Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc on nous donnes une deuxième chambre à 21h mais même problème. Piscine à l’abandon et donc fermée. Le plus drôle c’est de suivre les panneaux pour voir l’espace golf (trois carrés de 1 mètre par 1 mètre de pelouse synthétique….. a éviter

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée et explications très claires sur les horaires, accès etc..
Logement propre et spacieux en formule Duplex ! Soucis de réglage de la clim pour la partie basse du logement puisque un seul boîtier commande le logement (RDC et l'étage) donc un peu chaud en bas !
Très bonne literie et grand format super apprécié !
Par contre gros gros bémol sur la piscine !!! Honteux de garder un bassin dans cet état pour un établissement donnant ce standing. Cela vient complétement dénoter l'ensemble. Il vaudrait mieux ne pas avoir de piscine que d'en laisser l'accès ainsi : liner qui se décolle, fond du bassin avec des grosses bulles d'air ainsi que les parois ! Eau trouble, cheveux que l'on peut ramasser a la pelle ! Manque une douche pour se rincer avant de se baigner ! Bref à revoir et vite ! Pas agréable du tout

Excellent clean high quality apartment that we used for an overnight journey break. Toilet and bath were excellent and we slept very comfortably. The only complain is about the breakfast which was quite poor. If I am paying 17,50 Euros per person for breakfast then I expect a very good breakfast. The breakfast was very limited choice and not host was present to ensure that items didn’t run out. The bread basket was empty, the juice machine didn’t work. Food was running out and no one was there to attend.

Dump. Enjoy cheap furniture but tired of the smooth look of laminate? No problem! Everything is beyond chipped and falling apart! You love patio chairs for a desk chair? Perfect fit! They offer 8 oz plastic chairs that come with a drainage hole in the seat in case it rains inside! Don’t like eating or drinking on Saturdays? A great place to begin a diet because everything is closed! You say you love the look of plastic thats so old it’s turned yellow? This is your place! Do you adore that plush feeling underfoot? Great news! They have indoor/outdoor carpeting in your bedroom! Tired of that pesky chambermaid cleaning the place? Super! They provide you with your very own toilet brush and sponges! (No cleanser necessary!) Who doesn’t love a fresh cup of coffee in the morning? Well you’re in luck! They have a coffee maker right in your room. (Unfortunately, no coffee or filters available and good luck finding a grocery market.) The balcony really was nice, you can hear all the fun industrial sounds of factories all day and night!
Don’t try calling the front desk because there’s no phone or USB station to charge your devices.
Have a super stay!

The hotel itself is clean and there are great food options inside the building. The reasons for the poor rating are regarding the comfort. The beds were hard as a rock and you only had one flimsy pillow. The rooms were very hot and we had a hard time sleeping because of it. Lastly, when we entered the apartment there was a very strong odor of cheese in the room. We had to open all windows to make it go away

Unpleasant staff. Our request to prepare the room with a baby bed was not fulfilled despite calling twice in advance asking for this. We arrived late (after 23:00) with a small baby. We had to wait 15 minutes in line to be served and then were requested to settle all bills in advance at almost midnight, despite leaving a card for deposit. The rooms were dark and outdated. Not a good stay!

I liked having a full restaurant, bar and laundry room available.

I didn't like the connected light switches. If you switch more than one on another turns off. Good idea, but it's bad when i want to switch them all off and that causes others to turn on and i end up playing a switch game right before bed.I didn't like the open shower with the chair. I'm accustomed to either a bath or at least a segregated shower area.

I didn't like all the mosquitos in the building and in my room. I woke up with bug bites every night.

Bad Wi-Fi connection didn't reach the 5th floor and when i asked about it i just a got shrug.

Bad communication, i asked for an additional night when i first arrived, was told \"ok\" and on the second night i get an email being told my things would be at reception because i had to check out. I told the receptionist what happened and she still acted like it was my fault.

Spacious room, but IKEA -like furniture, no water pressure in the shower, room to the street is loud and not noise protected, completely unorganized and overcrowded breakfast buffet with limited choice.

Very well appointed apartment. Modern and very clean. Good restaurant & very helpful & friendly staff. Close to autoroute connection and also easy to get into central Toulouse. 10 mins from airport but no noise from aircraft. Excellent for a short stay in this lovely city in France.

This hotel was beautiful! The best place we stayed at in France among 3 total hotels. The only thing we didn't like about it was the market. You're able to buy food, snacks and drinks at the market through the restaurant at the property. We went to it about 4 times and each time had to wait a very long time to be helped (up to 10 minutes without even being acknowledged). The last 3 times we finally would just go to reception to ask them to help and they'd direct us to the restaurant, but we'd share they weren't helping us so they just would. It was annoying and we felt like we were getting in the way. There also aren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance so you basically have to buy from there if you don't want to have to drive around.

HORRIBLE!

The single worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and we travel to Europe every year. First, our key did not work. Back down for a new key. It worked BUT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM! We walked in to find a husband & wife in their bed! NO APOLOGY from the reception desk. In fact, they did not believe us! They called their room at 11:30 at night to make sure. Then they stuck us in a room with chipped and worn-out furniture, no air conditioning in the bedroom, no towels, a broken TV and no wifi. The Manager told us there was nothing she could do for us -- not even an apology, as it turns out. We would have to try and get any sort of refund (or apology) from Expedia. Believe me, we will demand a refund.

Not really a hotel - its a service apartment

Its basically a service apartment with basic kitchenette capabilities. Close to bus stop. No metro lines nearby. Have to take a bus to Arenes to get hold of metro. The restaurant inside is good with some good quality food.
No room service. If you need something (eg bottle opener in my case) the reception/room service didnt bring it in the room. I had to go to the bar to get the bottle opened up.
Overall its ok. Just have the right expectations. You will be fine here.

Good for business people

Stayed here for a couple of days with my wife as I was visiting Airbus. Ideal for a short stay and felt larger as it was an apartment with separate kitchen/ sitting room. Had a kettle but no coffee, tea etc. You will need to provide these yourself. Food was good but beware the morning rush for breakfast by all the businessmen and women.
Also note that the area around the hotel is commercial and traffic can be really bad mornings and evenings.

The apart/hotel was disappointing and in need of renovation.
The sofa had a large tear in the arm and the dona cover was torn. The beds very uncomfortable.
Parking is limited and insufficient for the number of cars using the facility. We were advised of the undercover car park but when we tried to use it there were no lights working and it did not feel safe. No restaurants close by.

This establishment probably provides adequate residential solutions to people who are not likely to remain in the Toulouse area long. It may serve other purposes, but Zenitude is not an \"airport\" hotel.
When my wife and I searched for an airport hotel, it was for our usual reasons, so we could avoid complications the following morning in order to reach our flight in a calm manner. Thus we sought a place on the Orbitz site which was not simply in Toulouse in general but in close proximity to the airport. As a rule, such hotels will offer free shuttle service to the departure gates, so, we made sure this option was checked off on the hotel site.
Imagine our upset when we finally located this establishment nowhere near Blagnac airport, but in an industrial area, from which we would leave ourselves subjected to all manner of possible rush-hour difficulties the following morning. Then we were informed at the desk that their idea of \"shuttle service\" calls for us to arrange for a taxi.
In reasonable people's eyes, the hotel has misrepresented itself twice. They do not qualify for the \"airport hotel\" naming, nor do they provide anything which could be called \"shuttle,\" two clear cases of false advertising. For a third, perhaps less clear case, the term \"Zen\" reflects absolutely nothing about the place.

Nice apartment for the price, was certainly a more comfortable place to stay than hotels of a similar price in the area. Room was cleaned every day, a small but welcome selection of English channels on the TV. Fridge freezer section doesn't come with any ice cube trays so might be an idea to bring one with you. The only complaint I would have was I had the burger at the restaurant and it had a great big slice of Chorizo on it where they had just slice a cross section and left the skin on there, which on a chorizo is rather more like shrink wrapping than sausage skin and I had to remove it and reassemble the burger.

There isn't a lot in the immediate area, but I was working on that side of the airport so it was expected. There is a LIDL about 10-15 minutes walk away. You would probably want to get a cab into Toulouse for some decent food though.

Overall, not bad at all.

This is not a hotel but a hostal primarily for Airbus employees - and they take unsuspecting tourists looking for accomodation close to the airport. It is not Hotel standard and not recommended for tourists or short term staying people.

Had to do an overnight by the Toulouse Airport for an early flight.
Desk clerk was nice and helpful. Knew English very well and was able to communicate.

This seems to be a combination of hotel / medium term apartments for folks doing business in the aerospace field around TLS airport. The property consists of two towers and some low rise buildings between the two. Check-in was quick and business like (neither friendly nor unfriendly staff). They will hand you a set of towels if your party consists of more than one person, as apparently they keep only one set in each room (just so you are not surprised if this happens to you). Other than that, the room was ample, comfortable and modern, as was the bathroom. Some rooms have balcony. Parking was free in the hotel grounds. I would stay here again.

I was in town one night only, and had booked a tour of the Airbus facility at nearby Blagnac Airport in the morning. The hotel is a basic serviced apartment facility in an industrial area.
I only utilised the restaurant for breakfast, which was a buffet typical of France, the only hot food was a boiled egg.

Good enough if you are not spending all day at the hotel.
The sleeper couch we had would need replacing as this seems to be ageing.
Their TV channels could also be improved as seems to be lacking particularly for sports enthusiasts.
Otherwise, it is a decent enough facility.
Recommend you hire a car for easier movements.

Great hotel with airport location

We were upgraded to a suite for free so experienced what the rooms with the kitchenette and living space were like and disappointed we couldn't take advantage of the facilities with a longer stay. Very modern decor, clean and convenient with free secure parking. They have the parking area closed with gates after 7:30 pm so you know it is soundly secure especially when you have so much luggage to store.

The bed was my own complaint as the mattress was like sleeping on the floor but I enjoyed the room as a whole.

Easy access to Toulouse.

We stayed in apartment #1414 for three days. It is located on the northwest side of Toulouse near the airport. The room had a queen bed, large closet for hanging as well as shelves and a safe, a small desk, a shelf that ran the length of one wall, and a luggage rack. There was a mini kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, and dishes, small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave oven, and sink with cutting board top. There is a fold down table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink with small space around it for personal toiletries, and a hair dryer. The reception staff was very helpful. There is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast and also provides other meals. There is a fitness room. The hotel also has a swimming pool that is located outside and unheated. To get into Toulouse there is easy access to the bus system and/or the Metro. The room was very clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a good night but you will need a car to find somewhere to eat, we arrived around 18.30 and there was no food on so we took a drive out to the \"Steak Saloon\" which is about 4 miles away in an industrial area. If you get the chance, it's well worth a visit. Hotel staff were very good, rooms excellent and clean.

Fantastic hotel

This hotel was just what we needed,beautifully clean,very helpful staff,and had a kitchen so we could cook when we felt like it. The only extra thing we would have liked was a toaster.It has parking if you have a car.The bus stop is a few metres up the road so is easy to get to the tube station and tube to the city,which was much easier than driving.
