Everyone was very friendly. The property isn't renovated or modern; it's fine, but nothing special. It's spacious, and the tram is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for exploring the fabulous city of Toulouse.

Excellent staff and helpful helpline

Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. Would happily stay here again when in Toulouse.

Great aparthotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Well situated - both for walking into the city centre (<30 mins to Pont Neuf) and/or the metro etc
Pool looked fab - but access is difficult if you are mobility-impaired.
Bed was comfortable and small kitchen was well,equipped for prepping uncomplicated meals.
Only downside? Smell from drains in the bathroom area. Toilet was fine - it was just the drains from the bath and sink that were pungent.
All in all - great value.

Wonderful stay.

Arrived early as had early flight. The receptionist was very accommodating and found us an available room. This was very welcome as it was 34 degrees at that point.
Air condioning was fantastic. A life saver.
Average temperature over the 5 miles guts was 37 degrees. Slept better than at home.
Electric shutters blocked out light and sound of trams passing.
Perfect!

A warm welcome and able to access room early which was brilliant as we were very tired and it was very wet weather. We loved the well equipped kitchenette in the room so we could cook dinner during our stay.
Lift from outside car park up to reception wasn’t working but main lift in hotel up to rooms was fine.

The hitel is basic but clean amd a good base. Staff are very happy to help. The only issue was breakfast. It is not worth the money and on the 2nd day half the food wasnt put out. Best to go over the road to a bakers.

Lovely aparthotel about 15 minutes by metro. Nearest stop is the Hippodrome, literally a minute walk. Great hotel if going to the Zenith (walking distance).

City center about 15 mins tram/tube.

Only downside is breakfast is relatively dear at 15euro but it was nice enough

Great overnight stopover. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Free car park was a bonus. We walked into town from here - about 30 mins. Only downside was mouse from the railway and the nearby airport but for one night, it was worth it.

Right by Zenith Tram

So convenient for the Tram to Toulouse (and back to the airport) and a few minutes walk to the Zenith - the reason for this trip. Remember this is an apartment, so there is no daily cleaning. But this gives the freedom to walk a few hundred metres down the road to the baker and supermarket and do your own thing with a small kitchen with all you need. Room overlooked the Hippodrome. Staff were helpful. Happy to stay here next time in Toulouse.

The hotel is fine. The room is nice. But it’s difficult to find because the name on building is different than name in res and the desk closes early with nobody to let you in. It’s ridiculous. It took me an hour to find the place and get in near midnight. I was panicking.

Out of town and a good price for a weekend stay. Booked two rooms which were allocated next to each other which was convenient. Room size sufficient with useful kitchenette.Sound barrier between rooms was good but why put chairs in rooms with tiled floors? There is always one occupant who stays up until 2 am moving chairs (dreadful noise) and then gets up again at 7 am!

Receptionist good but we only saw them on arrival and at departure. All other times reception was closed. We had one tv not working but were not able to report it. The smoke alarm in the other room had a plastic bag over it, presumably by a previous occupant, but we didn’t feel we should touch it so there it stayed, which was not ideal.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was, although satisfactory you would have to eat everything on offer to get value for money.

Nearby tram and metro use for €6 a day got us everywhere we wanted to go.

Overall a reasonable place to stay. Love the fact there is a big window which is completely accessible via a wide window cill and opens fully - on the fourth floor! Jump opportunity which you never get in UK😂.

Just the bare necessities like no hairdryer, (you had to rent one for a large fee) and very small rooms. It could use a coat of pain & some cleaning...especially in the hallways. The Location was good but for the money it was really not worth it.

Inexpensive, yet excellent accommodation very near Zenith tram stop.
Short ride to city center.
My bed was extremely comfortable. In the other room was a pull out sofa. Kitchen area with plates, cups, pots, utensils, dishwasher.
Apartment has a balcony, too.
Air conditioning worked well and when windows were closed, they kept out any street noise. So, very quiet at night. Never heard any other guests in their apartments.
A Carrefour grocery store was at next tram stop. And a Casino grocery store with short walking distance.
Area felt safe.
Would highly recommend. Booked on Expedia and paid around 400 dollars for 6 nights.

Convenience of home close to Toulouse and Pyrenees

Our stay at Residhome Toulouse Occitania was Brief but very enjoyable. Check in was a breeze and we discovered a very clean, bright suite. Bed was pretty comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the A metro line, making it a very convenient means to travel in and out of the city center. Free parking is available but the lot tends to fill up quickly in the evening. A garage parking spot is about 8€/night. We opted for the breakfast buffet for one day only due to cost 10€/person. Quality spread of typical continental options with a hot water bath for eggs as well as a convenient timing guide. We opted for a cooked breakfast in our room the next morning which we sourced from the local supermarket for half the price and enjoyed the freedom of packing and cooking at our leisure. The kitchen was well stocked; they even include dish soap etc. This would be an excellent base for day trips throughout the region with the added benefit of being located an easy distance from the airport.

Clean hotel and room. Well equipped and furnished.
Stayed in early January and the heating obviously on in the hotel but very hot in the apartment. There’s no air conditioning to cool the rooms so had to leave windows open and as is on a main road was rather noisy.

Bed was comfortable in the bedroom, but sofa bed was very hard in the lounge but easy to use.

Also would be great if you could put high safety latches/chains on the door. My 3yr old thought it was funny to open the front door and escape into the corridor in the night - if we hadn’t been awake to hear her she would have got locked out and we wouldn’t have know.

Also, best/fastest internet at a hotel I've ever experienced. I was able to live stream an American football game and it was almost HD quality. Front desk spoke English really well. Great stay.

This was a great stay: clean, comfortable, modern and designed with great skill, i.e. everything seemed to work and be well thought out. The bed was really comfortable, kitchen facilities exactly what you need, good wifi, bathroom with a bath!. It had a very clean, pleasant swimming pool, excellent laundry to do your own clothes washing and helpful and efficient staff. We came on public transport and it was easy to get to - just a subway trip then a short trip on the bus. The area is pleasant and though you can watch the planes coming in there is no noise. Would highly recommend the place.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during Euro 2016, there was no mention on Hotels.com website of a 50 Euro \"cleaning charge\" when I checked in the lady insisted I pay 50 Euro before she would let me have the key. I was told this money would be refunded to me a few days after check out. I have chased the hotel and a month later I still haven't received a refund of the 50 Euro. There is no way the room was untidy as we only slept and showered in the room as we were only in Toulouse for two nights and were out enjoying the city and the football from early morning until late at night.

Ideal for short stay

If you want to visit Toulouse this is well placed with a tram line right outside the door. From here you can get into the airport and city. Just one stop away is the station Arenes which has links to just about anywhere. The hotel is relatively quiet and although not far off the airport flight path, I didn't find the noise intrusive. If you have a car, it has the bonus of a free gated car park which always had spaces (visited July). There is a small petrol station, mini supermarket and patisserie a short walk down the road and i'm sure I saw an Aldi too. Driving around is quite straightforward - I used a satnav - but if you can, avoid the rush hour, which sees the roads in and out of Toulouse pretty busy. There is a pool which I think is ok for a quick dip to cool off. I wouldn't want to linger there just because it's not a particularly relaxing environment. I wouldn't bother with breakfast which is quite limited and expensive unless you intend to eat most of what's on offer. I would have liked a few more things in the apartment such as a toaster, egg cups, saw knife etc. but what was there was OK for a few days. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice shower.

Pleasant place to stay in Toulouse

This was a very affordable option for staying in Toulouse. Very easy to reach the center with a tram and metro. Very large supermarket nearby so that we could take advantage of the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Nice quiet area in the evening and not at all noisy. Staff were friendly.

Good Hotel, Verify Check-in, Metro to Town Center

This hotel (apartment) was exactly as described; clean, convenient, roomy and comfortable. However, we arrived on a Sunday and though our confirmed check-in time was 3pm there was a sign on the door saying Sundays they are closed until 5pm. We were also locked out of the parking lot until we could check-in and there was nowhere else to park. There was a phone number to call but having just landed from overseas we didn't have a phone plan yet. Not impressed.

Please note: Though it is a hike to walk into the center of town (about 40 mins), the tram and subway is super efficient and user friendly (and we felt safe in the evenings). The Zenith Tram stop is right outside the hotel. Take the tram to Arenes, transfer to the metro and get off at Esquirol or Capitol to be in the historic center. There are only 2 subway lines so it is very easy. We bought a 10 trip pass for 13.50€, I used it on the tram, then my husband used it right after me; when we transfered to the metro it automatically recognized the two transfers. So the tram then subway ride into town only used 2/10 trips for the two of us.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

This hotel filled our needs quite nicely. It was not very central, but the tram stop right outside, corresponding with the metro system, made everything accessible.

The room was pleasant and quite large, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of May. Hotel seems quite new and has 2 lifts. Rooms were a good size and had all the kitchen items you could want including a dishwasher. bedroomed units had 2 TVs which was great for the kids. It is 100 m from tram stop which goes to the airport one way and Palais de Justis the other.There is a good choice of good value tickets but beware the machines do not take notes. If you are driving it is on the roundabout and can be recognised by Residhome on the exterior - not Occitania. Would stay there again.

Residhome is now my first choice for a citybreak!

We loved this style of 'hotel' and stayed for 3 nights #£190 total in July#. The kids had their own space and we had a separate bedroom. The cooking space was a bonus especially the dishwasher! There was a Carrefour 10mins walk so anything that could be cooked on a ring or in a microwave is easy to get. There was a lovely patisserie across the road for fresh pain au chocolat for breakfast!
There was also a small supermarket beside the patisserie which was handy for drinks and snacks.
To get into Toulouse we chose to walk 10mins to the underground metro and go four stops right to the Place du Capitole - a return journey for a family of four cost 6euros. There was also a bus stop outside the hotel and a tram stop across the road although the tram heads towards the airport.
Car parking is free in the hotels outside car park but paying for the underground car park. We never had a problem getting a free space. At night it was an easy drive into the city and we would recommend the Japanese gardens for a nice walk and great park for the kids - there is a car park beside it.
The pool was a nice touch at the end of a hot summer's day.
Breakfast was available for 10 euros but the pain au chocolat from the patisserie were so nice we did not bother.
As a family we would look for a Residhome again as our first choice!

We used the hotel as a stop off for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean and functional and had easy access to both the airport and the city centre. The metro was a 10 min walk away and a short journey took you into all the tourist attractions. On any future visit to Toulouse I would certainly stay at the Occitania again.

We enjoyed our stay at Residhome. The train and bus stations are convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They spoke in English which helped a lot. The only downside to the location is that there isn't very much to do in that area, unless you go the City Centre. All restaurants close by 7pm.
I would recommend this hotel.

The premises are out of town and

The premises are out of town and you need to catch the Metro into the main city which is a 5-10 min walk away and very easy to get to, however this location suited our purposes as it meant not having to negotiate our way around the city centre and it was easy to find our way in and get back out on the ring road.

It is quite new and set up well for the businessman looking for a home away from home if working in Toulouse for the week. All facilities are new and are explained in English as well as French so no translation was required.

I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel

I was very impressed with the room; it was a good size, it had everything I needed including free wireless internet and free slippers; the staff were very polite and helpful. The location is also great as it is close to the Metro. I would definitely stay there again.
