This was my first time in France, and I really enjoy seeing that this property. I chose to purchase the daily breakfast, it was fantastic. The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure!

There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring!

Comfortable clean airport hotel, slightly zany decor. Good car park, convenient for the main terminal. Set in something of an industrial zone but then it's very near the airport, which is rather the point. Good soundproofing of rooms. I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive but overall good value. Nice swimming pool if you have time to spare.

Lovely hotel, but hot night.

Felt safe and comfortable. Loved the outside area, pool ad the design. Food in the restaurant and the breakfast was superb! Good size rooms. Nice bathroom. A little wear and tear of the furniture and paint, very soft beds, and aircondition that did not cool the room beond the outside tempetature took away from an othewise great experience. Friendly staff and good price. Value for money.

Nice relaxing airport hotel with all the facilities that you would expect. No milk in the room to go with the teas and coffees, I am sure that they would have provided if we had asked. Also the airport shuttle does not run 24 hours each day so I ended up having to take my son to catch his plane at 5.30 in the morning.

Best Airport Hotel

The Pullman Toulouse Airport Hotel is the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in. The interiors are decorated beautifully. The room was great, with a luxurious bed and fantastic shower. The bar and restaurant offered excellent provisions, along with a choice of indoor or pleasant outdoor dining area.
The hotel is very convenient to the airport, with shuttle service, and all of the staff were exceedingly courteous (and multi-lingual).

We arrived very late 0100, following a delayed flight.
Staff were very good and got us to our room quickly.
They indicated where the breakfast was served however we assumed it was in the price which is fairly steep. Unfortunately, our mistake and toast and jam was very expensive as that is all we had time to eat.
Overall handy to the airport albeit via cab.

Repeat visitor. Enjoyed afternoon in the garden in the sunshine and used the pool.
It would be nice to have the sunbed cushions out on a sunny day.
Thank you for quickly driving us to our meeting at Airbus, avoiding us getting wet in the rain.

Convenient to airport, not much else.

This hotel is convenient to the Toulouse airport. The room is decent. You can walk to the metro in about 15 minutes which takes you into Toulouse. Otherwise there is not much to recommend this hotel. The location is awful. It is in the middle of a wasteland of highway exchanges, office complexes and apartment blocks. You will starve before you find a place to eat. The ad for this hotel shows the Canal du Midi and gives the impression it is nearby. No way. There is nothing worthwhile nearby.

I wanted to have dinner, after a long day..came to restaurant 5 mins before its closing...manager did not serve me told me kitchen is close. As there are nothing around this hotel I think a lot of people who stay at this hotel will have this problem. And the breakfast is well over price.

Staff friendly although do not expect bellboy to greet you at entrance and bring luggage up. As such, although clean rooms (take superior or up as I heard standard rooms are so so and auper small).
Poor air circulation i room (even if a/c atcoldest temp, if hot outside, some section of room will still be somewhat warm).

great pool, sauna, gym... very clean (although no new items when room is cleaned.. such as new soaps orkleenex when empty.

Not badbut not a 4star.

Stillgood for one nigth when flight next day.

For the price and given it is an airport hotel we didn't expect very much at all - just needed somewhere convenient for an early flight out of the airport. Maybe not 4 Seasons, but if Hyatt were doing an 'airport hotel' range - this is what you might expect in terms of look, feel and quality (but at about 1/3 of the price).

We were very pleasantly surprised - the staff were friendly, attentive and very amenable. The food was good, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was clean with a good walk in shower.

Pool, gym, restaurant, nice outdoor area, plane noise not intrusive and appears to have decent conference facilities - we will not think of booking anywhere else next time we are down that way.

The bed was the star, absolutely amazing--loved the comfy pillows, mattress, and roominess. The staff was helpful, so glad they spoke English! The wake up call came at the exact time. We had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant as well.
The shuttle driver was late and said very little to us. We were nervous about the time but he was unconcerned. He said the car was unlocked and to just go ahead and get in the car while he had to help some other people down the hall with their luggage. the car was, in fact locked and it was windy and rainy outside and we were not comfortable leaving our bags out there and yet taking our bags back into the hotel seemed silly, as we thought he would be right back. He didn't return right away. He gave the impression he didn't like his job much. Too bad he had to leave us with that impression....maybe he was just having a bad day, as we all do occasionally. Outside of that, our stay was excellent.

Very nice hotel near the airport

Arrived quite late into Toulouse - 8:30pm, so decided in advance to stay overnight near the airport. Took us a couple of aborted attempts to find the way in (security gates were closed making it not obvious where the actual entrance was) once inside we were pleasantly surprised- the room was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent meal in the small bar/restaurant. Good night's sleep in a comfortable bed too.

staff very courteous and helpful. used van service for transportation to and from the airport. the staff arranged for a taxi when we needed to leave very early before shuttle service was available .breakfast was expensive as most hotel breakfasts are but was good and substantial. not just pastries but eggs and meats, cereal, cheese, smoked salmon.

Comfortable hotel with great beds

Arrived late on a Sunday evening, glad to find welcoming desk staff and the room was well appointed. Best thing about it was the amazingly comfortable and snuggly bed!! Breakfast prices are very steep, as are drinks at the bar. A good place to stay close to the airport, but easy to rack up major expense on food and drink.

One concern: When I checked in, they took a 100 Euro imprint of my credit card, stating that it would not be posted against my charge card - only held in case of unsettled charges. The room was pre-paid and restaurant charges were paid upon check-out in cash. I have the receipt. Yet, when I checked my credit card statement, there was the 100 Euro charge - unnecessarily posted against the card.
Do I have to contact them myself to have this charge reversed?

Did a very late arrival (3am) and the staff proved very helpful even at this late hour. When in the room I found out it was the oldest style I have ever seen in a hotel.
bed was comfy, but phone not working..... using my own phone I tried to get in touch with their 24th room service, and I couldn't get to them (then asked the desk lady who repeatedly tried and failed)..
ended up hungry but it was fine the night was short anyway...

Nice stay..With the exception of being promised a shuttle to the airport in the early morning, only to find that I had to pay for a cab. I believe that this was due to an outsourced reservationist
that was not familiar with shuttle service availability.
We selected The Pullman due to the closeness in proximity to the airport and the promised availability of shuttle service for a very early flight out of Toulouse.

Enjoyed our brief stay

We booked this hotel at short notice unable to face a long drive to the airport in the middle of the night. Never heard of the hotel chain before but the online reviews were good so we took a chance. It lived up to expectations. Staff were efficient and friendly, particularly the greeter on reception. We were upgraded to a superior room as well. The facilities were also excellent.

We enjoyed our brief stay and would visit a Pullman hotel again.

Not Enough Time to Enjoy

This hotel seems to position itself as a business hotel, though I chose it simply to make catching an early flight easier.

Check in took about thirty seconds, as the staff was prepared and efficient. The room was large and clean. All I had time to do was sleep a few hours, then wake up to catch a flight out. This was the largest hotel room I had on my visit, and presented no problems. Breakfast was fine and complete. The hotel is proximate to the airport ( a minute or two), and might not be right if one is looking to explore Toulouse, but in terms of comfort and proficiency, it is top notch. For a business person in Toulouse, I doubt one could do any better.

Very nice for an airport hotel

In my experience, which is quite extensive, airport hotels usually suck. This hotel is an exception. We stayed there for one night only and had a great time. The room was good, not luxurious, but the real treat was the restaurant. We had an amazing meal in a very relaxing ambiance. We were very surprised. The whole property is gated (not that we thought we were in any danger) and the treatment was great. We recommend if you are passing through Toulouse and need a place to stay for one night or two.

The hotel was nice enough but over-priced in my opinion for what it was. The room rate was not cheap and did not even include breakfast. I had three showers whilst there and only one of them was hot......not what I expect from a 4 start hotel. I did raise it with reception after the first occurence but that did not stop very cool shower number two. I was however, treated to a hot shower on the final morning! Restaurant overpriced - would not return to this hotel as there is very little close by in terms of other restaurants etc.

We stayed here because of its close location to the airport so we didn't have to rush around for our morning flight back to the UK. Our hotel room was really comfortable and was ideal for our short stay. Hotel facilities are good, although I would say this hotel is ideally suited for business people. We had a few drinks in the bar in the evening and a meal in the restaurant which was very nice & reasonable priced. I think I would say this hotel is a little over priced, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

The stay was marred by an exorbitantly overpriced, poor quality breakfast. We were not given any advance information by the hotel about breakfast costs and €25 per person for a mediocre continental breakfast seems hard to justify and spoiled our stay.

Contrasting thoughts on night stays a week apart

The first night we stayed was excellent. We had booked room and breakfast. The room was really well decorated with a nespresso machine to hand, and all relevant toiletries provided. Breakfast was Ok if a little lukewarm for the heated items. My partner asked for tea and did not receive any. Food in the restaurant, although quite expensive, was well presented with plenty of it, and very tasty. The last night we stayed was a complete contrast. On arriving at the desk, we were told we had not booked for breakfast, but a quick look at the booking resolved the matter. The room was very dated with wallpaper hanging off, only 2 sachets of milk and basic coffee/tea facilities. A visit to the desk resolved the milk matter. Once again the restaurant was good if rather pricey, but we sat outside, so that was OK.We had to leave early the next morning, so were at the restaurant about 6.45am. No -one came to ask us for tea or coffee. the heated food was nearly cold and there were no croissants for my partner. There was no-one again to show me how the coffee machine worked, and I gave up after 3 attempts. The last night really let the hotel down, as it is a good hotel in a great location for Toulouse and the motorway network. Staff were very good and friendly, but we noticed on our floor that breakfast trays and trolleys were still outside the rooms at 6pm - not a very good message for service. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Nice, Secure, and Convenient

This was our first night in France to attend the Sarlat Truffe Festival and visit Carcassonne. We usually drive on out of town our first night in France, but our flight got in later and thought we should rest a little before journeying on. Smart move as it snowed that night. This hotel is the nicest hotel we have stayed close to an airport. The parking is gated and the hotel is very well maintained. The staff stood out in friendliness and attitude. Our room was spacious and Internet service was reliable without interruptions, and the bar and restaurant were excellent. Being January and not the usual tourist season, most of the guest appeared to be on business. We would definitely stay here again.

Only an overnight stay as going to a concert at the Odysud - walking distance away - and flying out next morning. Airport 5 minutes away. All very convenient.

Hotel is above average, very secure parking, excellent airport shuttle for FREE! Rooms very comfortable with all amenities and very comfy beds. Best of all it's so quiet! Next to the airport and you don't hear a thing.

Hotel has swimming pool and fitness centre, free wifi. We got a cheap deal and the room was well under half price. Would not pay the normal rate of £193 ! and especially not the breakfast at 25 euros pp.

A disappointment at best. This is a classic case of the pictures showing only one side of what should have been a very pleasant last night in France. Instead, we ended up in a room that smelled of smoke (despite being on a non-smoking floor), with cigarette burns in the furniture and windowsill - the solution offered was a spritz of menthol to cover the smell. The carpet was stretched and wrinkled, with a significant stain in the entryway. The chairs had stains in the upholstery. The shower (at least it was a stand-up shower) had missing grout around many of the tiles, and a fair amount of mildew. Despite the description stating that a scale would be in the room - useful at an airport hotel - there was no scale available when asked, except maybe access to one in the kitchen (we didn't wait the 20 minutes it would have taken to figure that one out). The workout room and pool were nice, as was the reception area. Parking access was easy and convenient, and access to the airport the next morning was fortunately quite easy. The staff spoke excellent English - better than my French - but for a 4-star hotel I expect a level of quality that we just didn't find.

Might As Well Have Stayed in Toulouse

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport since we had an early morning flight and the fact that it had a dining room and shuttle service. We found out after dropping our car off that the shuttle only began running at 7 AM. It cost 20 euro to go by taxi to the terminal - about 1 mile away. The dining room was closed on Friday night (not enough business) so there was a very limited menu in the lounge and inadequate service. We were stuck at the hotel since there is no place to eat that is walkable. Posting the hours of the shuttle and when the dining room was open would help others in deciding whether or not to choose this hotel.

Typical Low End Airport Hotel

I read the description and the reviews thinking this hotel sounded nice. I only forgot one thing.....this is France. This hotel might be on par with a Hampton Inn or slightly less. A 4-star hotel it is not. Contradictory to the hotel description, this hotel is NOT adjoining to the airport. You have to get the shuttle or a taxi. Had to book here in a pinch and won’t be back.

Convenient to airport and friendly people....even at 4:00 AM. Dinner a little overpriced, but good food, artistically presented. Can't really comment on neighborhood....just drove through in a taxi and didn't leave the hotel.

Hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff, good locatioin near Toulouse Airport, which suited our itinerary and car hire etc. Breakfast was lovely and a wide choice, lovely spacious outside terrace too.

A lovely relaxing, convenient hotel

We were impressed by the quality of the furnishings and service. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Last year in Milan we ate microwave pizza in the lobby of our hotel - that was their restaurant. Here, the menu was varied and interesting and the food was well-prepared and presented. Prices for main courses were comparable to other in-town restaurants. I won't ever spend 10 Euros on dessert though.

Great stay near Tolouse Airport

We had a 6 am flight so we needed to drop the car off the day before. The hotel is so close to the airport we were able to walk the 1K back from the airport after dropping off the car. The hotel shuttle doesn't run at 4 am when we needed to go to the airport, but the hotel called us a cab and they paid for it. Service and hotel were excellent -- exactly what we needed.

Perfect for the airport

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked but it could have been more modern-looking. The meeting room was nice and there was water and coffee. But no windows. Also the screen didn't work and neither did a selection of the power sockets. The staff were very helpful in finding solutions for this.

I can't fault the hotel other than with regard to one point. I had an early morning flight from Toulouse Airport (7.10am) and made my reservation at this hotel based on its proximity to the airport and its free shuttle service which, according to hotel information, commenced at 5.30am. During my stay, I requested the free transfer but was told that the times had been changed and it now actually began at 6.30am which was too late for my flight. Having said that, the reception staff were very polite and helpful and ordered a taxi for me. However, as a result of their change in service (without informing me in advance), I incurred the additional expense of a 15 euro taxi fee.

I should mention that I had made use of the free shuttle the previous evening to take me from the airport to the hotel and it was very efficient.

Apart from that one little hiccup, I had a great stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in - feather pillows and a feather under blanket made me feel like I was sleeping on air!

Excellent service

Because of the Air France strike, we had to make lots of last minute arrangements. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or supportive. Great experience with this hotel.

Great place, and the staff went out of their way to be helpfiul.

The Pullman Blagnac was an excellent place for my wife and I. It was conveniently located. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were newly decorated, and the pool helped us relax after a busy trip. I would not hesitate to stay at the Pullman again.

Staff wonderful, facilities good. The free shuttle service to from airport was brilliant - provided us with a service which was over and above expectations. Lovely chauffeur - if only we could speak French! The only disappointment was that when we decided to stay a second night (as we enjoyed our stay so much) we could not be given the same rate as hotels.com and even by going onto website again the price was substantially more than our advance booking price. It was still worth it though. Would recommend hotel to all.

So comfortable and relaxing

I want to find an excuse to stay at the Toulouse Pullman again. For a reasonable online rate, you get luxury. The rooms and beds are large and very comfortable, American hotel style, with coffee and all amenities in room. Everything is accessible with easy elevators. The staff is super helpful and nice. The pool is amazing, very warm and just beautiful. The restaurant is very convenient and the food delicious, albeit expensive. Just don't have breakfast there because it is really too expensive. The shuttle to the airport is convenient and free, as is the wifi access. The area is not touristy because it is meant to be close to the airport, but it is quiet and not industrial. We heard no planes at night. Loved this place!! Only drawback: it is impossible to find. The address given online does not work with a gps, so we got lost. We found it by chance among other hotels (close to etap hotel).

pleasantly surprised

I decided to stay at the Pullman given the proximity to the airport in order to catch a very early flight. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the decor. Very comfortable beds and bathroom too. We had a good dinner with very attentive service in the lounge area that reminded me of a swanky one-letter named hotel chain. Surprised to see this type of hotel in the airport area where there's nothing else to do.

Great service and very convenient for the airport

We landed late but the hotel still sent a car to collect us from the new terminal (NB - use door F to find the car). The service was superb. Rooms are adequate for an airport hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Highly recommended for an airport hotel.

Pullman nice surprise near airport

My husband and I just got back from a 9 day trip to France. Our last day was spent in Toulouse and I booked the Pullman due to it's proximity to the airport and a very early flight to Paris. The woman on the front desk was very matter of fact, not friendly but there was a bellman right there to help with luggage. I loved the interior decor, bold but tastfull in pinks, reds, green and black. Lots of flowers. We used the exercise room ( small) and it has a good size indooor pool. The room was large, tastfull and very clean. The plane noise was not too bad. We had a light supper and the food was fab! We didn't have breakfast, too expensive. We used their shuttle service to airport 6:15 in the morning. We got a great price at this hotel and would reccomend it highly.

Great airport hotel

This is a great airport hotel for a convention or a one night stay. The quality of the service was superb. The only downfall is the restaurant is closed on Friday nights and there isn't much available around this hotel.

I went to the hotel to drop my luggage, intending to get rid of my rental car after. The valet took my luggage to the room and asked me to follow him to the rental location at the airport. It's been easy, fast and very efficient. The restaurant staff was very kind and accomodating, the food was very good and some food options unexpensive considering the level of the hotel.
