Basic apartment - more for business than holidays.
Basic, clean room and some helpful reception staff. No wifi throughout stay and no prewarning of this. Would not have booked without wifi so felt very misled Hotel seems geared up for their Bistro rather than paying guests. No snacks at the poolside, even in plastic cups. Housekeeping staff are too keen to clean rooms with no respect for lie ins or check out times. Incessant knocking. It seemed we were fitting in with staff routines rather than vice versa as the guests.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of the location as it was only 1.3 kilometers from our family members house. The grounds and gardens are very well kept and the pool was excellent, also it was quiet and peaceful .

I like this place. It's in a good location, away from the center. The rooms are more like apartments with a kitchen and a refridgerator (full size). The grounds are like someone's back yard, and yes, it has a swimming pool.

Hotel itself is pretty nice. Area is very nice but rooms are already a bit oldish. A big minus is that there is no air conditioning, so I wouldn't recommend this during June-July-August at least. Kitchen comes with only 2 set of plates, forks, spoons, etc. So if you are more than 2 peoples, you might face some issues.

During our trip to France we stayed in about a half dozen different hotels and this was the best. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable and it was just generally a nice property. They also had a washing machine and dryer which really helps when you are on an extended trip. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to find, but once I figured that out we were very happy with this property.

This hotel is very nice! It is within walking distance to restaurants/cafes, the grocery store, boulangerie, pâtisserie, and bus lines. It also has a restaurant. We loved the kitchenette which had a dining table with two chairs and all the utensils we needed for cooking. The pool was clean and well kept and they had laundry facilities. One nice thing to note is that they have cheaper rates in the summer. Since the majority of their business comes from Europeans traveling for Airbus and many Europeans take a month or two off in the summer the hotel is less crowded.
Special Note: Don't miss the marché in the center of Tournefeuille (walking distance from the hotel) on Sundays.

A very nice place to sleep
We spent 16 days touring France and this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. It is in the suburbs and there is nothing of interest within walking distance. However, the accomodations were very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and the food good. Great place for a sleep.

le bâtiment est top l'espace aussi par contre manque de propreté général avec de la poussière au sol poil dans la douche .µ. une demande a été faite sur la résa confirmer par mail mais à l'arrivé cela n'a pas été pris en compte dommage. attention aussi aux nombreux enfants en bas âge qui joue sur le parking à mon avis trop proche des voitures. on a du plusieurs fois faire une réflexion . Dommage les appartements pourraient être top

Réserver un duplex pour la famille et se retrouve en simple appartement au 1er etage et sans lit bébé à l’arrivée. Le prix étant plus haut, pas de dédommagement. L’hotel est devenu un logement sociaux. Piscine fermé.

Cela fait deux ans que je viens dans cet établissement et j'en suis satisfait . Ils viennent de repeindre les chambres et de rajouter une étagère dans la salle de bains . Maintenant ,nous avons à disposition dans la kitchenette du produit à vaisselle et une éponge ,il y a toujours du gel douche dans la salle de bains .

ATTITUDE INTOLÉRABLE
Plusieurs fois que nous allons dans cet établissement depuis quelques années. Du fait du Covid, nous avons fait quelques courses et avons dîné dans la chambre avec la vaisselle qui était fournie. Repas froid. Malheureusement oui n’avons pas vu un petit mot nous signifiant de faire la vaisselle avant de partir. La réception ne vous en parle d’ailleurs pas. Utilisés 2 verres pour l’apéritif, 1 tasse pour les glaçons et 1 pour les amendes. 2 assiettes pour poser les sushis et 2 verre pour le vin. Nous avons mis la vaisselle dans l’évier, convaincu qu’elle serait lavée durant le ménage. Elle n’avait besoin que d’un rinçage. Une heure après notre départ, la réception nous appelle pour nous informer que nous allons être prélevés de 20 € pour 3 minutes de vaisselle !!! Une vaisselle de quelques éléments quasi propre à 20 €, c’est proprement scandaleux. L’attitude déplorable du personnel et de la direction fût anti commerciale. On ne fait pas ça à des clients réguliers d’autant que nous étions totalement de bonne foi. Nous ne remettrons plus les pieds dans cet établissement qui méprise à ce point sa clientèle fidèle.

Le robinet du lavabo de la sdb mériterait d'être surélevé. Il faudrait enlever le radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas et qui est trop proche des toilettes. Séparation entrée/rangement/sdb et studio appréciée. Studio agréable.

Il me semble intéressant d'aérer les chambres régulièrement car une forte odeur de renfermé était tenace...enfin un brin d'amabilité et de courtoisie serait nécessaire l'accueil...sinon rien a dire de plus, chacun doit se faire son opinion sur cet hôtel qui pour moi ne me reverra plus jamais....

C’est très bien. La chambre est spacieuse propre, le lit est grand et confortable. Le seul petit point négatif est l’absence de volet sur la grande baie vitrée qui empêche de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Il y avait 34 degrés et de ce fait c’est un peu gênant.

Séjour catastrophique !!! Pas de chance...
Tout commence par une réservation \"défaillante\" entre Hôtel.com et l'hôtelier... Autrement dit : Pas de chambre réservée à notre nom lorsque nous arrivons à l'hôtel, et plus de chambre équivalente disponible... Il faudra une heure pour gérer le problème... Durant ce laps de temps, on nous proposera tout de même une chambre de standing supérieur, à condition de payer la différence, sauf que cette différence (de 7€ à la base) n'intègre pas la commission \"Hôtel.com\" que nous avions payée sur la réservation initiale, cette chambre nous serait donc revenue à 103€ alors que l'hôtel la facture 81€ en tarif direct... Bref, nous devons notre salut à une annulation de chambre inopinée, que nous avons pu récupérer.
On pensait que l'on allait enfin pouvoir profiter...
Le Réceptionniste nous rattrape dans l'allée qui mène à notre chambre pour nous informer que suite à un problème de réseau il n'y aura pas la télévision dans la chambre... Ça continue...
À 21h30, la réceptionniste de nuit nous appelle et nous demande de passer à la réception pour démêler un problème de réservation à mon nom, je vois que les consignes ont bien été passées entre l'équipe de jour et celle de nuit...
