The staff was not very helpful. Was not rude either but not worry about making you feel welcome. Maybe because was already late when we done the check in. When asked about restaurants around the answer was MacDonalds. We drove around and we manage to get a nice restaurant.

Apart from not being able to get a positive response to our phone call regarding arrangements for check-in on Saturday (Reception did not open till 6p.m.) the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was basic but perfectly serviceable and clean however unbearably hot with only a fan - no air conditioning, so very uncomfortable overnight.

C'était parfait. Situé idéalement à 2 mn de l'hôpital Purpan .J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur compréhension quant à mon départ anticipé, indépendant de ma volonté, puisque mon mari hospitalisé a pu sortir plus tôt que prévu. L'hôtel ne m'a pas pénalisé sur les réservations que je n'ai pu honorer . D'autre part les petits déjeuners sont copieux et le personnel discret et efficace.

Es un buen hotel para aquellos que viajan por negocios o solo para una noche dormir y seguir viaje. Tiene un buen restaurante. Muy difícil localización para aquellos que nos tenemos que guiar por el GPS ya la dirección que figuran en la reserva y en la página del hotel es una rotonda, por su puesto que el GPS no puede localizar. Sugiero al hotel y a VENERE que la dirección sea exacta con calle,número localidad y aquellos que no lo tengan así como este hotel las coordenadas.
