This hotel is a good deal when having a layover between flights. I really enjoyed the shuttle service in and out the airport. Room was good for a one night stay. I really liked breakfast and the many choices. The staff was friendly and kind.

Room trebly small. Hazardous small. You should be a small size person to pass between bed and TV. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. No telephone or communication mean to front desk/ housekeeping.
Only one bath towel. No facial or hand towels. Shower half open and water splash on bathroom floor, making it dangerously slippery. In bathroom bottle you find :“ hand, hair and body wash” liquid. No tissue paper in the room. No iron in the room.
Looks like in France there is no fire/ emergency safety standard is imposed on hotels. Such a room could never pass American FD safety standards.
Overall, it is a motel 6 or motel 7, if you will.
Shy of € 150 for bed only!

As is always true of Ibis hotels, it was clean, simple and affordable. My only critique is that the restaurant was critically understaffed so dinner took forever and the food was undercooked when it finally arrived. I saw several parties send their meals back because the meat was raw. We toughed it out and ate our hamburgers anyway.

A colorful friendly hotel

We are IBIS faithful clients & never disappointed.
Overall one night stay was good BUT suggest strongly that rubber be put in the shower area.
I almost slipped & thank God managed to hold on with difficulty to wash basin & in the process got swollen right foot.

Restaurant staff was
very accommodating to serve salad though kitchen was already closed.
Love the Cesar salad & breakfast buffet was good

Excellent for a one night stay if you're coming to the airport. The room is small and lacks some amenities (coffee maker, fridge, etc.) but for the price, the hotel is very good. It has a good restaurant attached which comes handy since there's no other restaurants or markets in walking distance.

If you plan to walk to the airport be aware that it is a good 20+ mns with part with no street light and under big trees so very dark at night. I had an early morning flight and did not feel safe walking to the airport during night time.

Room was tiny, booked two rooms and was asked at checkin if we wanted them close to one another which we had said yes and had ticked on booking, wasn’t told anything till we went up to the rooms and they couldn’t have been any further apart. We were asked for a card on checkin for a security deposit which in fact they went and charged for an extra room by mistake, went to ask it to be fixed in the morning and was charged city taxes again in order to receive the refund so ended up paying extra. Also the cleanliness was shocking considering COVID, there was trays sat outside rooms with left over food for the whole duration of our stay without them being collected, the breakfast buffet was not COVID secure at all and the choices very limited with little on offer and gone off fruit. The apples were left on the side from the day before and are simply sprayed with a little water.

All in all I wouldn’t recommend.

Over charged taxi fare

Easy to book, clean, staff ok too. Although I was very disappointed that I was charged 14 Euros for a taxi fare from the hotel to the airport (Europcar car hire). I was ready to pay him around 5 Euros but was shocked to hear that he was charging me 14 Euros! All that was because it wasn’t a drop off at the Airport (literally 2 seconds walk from the car hire company) but a drop off at a car hire location. What a joke that was. I ended up paying him the fare reluctantly…

Staff very accommodating and understanding

Even though my fare was non- ABLE (changeable, transferable, refundable, ...), the person I talked to understood the situation in which I was (several plane cancellations due to Corona virus) and accepted to change my booking in order to match my revised flight schedule.
I thought it was very accommodating from them and showed their customer care.

Ideal for an airport hotel

The hotel was just what we needed -- clean, comfortable, close to the airport. It was very easy to find, and very easy to get to the airport from the hotel. We arrived in the evening, had a light snack in the lobby, and left very early the next morning.

The shower has no curtain, flat area, splashes everywhere. I had to dry out the floor.
No nightlight for reading, one must use the full room light, hard to fall asleep like that.

It is great there is no exit or check out needed. Speeds out matters going to the airport. Thank you!

Pleasant, affordable surprise - next to airport!

Great location, airport shuttle only 5 mins to terminal, parking was 35 euros for the week, they stored our luggage for free. Super nice staff. Restaurant was surprisingly good and crowded! Rooms were very small but everything worked (including the A/C!!), was clean and comfortable. And an excellent price. I’d come back!

A very good address to have at Toulouse airport

Very efficient check-in, room very clean, fabulous bed, bathroom felt very budget like, slippery floor out of shower, towels a little worn, water pressure not great. Good meal in the restaurant, tasty and good value (in comparison to Campanile where I have often stayed in the past, this offered much better value for money). Overall, very positive apart from few niggles around the bathroom fit out and the lack of basic tea/coffee making kit in the room.

Acceptable for an overnight stay.

Stayed one night on arrival into Toulouse as we had a late flight. Taxi to the hotel was 15€ But it was almost midnight. Room was better than expected, quiet, decent bed and had obviously been upgraded. However, stayed again with family at the end of our holiday and we all had rooms that hadn't been upgraded (despite being a priority Accor member) so noticed the difference and was not impressed. My son was also quoted €15.50 for the shuttle to the airport for him and his wife! We paid €5.

Just what I needed

I had to check in late - around midnight because my flights were delayed. Nicolas who worked the counter was delightful and took excellent care of this weary traveler. Thank you. Also, it was nice that breakfast was available so early and nicelt presented.
My room was clean, the bed had soft sheets and was very comfortable. Thank you Ibis.

Perfectly adequate and good value for overnight.

Good value for money. Room was very small but clean and had an adequate bathroom. Shuttle, for a reasonable cost, was useful but make sure that you book it in advance when arriving because the phone at the airport doesn't connect to the correct Ibis hotel - there are 4 different Ibis' near Toulouse airport. Perfectly adequate for a brief overnight stay that I used it for.

We had a very small room with amenities limited to liquid face/shower soap/shampoo that is a very short hotel shuttle ride (10 Euro charge) away from Toulouse airport. The reception staff person was very helpful in explaining where to find a gas station for our rental car and how to make the convenient tram/Metro connection to the historic city center.,

Ok in a desperate situation!

Stayed at the hotel last minute after my flight was cancelled and I had to fly out of Toulouse airport. It was very basic but very clean. I was surprised to find no coffee making facilities in the room. There were no individual toiletries, only a one for all wash. As I was stranded with nothing this wasn’t very helpful but I did get some toothpaste from reception. Breakfast was ok. The shuttle bus was an extra €5 charge which was not stated on Hotels.com. Overall I think it was a bit pricey for a budget hotel but it served its purpose.

Nice hotel. Not too far from airport. Shuttle available for 5 Euros from hotel to airport every half hour.very convenient. Rooms were clean and mine was spacious contrary to other reviews I have read. It is very basic. No extras in the room (shower cap, toiletries etc) but it isnt a 5 star hotel so thats fine. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help you however they can. Well done ! This was much appreciated!

Nice hotel located near airport for early morning

We arrived at hotel to inquire about leaving our bags for the day. Hotel staff was very accommodating and said that we could check in even though it was before noon.

We walked from the hotel to the airport during the day just to get our bearings. The hotel has a shuttle service which we used the day of our flight. It is not free but very reasonable. A great place to stay if you are just staying for the night.

Rooms are very small with little amenities, e.g. no refrigerator or coffee maker. Moreover, there are no restaurants close by leaving one with only the hotel restaurant which is ok but no variety. There is also no gym. Shuttle from airport incurs a charge but could also be walked (~10 min). The staff on the other hand indeed was indeed very friendly and made one feel very welcome.

Good choice if you need a hotel near the airport.

We needed a hotel near the airport for a flight the next morning. The Ibis is a five minute (i timed it) shuttle trip from the airport, which was key for us. The hotel charged 5€ for the shuttle ride for both of us. Well worth it. Very quiet establishment, very comfortable bed, room very tiny but we did not care as it met our needs. Nice bathroom with good shower. Restaurant on-site, also good for our needs. Breakfast starts at 4:00am, to accommodate those with early flights. Also had dinner there and it was very satisfactory for both meals. Employees at reception desk very nice and helpful. Blackout curtains kept it nice & dark so we could sleep before flight. Room very very quiet. No outside noise at all despite busy roads outside. A good choice if you need a place near the airport.

Great staff

My dates had to be changed unexpectedly and everyone there was very understanding. Though I did not stay for a week as planned, they allowed me to add an extra room for one night without additional charge. I stayed there 2 nights and I would go back. It's a convenient place, close to transit and airport.

It's a great hotel if you need a room close to the airport. Room is very small, but cozy, very clean and new. Bed is the most comfortable, and the hotel is pristine. Personal speaks English and are very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I need to stay by airport. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant modern hotel close to the airport

A clean and efficient hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Many of the staff speak English well. There is the option for a cheaper but high quality evening meal in the bar, or an even more luxurious one in the main restaurant. The buffet breakfast has everything you could want. The free internet works quite well, and a faster service is available for a small extra payment. Because of French law, you have to record your name, address and e-mail each time you start up your browser. Highly recommended!

Well, it is an airport hotel. You don't expect lively neighbourhood, or fancy facilities. Having said that, the staff was friendly and eager to help. The building was new and well kept. The room was meticulously clean. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and free (just 1 Euro for \"city tax\"). I have no complaints.

We booked this hotel because it was near to the airport. You can reach the airport for 15 min walking. The room was clean and confortable. No breakfast needed so we cannot rate it. However it is far from the tram station.
