Great location: quiet, secure building, and close to local amenities. Also beside the river and near to crossing points, with lovely views, especially for photos. The accommodation is clean, with a wide range of facilities. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and have a good knowledge of the local area. I'd recommend staying here, especially for solo female travellers.

Great accommodation! They communicated well and responded promptly. Very good location to major spots and attractions. Right by Pont Neuf and nice river walk. Only thing would be the radiator was not the easiest to adjust.

The room was very basic. Poor facilities. half of the lights did not work. One heater did not work and the room was very cold, particularly beuase of the floor furnish. The furnitures and the kitchen equipment very old and poor. They were wven not match. No sense of beauty. No floor towel for the bathroon. The batteries inside the remorlte control were rusted and dod not work. There was not even a salt of a tea bag in the room. over all it was im the range of a one start hotel appartement. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were cold and dated for at least two days. No real milk no hot dishes. I wont try the residence again. Only the recption was cheerful and welcoming. thanks for that.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. In fact, after being there for 6 nights, we extended our stay for another 3 nights. Because it is across town from Gare Matabiau, we were worried at first that it would also be far from points of interest. However, that is not the case, and one can easily get to the hotel via the underground metro. Just take the A (red) line at Marengo Metro station one stop to Jean Jairès and change to the B (yellow) line going toward Palais de Justice & get off there. It is a short 8 min walk from there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman named Tony!! He personifies excellent customer service!

I’m afraid the quality of communication was awful. We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience

Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.

You can walk easily to any of the big sites and if you are in town for a conference at MEETT like I was, the tram is in walking distance to the hotel and goes directly to the conference center. It does take 1 hour, though, but better than paying 60 euros at peak times in an Uber. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

L'accueil à notre arrivée laissait à désirer. On a appelé pour savoir où stationner la voiture, la dame ne savait pas quoi nous répondre. Elle nous a accueilli comme si elle était très lasse, pas de sourire, aucune chaleur. C'était pénible pour elle de nous donner des informations.
