Toulouse has a brilliant interconnected transport system. Evening staff very helpful and attentive in the dining room. Would of light breakfast in the dining room not in the anti-room at the back which is out the way in a bit closeted

I sent an email through Expedia the hotel sin they never received it but I'll have a record of it and I specifically ask for gluten-free bread.

Staff was great. The carpet was extremely old and dirty beyond description. It was not obvious that it was a motel style accommodation. I would not have booked it if I knew it was a motel and that the carpet was so dirty. I will stay away from this hotel chain in the future.

Lors de mon arrivée la chambre était propre, chauffée, mais un peu bas pour moi..., j'ai donc voulu augmenter la température de la pièce en agissant sur le thermostat..., ce dernier indiquait que le chauffage de la pièce était arreté..., je l'ai mis en route..., et la aucun choix possible..., le tactile du thermostat n'a jamais réagi...!
Sur ce dernier..., soit la température demandée était de 23° (un peu trop chaud pour une chambre à mon gout mais pas le choix...!), soit je devait l'eteindre..., et ça sans savoir que la pièce allait refroidir assez vite, au point où il à fallu que je me lève en début de nuit..., allumer le chauffage..., me recoucher..., qu'au bout d'un moment j'ai du me relever à nouveau pour l'éteindre car il faisais beaucoup trop chaud..., et ceci plusieurs fois dans la nuit..., une nuit un peu désagréable...!
Concernant le chauffage de la salle de bain, qui était commandé par un intérrupteur pour l'allumer pendant 7min en un clic, 14min en deux clics, et 21min en trois..., mais avec 1, 2 ou 3 clics..., il n'a jamais démarré...!

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. Spaces were clean. But in the morning construction workers started drilling with heavy impact drills into the concrete beams or roof directly above my room #26. It was incredibly loud. I was not warned at all! They saw me walk into the room after breakfast but didn’t stop. I complained to the hotel manager who asked them to stop for half an hour so I could pack and leave. But 5- 10 minutes later they started drilling again!! They wore ear protection, but I didn’t have any. I found this very disturbing and inconsiderate. I asked them again to stop. Then they sat on the narrow balcony area blocking my exit and didn’t get up or move until I walked toward them with my suitcase. They had also blocked the exit stair with their ladder to the roof.
My ears are still ringing from this incident. The drills were loud enough to cause hearing damage. I do not think this work should be done when the room is occupied.

As people have said, it is a motel rather than a hotel. Room was OK but the lighting was irritating and the shower difficult. We arrived at 9.30 and had the set dinner. Nothing special and don't bother with the dessert.

Firstly the staff I dealt with were nice and helpful. The restaurant area simple, clean and good and nice food. However having arrived earlier in the late afternoon already walking from the airport, there's no snacks available or local shop so walked back to the airport and used one of their cafes. You might wish to take the airport shuttle to the city if you have the time and energy.

In addition it is not 'black-out' or dark curtains over the window but a button to operate a metal window screen/shutter that lowers to cover the window.
The internal room was also disappointing. Although clean, the lime green (not in itself too much of an issue as is Campanile company colour) but the wardrobe wood chipped and run down. Skirting board coming away from the wall. The bed not that comfortable, neither were the pillows. I tossed and turned all night so was not well rested for my flight.

The default parameters for searching rooms on Hotels.com usually shows two-person occupancy. Somehow that fell through the cracks when the reservation got to the staff at the Hotel Campanile Toulouse - Blagnac Aéroport. While it didn't cost us any more, they were surprised that there were two of us there to check in.

Check in & room were fine. Air conditioner lagged so it took a bit to cool down enough to sleep. It was high 70’s’F outside, so not asking much of it. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for early flights because it is just a 10 minute walk door to door to the airport. We are average to fast walkers. Nice, clean, basic hotel/motel. Needed the room for a layover in Toulouse and it was reasonably close to the airport, within walking distance and the room was good and clean. The only slight gripe would be the non-existent curtains, but like I said, it was needed for one night, arriving late, so I probably would have slept on glass if needed to.
