Comfortable and good breakfast buffet.

Someone had smoked in the room we were first assigned. We were quickly given a new room with no questions. The breakfast buffet was very well provisioned. That was a very nice benefit we had not anticipated.

The hotel is about a 15mins walk from the terminal, it's not clearly signed so have a maps app ready. Room is very basic but clean and very quiet. Breakfast staff very smily :-)

This is our go-to hotel when we fly to and from Blagnac. Unfortunately, this trip, the hotel was not up to it's regular standard. The window in the room was filthy, two of the bath towels had holes, and the drain in the shower was so clogged that the bathroom flooded (@ 6:00 AM!). Every table in the breakfast area was covered with dirty dishes and food. Overall, it seemed to us that the standard of the hotel had slipped which is unfortunate. However, having said that, I must say that the staff were terrific as usual: kind, professional, and very personable.

The hotel is basic but don’t get fooled like I did when I showed up at the wrong Ibis hotel. Apparently there are three. When one goes to the hotel navette/shuttle stop, there is a phone line for Ibis. I called for transport and was taken to one of the other two Ibis hotels. I then had to schedule an Uber ride to get where I really needed to go.

As far as this hotel is concerned, it is basic but clean and a good deal. It does not have a shuttle to the airport but one can walk it in about 10 to 15 minutes. I didn’t mind the exercise and would contemplate staying here again. There is also a limited menu of food available, but all were good choices. In the end, it’s all about saving money.

Otherwise it was quiet and just when I needed before a very long day of flying back to the United States.

The staff was friendly friendly and helpful, but the hotel was old and in need of a refresh. My room was laughably small, even by European standards, and the closet space was nonexistent. Location was convenient for airport transit.

Arrived Late - wonderful staff

Arrived very late in from LHR. Staff was efficient and entirely sympathetic to the fact that we had been delayed hours past any reasonable hour. Personal and professional. We choose this little hotel because of the staff, and because it is within easy walking distance to the airport.

Lovely clean hotel close to the airport.

Perfect for a nights stop over. Hotel was clean and welcoming, very quiet with good facilities. Breakfast was simple, not overwhelming, but more than adequate.wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Good restaurant nearby and about 20mins to town on the tram.

Great Value around the corner from the Airport

Very pleasantly surprised by this one. The beds were great, breakfast was good, staff were welcoming, and it was basically a matter of falling out of bed to get to the airport. They also have seperate rooms for the wc and (a real) shower, and in some rooms, beds that adjust to being together or seperated. Super good value for the money.

You've Got to be Kidding Me!

No shuttle? A half mile walk, in the rain perhaps. Never stay here again. Taxi cost €12. The rooms are okay, but cheap material, plastic walls. $120. Is too much for this place.

Best thing about it was the excellent breakfast.

The hotel's name was changed. We were never notified and were expecting to stay at a Best Western. The Ibis Styles location had neither a restaurant nor a bar. Just vending machines in the lobby. The lobby internet space did not have a printer for guests to use so we were unable to print boarding passes.

The room was uncomfortable.

Hotel near Toulouse airport

The room was clean, but there's NO shuttle bus to or from the airport which is NOT convenient. The room is also VERY SMALL. The staff was not very friendly. I would rather stay at Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn which are right beside this hotel, but they have shuttle bus to and from the airport. They even charge you 2-3 Euros just to book a taxi for you. So don't let them book it for you, when you can book it yourself.

The receptionist, who was English, was friendly, informative, and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was close enough to walk to the airport the next morning. Since we were leaving at 4am, we didn't take any breakfast. Like that there was coffee, tea, and water in the room. When we checked out the next morning, the morning receptionist seemed a bit confused at our reservation, even though all was paid beforehand, so it took a little time to leave. Besides that, we were happy with the hotel.

Clean Airport Hotel

Perfect hotel for airport stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean & efficient and lack nothing for the type of short stay hotel this is.

The only downside is the hotel lacks a shuttle service to the airport, so you must take a taxi which will cost roughly 10-12€.
In my opinion, it's too far from the airport to walk - but the taxi only takes 5 minutes.

Beware absence of airport shuttle service

Comfortable accommodations and helpful, courteous staff. There is no shuttle service available so the taxi costs from and back to the airport was over 35 euros. That cost would have paid for superior accommodations at a hotel that did, in fact provide a shuttle service. The Best Western should alert potential customers to this deficiency.

Arrive in France, crash out, move on.

This is a small, simple hotel by the airport. It's basically no frills, but it has all the basics. I didn't have the breakfast, which I think is extra. In room coffee was instant, but I didn't care. It was just nice to have. Room was very small, bed was huge and awesome. Shower and bathroom were great. If you're just passing thru, and need something close to the airport, this was very good. Easily walkable to the terminal, about 10 minutes, although hard to navigate without google or good directions.

Budget hotel but not at budget price

Poor hotel overall partly redeemed by excellent receptionist.

The room looked tired, the bathroom was minuscule and dull, the mattress was soft and sagged, inferior quality pillows and noisy with the window open. However, the receptionist was excellent and engaging, knowledgeable and efficient.

I still wouldn't recommend the hotel though.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. The room and bed was okay but the shower stall was open so that when I would take a shower water would spill into the floor where we had to brush our teeth and wash our face. The room was hot and the air condition was not working,so we had to open the windows and get all the noise from outside. Lighting was also bad.The front desk clerk was being ridiculous in telling us that we can walk to the airport if we just don't have big bags to bring. The reason why I picked this hotel was in the internet I read that there will be a shuttle to the airport and then to be told that we can just walk was kind insulting to say the least. The airport is very close but not within walking range.

Very functional but not recommended for long stays

Was the first time, not so bad experience, room was extremely functional, a little bit small from my point of view. Restaurants and shopping centers almost 25 min walking. I asked for a late check out but response was not allowed. I think customers need better solutions if they have an asequible request like this. Hall and waiting space in the reception was so small too.

Had difficulty finding hotel as the name had been changed between booking and arrival.
No GPS co-ordinates were available and should be standard today.
Main criticism was the lack of airconditioning which the staff advised had been changed to winter heat the day of our arrival.
Might have been plausible except the unit did not respond to the on/off switch at all.
Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Hotel was walking distance to the airport.
The interior reflected a recent refurbishment

One of the worst nights I have ever spent in a hotel. The room was very hot and we couldn't turn on the the AC. The beds consist of a very thin mattress on particle board and the mattresses kept slipping so you feel like you are going to fall out of bed.

Business hotel. Relatively isolated ,evenings and weekends. Only a Thai restaurant and a McDonalds,with short hours, in the neighborhood. Not convenient to public transportation and a good half mile walk to airport. Would stay in Toulouse if I had it to do over.

Not bad but be aware of the shortcomings

The hotel is directly on several main roads and, although windows are double-paned and there is a metal screen which can be lowered, I could still hear lots of traffic until about 10 pm. Our stay was early November and the heat in the room could not be shut off even though it was stifling. Had to open the window, which let in all the noise.
The room itself is very compact, clean. Separate shower/sink room and toilet and sleeping part of room has a door closing it from the shower and toilet rooms. Makes for another barrier re hallway noise...of which there was none! Didn't hear anything from any rooms either above or next to us.
No restaurant but there is a machine in the lobby which sells snacks, drinks and sandwiches. A McDonald's is just across the road but I didn't see an easy way to get to it.
We ordered from a pizza restaurant but they wouldn't deliver just a small pizza so we had to get a large one (really, a med one by American standards) It was OK. Front desk guy was very accommodating: gave us real glasses for our bottle of wine (our own) and some silverware and napkins. We ate in the small tarea of the lobby with tables.
Balladins, now called Hotel Toulouse, is VERY close to the airport but not enough to walk if you have any heavy luggage. I walked back after returning our rental car and it took about 20 minutes, an easy walk without having to deal with luggage. We had an early flight and it clost 17 Euros to have a pre-ordered taxi drive us 5 minutes.

Rooms had a Scandinavian feel - very modern and compact, but functional. There was an actual glass-enclosed shower with rain shower head. Not something we had seen much of in our travels around France. The airport is a very pleasant fifteen minute walk, so we were able to get a little exercise before a long flight.

Basic hotel close to the airport

Booked on a budget so can't complain much; was comfortable enough and staff were friendly. However, breakfast was overpriced (10 euros for cold breakfast) and there was no room service and no restaurant attached to the hotel. No tub in the room and separate toilet/shower. The electronic keycard failed every single day. Parking was ample and it was conveniently close to the airport and highways.

Great for chemically sensitive persons

Best hotel I stayed at in France. Not \"quaint\" but the only hotel I stayed at with an elevator... 3 flights uo with luggage, got a bit tiring. this hotel was very clean, beds were more comfortable than my own, also very helpful. My room and my stay was superb! Best of all, everything was SCENT-FREE! They don't use air fresheners or scented cleaning products or scented detergents. I don't know if this was becuase I told them in advance that I'm chemically sensitive, but this was the only hotel I stayed where my body could actually relax & not react. I suggested they advertise this, but I was told that they can't because some customers smoke in the rooms, even though that's not allowed. About a mile from the airport, so need a cab, but hotel staff was helpful & no problems getting a cab at 4 AM.

A good place to stay if you are using the airport

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff were helpful. It is in a quiet residential area with access to a good restaurant just up the street and only 2 minutes to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable and the rate was reasonable. We did not take breakfast, which was 9 Euros. You can get better value at the airport for a croissant and coffee.

Great proximity to the airport and pricing.

Room were small but adequate. The biggest disadvantage was that it was a 40 euro one way taxi ride to downtown Toulouse and the few cafe choices close to the hotel. We flew in the night before our international flight due to the early departure the next day. This hotel is next the airport (not walking distance) and was one of the lower priced hotels in the area. So if you need an affordable overnight location next to the airport, this is a great choice. If you are looking to experice the cafe and night life of Toulouse, you might want to consider someplace else. Overall 4/5.

Comfortable Bed, Quiet and Close to Airport

Good location for early morning flight.Staff pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed .Would be to guests to have a shuttle. Paid 25E for taxis. Was going to walk the ten minutes to the airport early in the am- was raining so took a taxi. Bus #25 ( starting from 7:30 am ) around the round about goes to the airport.

Comfortable, quiet hotel, great after long travels

I arrived very late (around midnight) from the airport because of a delayed flight but was nonetheless promptly greeted by friendly hotel staff at the front desk. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The following morning the staff helped get me a taxi and bring my luggage outside. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to a friend.

Perfect for an early/late flight from the airport

A pleasant, clean hotel very close to the airport with everything you could require. Access to Toulouse was via the airport bus but the hotel had parking if you have your own car. Room was pleasant and clean. It is in the middle of an industrial estate with other airport hotels and not much in the way of restaurants (McDonald's directly opposite, some other restaurants nearby) Breakfast buffet of 9euro was on the better side of hotel buffet breakfasts.

Balladins Toulouse airport & nearby restaurants

We satyed here at the beginning of December 2011. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the cost. The hotel is perfect for the airport and only 15 minutes walk from the tram stop to Toulouse. We would definitely stay here again.
The Thai restaurant opposite the hotel was also excellent with friendly staff, good service and lovely food.
However we were not impressed with the French restaurant also mentioned by the hotel, L'Esprit du Sud-Ouest. Service was poor, we stood in the foyer for over 5 minutes with staff passing through and were ignored. We would have left but needed a meal and had read good reviews. The staff were unwelcoming and rushed us to make our choices, even though there were only 11 people in the brasserie. The steak and duck were of good quality but the accompaniments were lukewarm and greasy/oily. We felt that 67 euros for 2 main courses, 2 beers and a bottle of house wine did not in any way represent value for money. We left the reataurant feeling disappointed.

This is a modern faceless and charaterless collection of concrete boxes stacked on top of each other and the only reason you would choose to stay there is due to it's proximity to the airpirt, otherwise would always avoid. Even though it is close to the airpot there is no courtesy bus, so paid €30 for taxi fares, so may as well have paid for a proper hotel even nearer the airport terminal.

I normally stay at the holiday inn, very near to this hotel but it was too expensive. I arrived late and was given a room key (radio wave which opens door just with proximity). The first room was heavily smoke ridden, but the person on the desk changed it with no question.
The rooms are not large but the deep mattress on the bed gave me one of my most comfortable sleeps for a long time.
Be carefull in the morning because my expedia sheet said I had to pay 90 cents for taxes , but it didnt tell me I had to pay 9 euros for breakfast and reception staff had to chase after me to the car park to remind me.of this. Good experience in all.

My husband and I had just spent a week sailing on the Canal Du Midi and were spending one night in Toulouse before an early morning flight the next day. Hotel Balladins Toulouse Airport is literally a ten minute walk to the ticket counters. We arrived very early (11:30 AM) and didn't expect a room. We simply wanted to store our luggage and get something to eat. Much to our surprise, the hotel receptionist checked with the cleaning staff and secured a clean room allowing us to check in. We were very happy with the staff's attentiveness. They were also very helpful with all of our questions and restaurant options. There is a Thai restaurant directly across the street but due to some dietary restrictions, this was not a good choice for us. We opted to eat at a local french restaurant, L'Esprit du Sud-Ouest, which was a convenient five minute walk from the hotel. There is also a McDonalds across the street as well. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect hotel for overnight stay

The Balladins hotel is a 5-10 min walk from Toulouse airport - putting it in the perfect location for a late flight arrival, which is what we had.

There's only a Chinese restaurant which closes at 10 and a MacDonalds closeby, so not too convenient to get a decent meal.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

reasonably good value at Toulouse airport if you have a car!

We were scheduled to arrive late on a flight and felt this hotel was a reasonable choice. It did turn out to be clean and efficient, although staff was less than enthusiastic. There was no shuttle (we were told to \"walk\" 2 km with 2 large roller bags at night!). We got terribly lost but fortunately the neighborhood was safe and we finally found the place. The next day it was a 30 Euro taxi ride to the center, thus it would have made more sense to book a hotel in the center and take the city bus to town the night we arrived! Such is the fate of the naive traveler in France.

Balladins Toulouse Airport - Convenience & Comfort

High standard airport hotel, our room (triple) even had a balcony. Opposite the hotel are a McDonalds, and a pleasant Thai restaurant, and the meal was a good end to the holiday. There is also a SW French restaurant nearby, but this is closed evenings till 20 August 2011. Hotel staff are very friendly and ordered us an early morning taxi to the airport. The comfort and space in the rooms meant we did not feel \"trapped\" on an industrial/ housing estate, although this is the location!

Balladins Hotel Near Toulouse Airport

This Airport is very close to airport ( 15-minute walk) good if you want an easy end to a flight or an easy start to a flight. A good Thai restaurant right across the road. Excellent value and the room was clean and modern better than some more expensive hotels I've visited. You can get into Toulouse by walking to airport and taking a 20-minute Airport bus. Also well positioned if you want to vist the Airbus factory to do some of their tours.I'd go there again.

Walk to the airport. Drive to food

We stayed here on our last day and need a place near the airport and the car return. The hotel was really nice and modern. The front clerk spoke English. On Sunday the only place to find food other than the McDonald's across the street was the mall a few round about away. Although it says breakfast was free we still had to pay for it. 8 Euro.

Twin rooms very tiny and warm. Shower flooded whole bathroom. Computer/phone problems resulted in extremely slow check-out, which made us late for check-in for our flight.

Hotel Balladins Toulouse airport

Simple, clean hotel just minutes away from the airport. You could walk it (maybe 10 minutes) if the €15-20 taxi fare scares you off. A bus ride is a possible alternative although I didn't have time to explore it.

Small room but efficient, comfortable and quiet.

Very good value for the price and location, great if you arrive at Toulouse late and don't want to travel onwards immediately or have an early morning flight.

Excellent property, very convenient too

I needed a quick place to stay for an early flight. It has great access to local transportation, walking distance to the airport. Amenities are also excellent, very clean and straightforward.
