, none of us slept well. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed overpriced and there was an excellent boulangerie and spar just down the road.

Positives were the location ( a pleasant walk into town) and friendly staff who spoke good English.

The hotel is located in a very quiet safe area, yet there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff all spoke good English and are very friendly. The room is beautifully maintained. The only thing was the hotel WiFi was not very strong and I could not do video chat.

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so friendly and even helped my husband screw wheels back onto his broken suitcase!
Our family room was massive and very well equipped and comfortable.
The location was also great - within easy walking distance to the train station and into the main shopping area. Highly recommend!

We came to Toulouse for a wedding. The staff at Odalys City Toulouse Colombélie was so professional, kind and accommodating. Anaise And Emré at reception went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for an iron and they offered the ironing board, too. On the day of the wedding it was raining and they offered us umbrellas. We were transferring to the Odalys near the airport and Emré called for us to see if we could get a shuttle to transfer our luggage. They both made our stay at Odalys Colombélie extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Good value accommodations that is located about a 15 minutes walk to city center outskirts, but still within relatively close proximity. The room was clean and offered small kitchenette with electric stove top and mini fridge. Many Asian and ethnic restaurants are nearby for dinner and open at 19:00.

CONS
Bed could be more comfortable. No climate control in hotel room. I arrived on a very hot day, so a/c or fan would have been appreciated.

It is an ok hotel. We got a good deal but unlike in other hotels of the same rating the service really reflected the cheap price. The hall carpet was smelly, the room was nice and spacious, bathroom hshower handle was loose and we had it falling on us. Had to ask twice for more soap as they did not bother to replace. There was an Asian guy at front desk who was the most unfriendly I ever had experienced in my life. He is degenerou not cut to be attending people.

This was a great hotel. The location is great; it’s a ten minute walk from the train station and very closed to the city centre. The hotel itself was very clean and modern and we liked the simple design. The room was good – although a little small, it was very well designed and so did not feel cramped and the kitchenette was well equipped. It even had a dishwasher! The staff deserve special mention for being very warm and friendly. They provided many useful tips for restaurants etc. and even rang us to tell us when our room was ready. (We had arrived early before check-in time.) We loved the fact that the hotel had a small gym, pool and sauna. We did not have the buffet breakfast so cannot comment on this. It was also excellent value so overall we were incredibly happy with it and would highly recommend it.

Room was advertised as a family room but never mentioned that the main bed was upstairs (like a loft) which meant that the bathroom was at the furthest point in the suite from the bed. The kitchenette was well equipped and adequate towels were provided for a family. Location is very good and reasonably quiet at night.

It's OK.

I didn't have much choice due to late booking and I took a risk with regards to the previous reports of bad smells in the rooms. Well I can now report that it really is quite unpleasant, especially when you return to your room from being out all day. I assume the smell comes from the drains and it spoiled what would otherwise have been a good stay.

We complained to reception but were told that the hotel was full and they couldn't move us so we were stuck with it.

On a posititive note, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have a small (enclosed) kitchenette area but I wouldn't like to do much more than boil an egg as it does have limitations (see pictures).
The room isn't exactly spacious so we lived out of our suitcases for 3 nights as there's no space to unpack.

Our room wasn't serviced on the middle day and if you stay for longer periods you are expected to negotiate the maze in the basement to dispose of your own waste. (You' get charged if you don't).

Approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the station even with suitcases and not rushing, and a short walk to the nearest shops so it is in a good location.

Staff were friendly but the smells would deter me from re-booking.

Arrived at around midday to be informed that our room would not officially be ready until 3pm, however after a short period using the free wifi in the lobby, the friendly receptionist was able to give us our key. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. Although we did not use the kitchenette in our room, it looked more than adequate if you wished to self cater. That said, there is a great variety or restaurants in the vicinity. Overal, great value for money

Location appart hôtel : pas de serviette pour la cuisine, pas de serviette spécifique pour les mains dans la salle de bain. On apprend en arrivant que le \"kit vaisselle\" intégrant une serviette est payant. Seulement 1 serviette de bain par personne pour plusieurs nuits, c'est peu et l'argument écologique sonne comme du greenwashing. Lavabo de la SDB qui fuit, et non réparé malgré notre signalement. Le frigo était relativement sale avec même une pâte retrouvée en bas. L'insonorisation était le point le plus médiocre, couplé au fait que la toiture sur laquelle donnait notre fenêtre a été en travaux (scie, disqueuse) pendant deux matinées sur notre séjour, et à chaque fois vers 8h du matin... Même un jour férié. Le personnel à la réception était agréable mais n'avait pas de réelle solution à nous proposer. Un échange de chambre aurait été le minimum et l'hôtel nous a semblé loin d'être complet lors de notre passage.

Mais salle de bain peu fonctionnelle, canalisations bouchées, draps et serviettes avec quelques taches et un luminaire HS, peu insonorisé, on entend aussi bien l’extérieur que tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, tout cumulé cela fait beaucoup de points négatifs pour une chambre à 105 € (heureusement en promo au lieu de 150 €) a laquelle on ajoute un petit déjeuner payant.

Le séjour à l’hôtel s’est bien déroulé.

Toutefois, nous avons payé un parking 24€ pour deux nuits et nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouver notre voiture rayée. Si nous avions su, nous aurions garé notre voiture autre part.

Malheureusement, cela entache la note globale que nous mettons au séjour.

Apparthotel très standard dans un vieux batiment du centre de Toulouse. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et spacieuses. Le personnel d accueil est très sympathique. La kitchenette et les équipements sont bien et l ambiance est assez calme sur la rue sur laquelle donnait ma chambre. Bie. Placé dans le centre ville et proche de la gare l hotel est vraiment parfait pour les visiteurs qui aiment l indépendance.

Très grand appartement sur classé mais j'étais seule et l'entretien laisse à désirer (plinthe manquante, placard indigne..) le matelas peu confortable et son enveloppe fait du bruit, la salle de bain n'est pas agréable...bref Moyen mais rapport qualité prix finalement correct

Cet appartement est idéalement placé pour profiter facilement du centre ville sans en supporter les nuisances.
Tout est facilement accessible à pied et il est facile de se garer près de l'établissement.
L'appartement est très grand, clair, moderne, propre et bien équipé.
L'hôtesse d'accueil est très aimable, à l'écoute et de bon conseil.
Le seule petit bémol concerne le prix exagéré des petits déjeuner.
Je recommande sans réserve et j'y reviendrais si je retourne à Toulouse.

Le camere sono grandi e anche dotate di una piccola cucina completamente accessoriata.
La colazione è eccellente.

Très bon hotel , la Chambre était très calme et propre . le personnel est extremement sympathique et serviable.Je conseille très fortement. Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille.
