Petit bémol sur la douche qui n’avait pas beaucoup de débit d’eau, ce qui a été signalé à la réception. Et le voisin d’en face de notre chambre a des coqs… qui chantent à 5h du matin, mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien.

On est au petit soin avec vous, il y a un parking très accessible (dommage que les places soient étroites) mais il y a assez de places. Le personnel du ménage est très efficace et surtout très gentil.

Rien a redire sur le personnel qui est au top, aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au resto (du moins qui s'occupe des plateaux repas et petit dej) mais même si la chambre es très confortable et propre, odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains, toilettes très mal placées (contre le mur et derrière la porte), évitez les chambres qui donnent sur le parking (bruyant avec le rond point et la rocade)

What a comfortable, and huge, double bed! It seemed almost brand new and gave my wife and I a very good sleep.
On the negative side, as we arrived late, around 11pm, in the middle of a thunderstorm, it was upsetting for me not to be able to find any car parking spaces left, on my first visit to Toulouse in a rental car. In the end, I had to park in the shopping area opposite, and when we were about to drive off at 9.30am the next morning, the shop proprieteur was quite annoyed and mentioned that she was just about to call the police to fine us for parking overnight there. I explained that the hotel receptionist on duty the previous night, at 11p, suggested it was no problem to park there, but the proprieteur was not happy about that.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et je n'ai pensé que des bonnes choses. Un personnel de qualité, compréhensif et à l'écoute. Les chambres et étage sont très propres, même l'ascenseur sent bon. L'arrivée assez tôt est un service excellent et qui arrange car rarement proposé ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner également compris dans le prix de la chambre est un autre service que je salue, en résumé, rien à dire de négatif sur cet hôtel. Je recommande.

Chambre très bien équipée personnel très sympa et très calme malgré la proximité avec la route.
A seulement quelques minute en voiture du centre de Toulouse.

je regrette juste le petit couac sur taxe de séjour ; j'ai demandé en arrivant si tout été réglé, on m'avait répondu que oui ; le lendemain matin en partant normalement une personne différente de l'accueil m'a interpellé en courant sur le parking, devant autres clients médusés pour payer la taxe de séjour (...) ; déjà pourquoi cette taxe n'est pas initialement prélevée dans le prix de la chambre et/ou si on informe le client à son arrivée que tout est ok, pourquoi lui réclamer à son check-out ?

Impossible de dormir - très mauvaise insonorisation et bruits de circulation tout au long de la nuit, avec fortes decélérations et re-accélérations continues au rond point des avenues adjacentes.
Entretien des parties communes aléatoire (moquettes et murs tachés au 3e étage) et parking très exigu qui ne contient pas le nombre de places (elles-mêmes très étroites, les voitures chevauchent les places) correspondant au nombre de chambres... Et avec les travaux du parking, c'est bien pire avec obligation d'aller se garer sur l'avenue... Le Petit Déjeuner est devenu très très maigre, alors que l’hôtel est très tres plein ...
Bref, mauvaise expérience.

Je ne comprends pas tous ces avis notés à 10/10.... sans doute non vérifiés..... Accueil agréable. La chambre nous a paru propre. Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable et il n'y a plus beaucoup de place pour circuler autour mais pour une nuit ça va.

De passage pour une nuit. Pas un vrai standing de ibis styles. Besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Chambre assez spacieuse mais bcp de poussière notamment dans la salle de bains. Rien aux alentours. Places de parking étroites, j'ai eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voiture garée de mon côté sinon pas facile de rentrer dans son véhicule.

Nous avons été un peu déçus par la promesse d'une insonorisation de la chambre qui n'a pas été tenue: aboiements de chiens provenants de dehors et/ou de dedans, portes qui grincent tôt le matin responsable d'un réveil matinal involontaire..
Déçus également par le petit-déjeuner qui promettait d'être plus \"fourni\" d'après les photos (les oeufs tant attendus n'étant plus disponible).
