So close to the airport and also to Blagnac town centre (really lively little town!) to pop out for dinner. There’s a bar in the lobby with a fusbal table and a dart board. Rooms were a good size and perfect for an overnight stay.

Room was a little tired looking, bed not made nicely, lamps not plugged in. Carpeting really needs to be replaced, it looked dirty.

It was a great disappointment that the steak house was not open on a weekend. That had been one of the drawing cards for your hotel. In fact, there was NO food available. This should have been made known to us when we made the reservation

Hotels are limited in Toulouse. This one is near the airport and requires a 5 minute walk to the rail system, a 20 minute ride to the metro and a 5 minute metro to reach city center, but it costs less that 4 euros round trip. The room was as described and met our needs. That's really what a hotel room is supposed to do.

Hotel is fine - but they dropped the shuttle

Overall the Hotel is quite nice. We all slept pretty well for a 1 night stay and it’s a decent place. My main gripe is that the day before I got an email saying the airport shuttle wasn’t running on the weekends (with no further explanation or apology). So I had to pay an extra 20 euros to get a cab with a grumpy driver. Given it is an Airport hotel it’s a bit poor to drop the shuttle service.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and staff were great. We weren't advised ahead of time that the restaurant would be closed for dinner during our stay. We had very little toilet paper in the room and it wasn't refilled. We had also requested non - feathered pillows due to an allergy, because there was a complimentary pillow menu on each room that stated we could choose our own pillows. We requested them but were told there weren't any available and never heard back. Other than that, it was fairly enjoyable.. Appreciate the free parking and free breakfast for our kids.

Amazing , clean, sound proof property, this is a place where I will definitely come back. Not sure why we need to pay for parking if we stay in the hotel and not if we just come to the restaurant in my mind it should be the opposite but that aside this property is really good !

Very happy with stay. Only problem, and a big one: we reserved the shuttle to the airport, but when we showed up, it was never on the list and there was no staff to take us. We had to wait for staff to arrive. This is obviously considerable stress and the very last experience as we leave the hotel.

The second bed in the room is very uncomfortable and not practical; worst hide-a-bed I have seen. You should try it.

Everything else was great, restaurant, etc.

Very welcoming, our room was lovely, excellent food in the restaurant. The pool area was also very well kept and we enjoyed it. Our flight home had been cancelled due to BA computer glitches, this more than made up for it.

Very good hotel. Overall quite satisfied. The only complaint concerns the airport shuttle, which starts at 5:30am. For those who have an early flight departure--our's was at 6:30--this was too late and we had to order an (expensive) taxi. Given the number of flights leaving early in the morning, hotel customers would be aided by an earlier start for the shuttle service.

In retrospect, everything was good about the property in terms of facilities and staff. The biggest disappointment was the poor performance of the air-conditioning. Unfortunately, being in a hot, stuffy room impacts on ones immediate judgement of all other factors so it wasn’t the most comfortable of stays.

It is an airport hotel, so what to expect? The Holiday Inn was easy to get to, easy parking, and very easy to drive to the airport the next day. The hotel was modern and clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant dinner was actually very good. All in all, a convenient and good place to stay to finish a long vacation.

I chose this hotel because I needed laundry facilities in the middle of a long trip. When I checked in, they explained that laundry service was probably available over 24 hours. Not helpful to me since I was leaving in the morning. I agree this could be a cultural difference in understanding of the wording online. In the morning prepatng for our flight, I realized there was no hot water at all in the hotel. No laundry and no shower was a bad combination for me. I heard other guests saying that the lack of hot water used to be a regular problem at this hotel.

Overall a very nice stay. The breakfast choices were amazing but then the restaurant at night was limited as I don’t eat meat. Tea and coffee facilities in the room not great, tea and powdered milk not a good combination.
We wanted to use the gym but very limited and a broken machine.

Perfect hotel for an early morning flight back to the uk. We loved the pool and although the restaurant wasn't opened the bar food was perfect! we were put into an executive room which was fantastic as we were a family of 4. Would definitely stay there again!!

I wanted to go to the restaurant which unfortunately was being refurbished however plenty of other restaurants near by Breakfast was still excellent though. A games room with a pool table etc would have been what is needed to get an extra star in facilities from us. Will stay again.

Overall expensive and did not meet expectations

We called this hotel (and others) before booking on the day of to ensure we could check in early as our flight had arrived early morning (9:30am). We were told we would be able to check in early with no problem. So we proceeded to book. Once we arrived we were told there was no room ready for us. After much explaining about what we were told over the phone, a room miraculously became available. The hotel was also under construction on the main reception area, which was not indicated on their website. Since we were spending a full day there, we expected to be utilizing a reception lounge, but this was not possible. The rest of the hotel and room itself was quite nice, clean and impressive aviation themed decor. However the air conditioning did not do that great of a job cooling the room down and we were sweating all night- therefore did not sleep well. The hotel bar food (from the Aviator) was not very good at all, both my meal and my daughter's was not cooked completely, leaving doughy pizza and a grilled cheese without melted cheese. Overall not impressed by our experience, especially for the price. We regret that we spent the money and stayed there.

Everything was great, except that the coffee maker didn’t work & the front office staff didn’t do anything about it. I called again after 30 minutes (I needed coffee!) & they said no help was available. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just run another coffee machine up. They did offer complementary coffee from the restaurant so that helped. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay after a long flight. A bit beyond walking distance fromTLS, but walking distance to a shopping mall, after KLM lost our luggage.

A washer and dryer were listed as being on premises, we arrive early to take advantag of this before continuing on. Both of the clerks to whom we spoke were unaware of any laundry facilities.
I believe that there were two dumbells in the \"gym\".
The steakhouse restaurant on premises we were told is closed on weekends. How convenient.

Really friendly staff who are extremely helpful and pleasant. Shuttle bus both to airport and Airbus was a bonus. Room was very clean and spacious. The mini gym is really a mini gym, there are only four pieces of equipment but I suppose I can only use one at a time. Breakfast was very pleasant. The only downside was that there was no minibar in the room for snacks, but there was a vending machine in the lobby. Room service was better than the usual. Looking forward to my next stay.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The shuttle does not run early in the AM, so they called a taxi for us. Staff was very helpful in assisting with the French keyboard on the computer when printing boarding passes.

We missed breakfast as well so cannot comment.
