This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean and modern, with friendly staff and close to everything. Bed was comfortable and the balcony overlooked a quiet street.

PROS: Kitchenette well stocked (plates, cups, silverware, knives), has electric kettle, hob, fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Large bathroom with towel warmer and good water pressure in shower. Washer/dryer available on premises. Everything immaculate. Close to bus line, walk to restaurants. Staff is multi-lingual and super nice.

Cautions: Once-a week cleaning (more often for a fee). Bring a washcloth (towels and bed linens provided). Liquid hand and body wash provided (bring shampoo, conditioner). Breakfast is very good with nice selection, but a bit pricey. No in-room coffee maker. No parking on-site, but garage is a few blocks away.

CONS: None. Would stay again and highly recommend this property.

Hotel was fine . Though air con didn’t work and requested two single beds but got a double ..requested complimentary airport service and was told 6am . It didn’t turn up much to the embarrassment of the hotel staff .was advised to get an uber. Receptionist Caroline was lovely. Overall all ok but 25 min walk to the night life/ centre. Would stay again

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. There was some minor wear and tear in the rooms, but nothing that affected the overall comfort. The rooms come equipped with all the essentials if you want to cook, although there isn’t a comfortable communal area to eat together.

The hotel is conveniently located about 2 minutes from the main road, where you can catch buses to the centre of Toulouse. If you prefer to walk, it’s roughly 30 minutes.

The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by most hotels standards, as is the checkout time of midday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel!

I had a balcony room, so it was really nice to sit outside for a bit in the mornings or evenings. The room also had a little kitchen, so that you could get some food from the nearby grocery store. The room itself was beautiful and bright, the bed was comfy and it was very quiet in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my stay in Toulouse.

The kitchen facilities were not realistic - token only: no cutting board, no soap / dishwasher tablets. If you’re staying for a short while the kitchen is pretty well worthless.

We’d flown to Toulouse to celebrate my birthday and not only do I hope to visit again, I hope to be staying at the same property again!

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, in a really convenient location & the staff were super helpful and friendly!

There was a mark on the wall in the bathroom where maybe the extending mirror had scratched it but aside from that, we both had an amazing stay & look forward to coming!

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The self service laundry was just what I needed after more than 2 weeks of travel. The staff was helpful. Not too many eating establishments close by, but the bakery on the corner had a nice sandwich and great apple pastry.
The rooms were large and the breakfast was very good, great croissants and several choices. Highly recommended.

Bathroom had a very strong mold and mildew smell, typical of water getting behind wallboard or tiles, which the front desk staff claimed was residual cleaning products and promised to provide a new room for our second night stay, but no follow through took place.

Friendly front desk staff, excellent value rooms with comfortable bed and tv that can log in to netflix / amazon. Quiet rooms- we weren’t disturbed by anyone else. Well equipped mini kitchen and generally 20-30 min walk to touristy spaces. We are very happy to be able to use free airport transfer. The only criticism is that the towels are tiny, thin and very poor quality. Would stay again though.

My first stay in Toulouse. And I would stay at Odalys again should I return. It's far enough from the hustle and noise of the historic center. About 15 minutes walk to Place St Pierre where the action really begins, or 10 minutes from a metro station. 2 city bike stations with 300 meters, and the public shuttle from the airport is about 200m away, 15 minutes from the airport. Super convenient.
Comfy room, with kitchenette, microwave, plates and cooking ware, only thing missing is an iron and an iron board.
Good TV, good bed, good shower (i say : bring your own shampoo , trust....)
No maid service if you stay under a week, which i kinda liked.

Good breakfasts - not much change day to day, but there was such a big range I could change what I ate from day to day. Some things would run out (like yoghurt, or tomatoes) and not be replaced for days. That was a little odd.
The room was OK, but a bit hot in winter time (and hard to get the temperature down). The guest laundry sounds good, but the drying machine hardly worked and it was under huge pressure as there was one of them and it was slow (but two clothes washing machines).
The lack of house keeping is not a great option - I stayed for 8 nights and the sheets/towels (etc) were not replaced once. That really let the place down.

I was very pleased with my 4 night stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s a brand new building and the rooms are very spacious, clean, quiet and having a kitchenette (which includes a fridge, dishwasher and stove) was a bonus. The front desk staff were so helpful with directions and accommodating my requests. The airport bus (for inexpensive weekend departure) is a 5 minute walk away, as well as a grocery store, local bistros, bakery and pharmacy. I highly recommend staying here as a solo traveller, with your family or while you’re in Toulouse for business.
