Very good hotel and service
A small family hotel close to the Metro if required. Very friendly with a good Vietnamese restaurant attached. Hotel was very clean, air conditioned with good short and toilet facilities. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending. Again as all through France, small rooms and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. For hamburger diehards MacDonalds is right next door.

The reception staff at this family-run hotel were excellent; they advised on the location of the nearby metro station, where to park and the sights to see in Toulouse. We had a room at the back which was quiet and well prepared; the internet was either WiFi or cable and was fast. There are three restaurants adjoining the hotel, catering for a variety of tastes. We had continental breakfasts which had generous portions. All together a great stay. We would recommend this hotel.

Les points positifs : un très bon accueil, l'environnement est calme, la déco qui change des décors aseptisés des chaines hôtelières... rien à dire sur la literie, la propreté est nickel. Après, c'est un peu vieillot ça mériterait un bon rafraichissement, mais bon pour une ou deux nuits, c'est parfait. Un détail gênant, il n'y avait ni volets ni rideau occultant dans ma chambre : du coup réveil tôt le matin.

Je recommande les yeux fermés ! très propre, personnel extrêmement agréable, aux petits soins, décors africain qui invite à l'évasion, des serviettes de toilette de couleur et qui sentent merveilleusement bon, chambre totalement insonorisée, on est vraiment au calme et un restaurant vietnamien juste à coté qui propose des plats tout simplement délicieux !
