Am staying here while my spouse is in hospital. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Very comfortable room and within walking distance to the hospital. The only thing I would change is to add launderette.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome location very near the airport and 5 minute walk from the tram that went to the centre of Toulouse. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved our stay. Happily surprised by the patio and dining options. The room was comfortable, clean. Little details were taken into consideration.
The building outside was not great looking nor the corridors, but the room and amenities along the service were great!

Very nice hotel and would definitely come back. Has a nice big pool with tiki bar where you can order poolside drinks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Only negative was that wasn’t explained when booking that have to pay a deposit for bar and restaurant credit which was over €200. However it is a good system if you do end up using the bar and restaurant frequently just make sure you bring a credit card.

Very friendly staff and overall clean lobby and room although relatively small for a double room. Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the \"season\". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening.

Guys, the room was infested with bedbugs!! My kids ended in urgency at the hospital because of the HORRIBLE allergic reaction. Plus, a full day lost and hundreds of dollars in medication and treatment. Vacations ruined for this matter.

Was not true about one queen bed, one twin bed and one sofa. Only one queen bed and sofa ( sofa was zero comfortable) and when we inform about the web side to the personal about the false information they did not care. For two person ok for more people I do not recommend it

We travelled with our two grandsons aged 8 & 11. In family rooms there is often just a small 'double' sofa bed for children and we were dreading this as it does not work very well. However in this hotel the sofa bed was such that each of the boys had their own single bed - a massive plus from all of us. The hotel provided well for children with a games table, pool, table tennis & games console...the boys loved playing the word game on the games table. The staff were all brilliant with the boys and the boys felt confident enough to approach the staff on their own for tennis rackets etc (thank you team).
The breakfast was fantastic. The snacks offered at the bar were really good and the restaurant food was great, although not a huge amount of choice.
The hotel is a bit tired and dated inside and out but having said that it was all very clean. It is in a great location for transport by tram to/from city centre & airport and the location felt safe for us.

like a giant frat party

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Conveniently located to the airport (and with free shuttle). Clean, everything about the hotel is how the good reviews describe it. BUT the rugby team was there when we were there. We asked the hotel staff how they planned to manage the noise and they said it was all set, no problems. NOT SO. We were up half the night, feeling like we had taken our daughters (age 10 and 13) to a drunken frat party. The front desk did not deal with it well. They kept telling us the team was going to go out soon. By about 1am, they quieted down. We had to fly at 6am We regretted staying here and wish the hotel had figured out a better way to accommodate the rugby team OR regular paying families like us.

Much more than we expected enroute to Sarlat. Impeccable service and breakfast; eggs made to order, fresh fruit and pastries/bread (Whole grain, too), fresh citrus infused water, rich, yet smooth coffee, lean, dried cured hams, waffles, French preserves, etc. Attentive service! A Dietitian and Gourmands dream. Room was too stuffy upon arrival. Thankfully keeping the window open on a Sunday eve offered peace.

Pros: The staff were all friendly and the room was mostly clean and the hotel transfer was waiting for me at the time agreed. But otherwise it was a faded budget hotel feeling. It really needs a renovation/overhaul pretty urgently, the carpet was all stained and when I entered the room there was a credit card from the last customer on the floor, pretty through cleaning! Went for breakfast one day and everything was eaten, no food lest except bread not happy that I paid for it, I ended up leaving and eating at another hotel. The last day I was the first for breakfast and it was full of decent options. I would not stay there again though, would rather stay in the city centre 3 nights was way too much, it was depressing

Spent a night there. Not much around the neighborhood. Room could need some sort of renovation, but otherwise, it served a good purpose. As I had a meeting at a hospital that morning, I picked that location, which was less than 10 minutes away from my appointment. However, I am not sure I would return if it were not for that particular purpose. When it comes to NOVOTEL hotels, it looks a bit worn.

Convenient hotel for early airport departure

A good choice for an early flight out of Blagnac (Toulouse) airport. Clean rooms, good service in an odd little neighborhood, but Carrefour superstore close by for any food or other items you might want before departing. Free, scheduled shuttle to airport in 10 minutes.

Dissatisfied. Although this hotel purports to be an airport hotel, it is quite a long drive from Blagnac - as we discovered when the advertised \"free shuttle bus\" failed to materialise. On arrival at Blagnac we telephoned to request this service, but over one hour and three further telephone calls later (\"It is on its way, Madame\"), it stll hadn't shown up. I speak fluent French, so there was no question of a misunderstanding on my part. Cold, tired and acutely aware of our 0500 start the following morning, we finally gave up and took a taxi. IT COST US 30 EUROS, which we apparently cannot reclaim from the hotel. I complained to the hotel receptioninst, who had taken all my telephone calls. She admitted that there may have been \"some misunderstanding\" between her and the bus driver. She offered us a free drink - but this in no way compensated for either the discomfort or our financial outlay.

Stay there often principally for business - occasionally for pleasure - sometime staff are a bit hard to find but usually very pleasant- handy shuttle service to airport which is free and takes about ten minutes. Stretching the definition of an 'Airport' hotel though.

Nice, welcoming hotel well located for the airport. Children were happy (free gifts! Xbox! Pool!), and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good and excellent value. The air-conditioning was rather weak, however, which meant that the room was too warm.

Novotel provides a shuttle service to the airport - but not if your flight is very early (6-6:30 am), and will not pay for taxi if shuttle service is not available. The taxi costs 25 euros minimum. Other than that, it's a fine hotel.

great hotel for Families needing a stop over before flying out of Toulouse or driving onto your next stop. Heated swimming pool, Playpark, games station all great. Food and service was good. Rooms were clean. We had a family room with two fold out beds from the Sofa for our young children (4 and 6). Ideal.

Perfect for transit

My wife and I stayed recently before an early flight out of Toulouse Blagnac airport and were very pelased by the cleanliness, service and transportation to the airport from this hotel on the morning of our flight.

Our room was small but well equipped. The free wifi in the rooms was exceptional. The restaurant was more than adequate. We had an issue with our billing that was quickly resolved via email after our stay.

All in all, highly recommended, and a very satisfactory experience.

I would not recommend this hotel. When we first arrived, the lady on reception gave us a map of Toulouse and marked the hotel in the wrong place. We luckily met some Gendarmes on our way back from the centre who were able to give us proper directions. We asked for the wifi code and a different member of staff was brusque and made no effort to ensure that we had understood what we had said. We arrived for breakfast at five to 10 and all the food was still out in the dining room. We were told firmly that breakfast was 'fermé' and there was no offer even of a coffee in the café area.

We had also stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel at the airport and the contrast couldn't have been greater. Every member of staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

Please make sure it is non smoking next time

Genrally I like this hotel however this time I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room despite asking the reception to check that it was non smoking. Once I realised that was a smoking room I asked to change but they refused.

The room was clean, modern, well-maintained. Good parking available. Friendly, courteous service at the front desk by the usual young people, some with limited English skills. Beefs: No easy phone connection from the Toulouse airport to get the free shuttle to pick me up--I had to buy a phone card for €7.50 to call the hotel and, as always, no free wi-fi, which should be an international standard by now.

Great value on night before early flight

This was a great choice for an early morning departure with our airport rental car return. Amenities we used were the free coffee in the lobby (and rooms) and the free internet access in lobby. The pool looked great and the setting was quiet. You are in a gated lot so parking is secure in what appears to be a residential neighborhood. We left at 4:30 am so didn't try the breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle but we departed too early to use it. Lobby was under renovation so some drywall dust on carpets, but restaurant and bar looked fine. Only complaint is that morning staffer didn't recognize Orbitz prepaid information until after some discussion.

Nous avons dormi une nuit dans une chambre familiale. Le personnel est compétent et adorable.

L'hôtel en lui même est très vieillissant et les chambres très simples, il est grand temps de faire quelques chose car clairement les 4 etoiles sont limites comparé à d'autres hôtels du même standing.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent très varié et le personnel est au petit soin il ne manque rien!

Je me suis rendue à cet hôtel proche de l’hôpital Purpan pour les soins de mon fils et à ma grande surprise, cet hôtel associe un personnel de qualité (mention spéciale à la directrice et Inès) avec des plats savoureux au resto et l’accès à la piscine pour mon fils. Je recommande amplement cet hôtel qui a allégé ma présence à Toulouse. Mille mercis et je reviendrai pour le suivi médical de mon fils.
