The hotel is in a prime location, convenient to visit the sites, but quiet and comfortable.

The staff is amazing. They are the most friendly, helpful, and pleasant hotel staff I’ve experienced. I will return to Toulouse, in part, just to stay at such a pleasant, well-run hotel.

A great stay.

We had a fantatstic family stay at the Mercure hotel Toulouse. We had a very warm welcome in the early hours of the morning by Cedric,who gave my boys French and Spanish lessons while checking in. The room was large and bunk beds perfect for the boys, even my tall teenager.
During our stay we enjoyed happy hour at the bar and played pool and table football.
Hotel was situated about ten minutes away from the centre but lovely gardens and restaurants next to the hotel. There is a McDonalds right nice door which was handy on the first morning.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The AC did not work at all. Hallways smell terrible. The tv did not work. The telephone did not work to call the reception. The bed sofa was missing sheets/blanket. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money here. Finally when we went to the parking they were cleaning the septic tank.. so the goodbye was very stinky. Do not recommend this place!

As with all Accor hotels I stayed in, super clean and comfortable hotel.

Bed was a dream, so comfy it was instant sleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow.

Room was spacious.

The room had a kettle and some instant coffee and tea bags available if you were desparate for a hot drink. A coffee shop is only 5 minutes away for higher quality coffee.

Breakfast price I found it too high, again local cafe and food court available 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Reception stafd super friendly and accomodating. The lobby is spacious, you can socialise well if you are a biggrr group.

The bus to the Airport stops a 1 minute walk to the left of the hotel exit, metro line and other bus connections again 1minute walk away.

5minutes walk and a local park and the Japanese gardens are available for a quiet reflective space.

Superb for groups as well as solo travellers.

Lovely two night stay in Toulouse before heading to our self catering apartment in the country. Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast and welcome air conditioning (in the baking heat). Very helpful staff. My boys particularly liked their bunk bed in the family room.

Excellent stay !

Our staying in the hotel was amazing, extremely friendly people, always helpful, always smiley! The breakfast was super-good. The location super-convenient and also the comfort of the rooms.
I will definitely go back!

Convenient and comfortable

A very nice, comfortable hotel. We parked in the hotel car park (14 euros a day), which was convenient for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of the old town.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great weekend stay!

Great stay. We were a family of 4, got a big room with a double bed and bunkbeds for the kids. Very clean. Good space. Very quiet, didn't hear any outside noise or internal noise.

Food was really good. Great buffet breakfast, great selection. 20 min walk to grand place. Really recommend.

Great hotel for business and leisure

Not worth 4 stars!

The stay was pretty bad with no air conditioning during a heat wave for the bogus reason that it was no longer summer! They had many complaints about the air conditioning but the only answer they had was to open the windows which allowed the mosquitoes to come in! There is no gym either. It is very expensive and not worth the 4 stars. Definitely a NO!

Clean and mostly ok

There was no way to turn off the A/C that was blowing cold air straight into the bed. Setting the fan to zero did not work. Also, the system was loud which also disturbed me during the night. The arrangement of the room is awkward, too (toilet is separate from the bathroom and the minibar + the free water provided indide is difficult to find).

Hotel has very good location walking distance to most attractions. Also next to the supermarket. Room service was attentive and receptionist aswell. Room has enough decoration for comfortable stay.

Nice for a few days of meetings

The property is in an excellent location! Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only issue I had was the tub was so high! I had to strain to lift my leg to get in it. Other than that, it was very nice hotel in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a weekend break.

Great hotel within 15 minute walk from Toulouse Centre (the airport bus stops directly outside, and it's literally next to a metro stop). The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. breakfast had a great choice (including lots of products with the taste violets, the local flower, such as honey and teas). The room was clean, with kettle and teas, but looked a bit more dated than the lobby.

Elegent and meticulous.

We felt welcomed and well cared for. Very nice room, excellent location.
Our only issue is some confusion over the multiple Mercure locations in Toulouse. We thought we were joining our daughter at the same hotel at the end of her trip. But we ended up at different locations!

This location is a bit difficult for checking in. There was no apparent driveway, and the mixed use commercial parking lot confused us, and we missed the preferred spot for parking at the hotel.

Hotel’s big advantage is it has parking underneath the hotel and is fairly central. As with so many hotels, they use duvet’s which are to hot even in early Oct. This invariably means turning up the A/C, which in this case made little difference. Comfort and decor was marginal so we felt this hotel was a little over-priced.

Toulouse stopover

Good hotel and location. Airport shuttle bus stop is right outside and runs every 20 mins. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Advised restaurant closed on check in but good recommendations for alternative so not a problem.

Avoid room service

The room was small and overlooked dreary buildings. We paid 150 Euros and for such a big price, you would expect the little extras. One small bottle of water was left for two people, the hairdryer was very poor quality and the shower didn't work properly.

This is a good motel equivalent in a noisy street

Great stay, would definitely return!

I had a great check-in/check-out experience and the staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. They were able to hold my luggage for about an hour after I checked out, which was nice. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was a little hard for me, but it was ok. It would have been nice to have an outlet in the bathroom, but for a night it wasn't a problem. I didn't hear any noise from the rooms on either side of me, but I did hear people talking and laughing in the hallway both late at night and early in the morning. But the internet worked well and had pretty good speed - no problem connecting or staying connected. The tv had many channels, including a couple English ones, which was nice. The hotel is in an excellent location for transportation, with the airport bus stopping right in front as well as a metro station right there as well (there are also some other buses that stop there). There's a number of little cafes and restaurants and a Carrefour market about 1-2 minutes by foot. There's also a Subway and a McDonald's right by the hotel!

Overall excellent hotel with knowledgeable staff.

Excellent and very good location.
However it is evident that the type of event for which you stay in a hotel does influence your view of it.
In this case it was very pleasant for me.
One of the staff went out of her way to show me how shift gear in rear in order to park.
These French, of whom i seem to identify part of myself with, have there way of manufacturing things that have their own characteristics!

Don't let the location put you off!

This hotel is only a 15 minute walk max from the town centre and is the first stop on the airport bus route so is well worth a stay. Lots of great local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk - or you can make the effort to go further into town. Some people might find the area a bit gritty but it all depends what you're used to - we live in a city and didn't feel at all intimidated, even at night. Try the Compans Café over the road - fab food, very reasonable and lovely service. Toulouse is an interesting and vibrant city - we had a fabulous time.

Good quality hotel - comfortable, clean, quiet and good reception service. Good location - at metro, very accessible by car yet only 15 mins walk to city centre. Just as well since the immediate area is not good for restaurants and we found the hotel restaurant quite disappointing

Good hotel handy for the airport & city centre

This is a standard business-type hotel, clearly geared towards the conference trade arising from the conference centre attached to the back of it. The hotel is very slightly dated but perfectly adequate for our needs, the best thing being the location - the airport shuttle stops just outside and it is also just next to a metro station (though the city centre is within fairly easy walking distance). We didn't try the breakfast, using the very handy supermarket just next door instead (there's also a McDonalds). Negatives were that there were no English speaking TV channels (surprising when they no doubt have many foreign guests) and the WIFI, though free, kept dropping off. Also, there was no iron in the room. We would go back again, though - Toulouse is a fantastic city!

Hotel is a liitle dificult to locate the first time. After, it is OK. Very close to the all the directions by car. Excellent underground parking, very secure with a call to open the door and a code that is given to you at the front desk and changes daily.
I was lucky that I did not break a bone because there is a step difficult to notice going to the breakfast room, but other than that, the staff very friendly, specially the young lady that was there when we arrived and spoke perfect Spanish.
