The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. Long walk with some light stairs, a couple of steps... to lobby elevator if you dont park underground. For handicapped a couple of stairs can be a bigger deal...The laundry facilities were very convenient and easy to access, right by elevator underground in carpark. Enjoyed kebab place right down the street and grocery store is also walking distance.

The smell in the bathroom was simply toxic and unbearable. I am not an expert, but I think therntite bathroom was moldy under the tiles. It was also really difficult to open the main door to the room (and I am a big man).

The staff were super nice and welcoming and were always around. However the place itself was very dirty and the sheets, etc were not clean. They had hair and other displays of not being clean. The shower and toilet floor are together, so when you shower the entire floor will be wet. The kichenette was nice and they had little bicuits, instant coffee and tea.

Adequate is a good word to describe - had everything I needed to stay for one night before going t the airport. Cooked my own food (knives were super dull) without issues, parking was easy and underground. If you are a ight sleeper, as for a room that does not face the main street, I am and had to use noise-cancelling headphones.

unexpected bathroom

The bathroom was without any platform just a curtain, so when we were taking a shower, the water was flooding all the bathroom. The room was in the ground floor, it was a little bit noisy and if we opened the blinds all the people from outside could see us.

The hotel was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There was underground parking that was easy to access. Also, a washing machine was available which was a plus.The staff was very helpful. The hotel is on a busline which made it easy to visit Toulouse. Not many restaurants in the area. We would stay again if in the area.

Great value, great staff, good location.

My room was facing the main road but the soundproofing is great. No road noise. The room is clean with stove, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans and a hot plate.
The floors in the rooms are laminated and are a bit cold, but that can be fixed by using the slippers provided in the bathroom or bring your own.
The air condidition is good and the shower is adequate.
Great value, great staff, good location.
Will be using this place for a long time.

Outstanding location -- only 4 tram stops from airport and close to bus and metro connections. Excellent kitchen set-up with outstanding large grocery store nearby. Good local restaurants. ATM next door. Friendly, english-speaking front desk. Internet connection worked great. Roman ruins up the street.

Very nice and clean apartment. Staff very helpful and kind.
Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
The only things I missed were: dishes dryer (after washing upI had to leave the dishes on a work top) and maybe some paper towels to dry the work top after washing the dishes.
Wi fi could be a bit better but it was enough to check my email and Facebook :)

Very nice and clean appartment, really well equippped! We travelled with our two children (9 & 11) and it was perfect for 4 of us.
Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and bathroom (we even had slippers in one of the bathroom drawers!). Perfectly located, near big supermarkets and McDonald's.

This aparthotel offered a really well designed comfortable studio apartment for two, spotlessly clean at a very fair price with a really comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette. We were here because a relative was in the adjacent Purpan hospital and for us,staying nearly two weeks, it was ideal. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, a supermarket, tram and bus stops to the centre were on the doorstep and we were able to cater for ourselves and relax although they hotel offers a very good breakfast. The location is very close to the airport and hospital and therefore a little out of town and in a neighbourhood that is modern and without much character but central toulouse is a short bus ride away. We would recommend this highly if you want to avoid constant eating out and are prepared not to be in the centre.

Nice hotel, near a hospital so it is a bit noisy but near a tram station. Good kitchenette, but tiny tiny beds with blankets that don't really fit. Had an uncomfortable sleep. Near a large grocery store which is very convenient. Hotel staff was nice, if you are staying less than 5 nights you do not get fresh towels.

The two beds appeared to children size beds.

My adult son and I requested twin beds which each turned out to be child size. The room was too hot but the air didn't work so we suffered. The hotel appeared to be very cheap over all. small bath towels, mini-size single bar soap for bath, as well as the same one was meant to be used in the sink. No electric ceiling fan in the bathroom. Something one would expect in a third world country. Front desk personnel was the only bright spot. I'll never stay there again and I probably won't use Expedita either.

Good location for le Zenith

10 minute walk from le Zenith. Hotel was fine for an overnight stay. I didn't use the restaurant or breakfast room, there is a nice boulangerie 2 mins walk away. It is far away from the old town and a 5 minute walk to reach the metro stop or 15 mins to the bike hire rack.

I thought that this might be a good place to acclimatize after landing in France. Not so great. Bathroom had barely been cleaned, smokey ambiance all night roped off by doors slamming at all hours. This place was cheap and the breakfast was ok. Nearby shopping was handy as my luggage was missing.

We had a large ,clean, comfortable twin room on the ground floor.It was warm and quiet and contained all we needed for a three night self catering stay in Toulouse.A little out of town but a bus stops only a few yards away and a supermarket is nearby.Reception were most helpful and their shuttle bus collected us from the airport which was a bonus.A great value hotel.

The Hotel is locate near the Airport, when the Traffic flow you can reached in less than 10 min by car, the hotel Airport shuttle service is GREAT.

Surprisingly tidy room with small kitchenette for cooking breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
A large shopping center is only 10 min walking.
I am Strongly recommend

Cheap but not great

When I booked, other available rooms in Toulouse were 3 times more expensive. In that sense, it was worth the savings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. But it's pretty far from the metro (I found it to be a 20-25 minute walk to Patte d'Oie), and while there are buses, they don't run very frequently and they don't run past 21:30 or so. I never saw a taxi on Avenue de Grande Bretagne between the metro and the hotel. The room was clean and big, but kind of spartan, and no one cleaned my room during the entire time I was there.

The apartment was spacious for a studio and although the bed was a sofa bed, this was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained and when a small issue came up with maintenance, this was dealt with immediately and in a professional manner. As a non-driver, the hotel was a little less convenient than I had hoped for, although there was a fairly regular bus service into the centre every day except Sunday. The surrounding area is also not so well developed, although the supermarket is a convenient 10 minute walk. However the accommodation itself was very good indeed.

Hotel was new and clean. The facilities were good. Internet didn't work which was frustrating and front desk couldn't do much about it. May need to have a simple system to provide Internet access. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. Eve though the hotel is away from the centre there is very convenient public transport system which will tale you there quickly.

The hotel itself was very clean, and nice for the price. Kitchenette is a nice addition. As well, the location isn't in the city centre, but only a short commute by city transit. Hotel staff generally poor. I was forced to pay for breakfast twice because they failed to record when I paid the first time, and were very combative about the issue when I told them this when they tried to make me pay the second time. In fact, so combative that I simply paid twice rather than argue with their poorly behaved staff.

Apartment have all the basic needs, clean, well maintained. A grocery store closer by would be nice. Continental Breakfast cost 8 euros and it is probably worth it because to get out for breakfast is not so convenient, not a very centralized location and nearest food is 2 blocks away.

Excellent room - Included stove and refrigerator. Very clean. Great location. Very Important! - Underground parking (fee). Very courteous and understanding employees (we don't speak French). Good Breakfast (fee). There is no daily replacement of towels or soaps. Daily cleaning for fee.

Our only concern was that the room was hot, and we could not control the air conditioning. We had it checked and they said it was working fine. We had to open the window at night to sleep.
