I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly I wasn’t disturbed either by planes or by people in the next rooms. Sometimes someone was smoking and the smell came through the window. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room was clean and working. The airport is less than a 10-minute walk along an alley. There’s a McDonald’s and a few other cafés nearby that stay open late. Next time I have an early flight from this airport, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Check-in and Cleanliness problems - BEDBUGS!!

Unfortunately, we had 6 rooms. On arrival machine wasn't working correctly. 1 room had someone already in it, asleep (room 26) One room was not cleaned or made up (room 21) and my room was infested with bed bugs, for which I now have dozens of bites!! (room 008) One room didn't have soap or cups too. So it seems that the general running is being completely messed up. I have been using this hotel for over 10 years, but it is slowly declining and needs it's cleaning and checkin proceedures updating. Really worried now, as I have another 3 bookings for this year and don't want more bedbug bites.

Hotels.com seem to have vonfused the booking and they had no record of payment. It took a long time to get a room and reqired persistence. It didn't appear to be the desk clerk's fault, and she finally checked us in (thank goodness).

After a few issues with the auto check in

A few issues checking in - but there had been a rain storm, but some guy came to mine and another travellers rescue - always worries me that if the system doesn't recognise your booking and it's midnight - what do you do
Other than that all went to plan - I have stayed at this hotel many times as its only a short walk from the terminal . One thing I would say is the paying in area needs a light as the ATM card point is hard to see in the dark

A few issues but McDonald was open!

I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is a quick walk from the terminal and unlike the rest of Blagnac has an open restaurant across the street (in the form of McD) Which is great when you turn up in France after 9PM as everything else around is SHUT. My issue is the auto check in, in that you have to type in your details (in a poorly lite area) and the time you type in the details the CC generally locks you out and (gives a lot of massages in French, which disappear quite quickly so you can't translate) you have to enter all the details again. Imagine my relief that the hotel office was open - but the guy wasn't playing ball and I couldn't get a card for the room, although he seemed to book in the previous guests in the reception (which I have done before).

Even when I dragged him out and showed him the message \"go to Reception\". He opened my room with the master key and I had to leave it a jar (as it didn't close properly) on my visit to McD. Normally the service is really good and the staff understand my broken french - guess I just had a bad experience or a temporary member of staff. See you again

This hotel is great, except if you arrive late you have to use the payment machine, to pay some local tax 88Cents
Unfortunately the area is dimly lite, so you are guessing on typing your pin number and matching your name on the keyboard. I use both of my \"given\" names but the system only accepts my first name. It doesn't accept the 12 digit Booking reference or any other CC

Avoid at all costs!

Awful hotel!!! Our door did not close or lock and on returning to reception to tell them we found they had locked up for the night with no body around to help. We spent an uncomfortable and stressful night worrying that someone would come in and had to use a chair to block the door. The room was dirty, full of spiders and bugs. There was brown stains on the towels and blood on the walls. The shower was so small you’re practically standing on the toilet to use. You couldn’t pay me to use this hotel again… very disappointed.

Booked a triple room to stay close to the airport for the departure early morning. The triple room should have never been squeezed into a room that tiny. The bunk bed had minimal space from touching the ceiling. That should have been illegal. The wifi was utterly useless.

Cheap and cheerful stay near the airport

Cheep and cheerful option when you're only staying a few hours overnight near the airport. Arrival just after midnight was easy (I contacted ahead of arrival to confirm how to get in - they give you a code for the door next to the gate) and check-in is done via an automated machine. Checkout via dropping the key at the reception desk was easy enough. Baggage storage is also available. More importantly, it had aircon in the room which helped given the heatwave passing through!

15 minute walk to get there from the airport, all along pathways, so easy enough to do in the dark.

The picture is a bit misleading. Okay place for just one night. Very small room... which used to be smoking or still smoked in. Outdated bathroom pod, would be difficult for larger people. A bit disappointed, but just okay for one night. Parking was packed and first come, first served, but free.

Oh my. The motel is close to the airport, a pleasant 10-minute stroll. A few issues for the weary traveler though.
There are designated outdoor smoking areas on each level of the building, and this creates a strong old cigarette smell in some rooms. The room itself was clean but that strong scent was a bit much. The air conditioner produced a nice heat but that's not what it's supposed to do. In the absence of any ventilation (the window only opens a few centimetres), that was a problem. I had to open my door for air. But had to close it again due to the, you know, cigarette smoke area. Traffic noise would be minimized by closing the window if it isn't too warm. Loud traffic but you'd expect that in the location. I'd suggest spending a bit more and stay at another place in the area - there is a lot of choice.

Pictures were highly misleading. The room was tiny and things were not in good condition. The toilet was right under the shower in a closet sized bathroom. Bed was practically on the floor, barely could walk around it, tiny tv. Want my money back. Left immediately after checking in.

Stay was OK, except arriving out of hours - midnight the time my very late Easy Jet flight turned up (Merci French ATC) I had to use the machine to get in - unfortunately it did not like my CC to pay the 88c Tourist Tax. 10 attempts later and another card card worked (which will cost me about 5 Euros in charges). Another couple were having a similar issue
Once in the room every thing was Ok, but I always wonder what would happen if some one large wanted to use the toilet - the cubical is very small. Wouldn't be any good for the average size American :-)
I also got the room I asked for

It’s not worth the cheap rates.

Smoke free room? Ha! It stank of cigarettes.
When we turned the 1 light on, saw it was infested with dozens of mosquitoes. On the walls and ceilings.
“Covid cleaning” Ya right - only the desk surface/shelf surfaces cleaned. Dust/grime on everything else. You could see the orange brown smoke stain drops on the underside of the bunk bed.
Bed sheets had stains.
Bathroom cubicle handle was so bad, you needed someone from the room to let you out. Bathroom has no venting -ends up a suffocating steam room when showering
Wifi - great signal strength, but worse than dialup speed - unusable besides sending messages. So bad in fact you can’t load your booking information (email or app)!
Booked 1 room on Expedia, showed up and was told I was charged for 2 rooms. Why? No idea. (They refunded the second room).

It wasn’t all terrible. The Receptionist was friendly and kind. So there’s that at least.

The heating in the room was ridiculously high and difficult to breathe.. Tried to turn down and was a bit better but still extremely hot and uncomfortable.
Only one thin pillow each- used blanket to improve that
The bed quilt was very heavy and as already so hot in room, I ended up most of the night on top of the bed. Hardly got any sleep at all
Worst night in a hotel have ever had.

Ideally positioned for the airport - less than 10 minutes walk to the terminal. The hotel is a former Formel 1 and very little if anything has changed from it's previous design. You get what you pay for budget accomodation at budget prices. Basic continental breakfast. There are several fast food outlets / restaurants in easy walking distance.

Not a good airport hotel.

No english speakers anywhere, room was extremely small and with 3 of us it was difficult for 1 night. Bathroom was like one on an aeroplane with a tiny shower. It was clean but didnt feel particularly safe. Only 1 towel between 3 people.

If this is the case, I would have expected to been given the choice at the time of making the reservation to chose a no-smoking room.

I use this hotel for excellent value, close to the airport and within comfortable walking distance for my flight the next morning. The staff are always polite and a special mention for Yannick who assisted my early check in.
The breakfast is at a great price of 5 euros which includes unlimited coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh bread for toasting and a choice of jams and honey. All round smashing value. Don't expect a large room but was clean for all you need and fresh for an overnight stay. The small heater in the room was on throughout my short stay which was good bearing in mind the temperature outside was minus 2c

Local business to attend n spent night here.
Male receptionist very helpful on check in, bathroom small n shower area tiny (think sardines in the tin!).
Didn’t take breakfast n asked female receptionist for a local bakery or coffee shop - didn’t know if one within a 5km radius other than the airport !?! Just got the Galic shrug..Used a well known app to find what was around me n got to a great place 2km’s away that served great food. Shame on you Ms Receptionist!!

Perfect stop for early flight

The receptionist was a very nice man who helped me to the second floor with my heavy luggage. He did not accept a tip. Pure kindness!
The room was not expensive, very conveniently located minutes away from the airport and very clean. No luxury, of course at this price, but everything needed was there. The area is safe, close to restaurants in the nearby town, and very quiet.

Some attention required!!

After 9pm there is an ATM like check-in. It didn't work after five attempts. Fortunately someone was in the reception area ironing and was able to get me in. The room was up a flight of stairs - no lift, so if carrying your suitcase is an issue, be warned. The room appeared clean but the drains smelled bad. There was a tiny little window, with a security bar to stop it being opened very far, and a sliding bolt on the door which didn't work. The catch on the door had to be very deliberately engaged as it tended to prefer to stay open. It was like staying in a cupboard, and felt very insecure.
But the staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and the coffee was good.

It was as usual. Clean and with everything in good shape and working. Had some trouble getting on wifi but eventually did and it was slow but reliable.

Hotel is literally a stone's throw from the airport. If you don't have too much luggage, you could walk over to the terminal. But they will also call you a cab if you arrange it the night before. Several restaurant options within 1 block.

Also very pet friendly, though there is a small fee.

For the price and the area it is a great deal. 15 mins walk from airport and T1 tram. Small boxy room but clean and comfortable. Bathroom reminds me of cruise ship bathroom. A bit tight in the shower but clean. Downtown Toulouse is only. 30 mins by tram and metro. Airbus tour is 10 mins using T1 tram. Chinese, McDonald’s and Subway sandwich are the only restaurant I found near by. Subway is the most reasonably priced.

Beware the angry receptionist!

Room was OK, although slight smell of urine, and the bed was comfortable. What you would expect for the price. However, on arriving just before 9pm the staff member who was there indicated that I should use the self check in computer. I tried four times, and it could not find my reservation. When I asked for help she became very angry, and told me that as it was after 9pm (it was now 09:06pm) I had forfeited my room!!! Fortunately a kind man (a guest) intervened and persuaded her to go and check me in, otherwise I think I would have been sleeping on the floor back at the airport. Makes me nervous about booking this kind of hotel again.
