When I pulled up it looked like the hotel was closed. There was a dumpster full of trash out front and a lot of trash around the building in general. The phone number provided by hotels.com did not connect me to the person who could check us in. Only a few rooms in this building are being used as a hotel. The rest of it is being used as an apartment building.

Had to move on our last night due to the Tour going past our booking on the last day.
Park Wilson is a motel really but OK for one night and close to the airport.
In a very remote area but we did find an Italian withing 15 mins walk.

The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible.

Pleasantly surprised.

Just an overnight stay to be close to the airport. Great hotel, and very comfortable and clean. Very honest price but breakfast was too expensive (11 euros per person) and we decided to have it at the airport which, believe it or not, was cheaper. We ate at a restaurant close by (about 200 meters away) but one could tell that the area might turn into a rough spot eventually... The staff at reception are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Not much i like about this hotel, I had a very small room, had a funny smell to it, almost non existent Wifi, can't really cook anything, the kitchen is so small and hardly any cutlery, have to take your own rubbish out of the room at the end, no weights in the fitness room, miserable, depressing surroundings. The only good things, the bed was fairly comfortable and the car park is free. Wouldn't stay there again.

10 minutes from the airport. Clean, cheap, lovely family room with air con. Staff polite and helpful. We paid £58 for the night for 2 adults and 2 children.

As an apparthotel, the Park Wilson is comfortable and practical. The catering equipment in the room is adequate although there is no kettle so you either have to run water through the coffee maker to heat it or heat it in the microwave. This would certainly be OK if you are happy with microwaveable meals. The hotel is in the middle of an office complex, and there is nothing within walking distance that we could find to buy food or eat, although there are vending machines at the hotel.
The team who manage it are very friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine so you can launder your clothing.
If you have access to transport and need to stay near the airport, this is a reasonably-priced option.

Nice room for the price!

I was just here for a short night stay before departing from the Toulouse airport. I booked it because it was cheap, but the room was quite nice for the price! There was a kitchen and a couch and a small dining room table, and the bedroom was separate, so not like a studio. There was a small tv in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was a little small, but no big deal. The only semi-complaint is that when arriving at the hotel, there was a note to call the front desk to have them open the gate. I had a Euro cell phone that worked, but if someone is traveling through there without a working cell phone, I'm not sure how they would get in. There may have been a buzzer on the gate itself, but I'm not sure. Overall, a nice room for the price and I would stay there again.

This hotel proved to be farther from the airport than we had thought, thus causing us to take a rather expensive taxi ride. There are also no decent restaurants nearby. Moreover, our son's room had someone in it who had smoked. This is totally unacceptable.

Definitely NOT non-smoking and needs cleaning!

While the staff were friendly and helpful to the best of their ability the rooms are definitely smoked in, a frustration for a supposedly non-smoking hotel. Not that I am an avid non-smoker, but the musty smell of stale cigarette smoke is not my favourite - though I do enjoy the smell of good tobacco outside on a patio. The hotel could offer little more than to febreeze my room, which isn't really much help.

Cigarette burns on the floor, and on the heat register where cigarettes in the bathroom have been set down by the toilet add some validity to the complaint. The room just down the hall had a loud gathering of men talking loudly and smoking / drinking through the night, you could smell the smoke walking by the room. Turns out the owners of this hotel have them working on another nearby place so they seem to get away carte blanche with ignoring the rules. This hotel was probably great in the past, but has slid in quality... In all I would suggest another place maybe closer to the airport and with more care of their own rules.

The hotel is located near to the airport on a business park. The grounds of the hotel could do with a good tidy n sort out and present its self in a better light. The staff are very helpful and if like myself your french isn't so good they speak good English. The room I had was comfortable enough but it didn't cost too much as I booked it thru an on line agent. Don't stay here if you are wanting to discover Toulouse as it's too far out.
For what I paid for my stay and the fact that I was driving I would go and stay again and enjoy the city all over again.

There was no noise from the airport when I was there which was a pleasant surprise and very welcome. So all in all the staff are the biggest asset of the hotel and the weakest being the grounds of the hotel.

The hotel is a little strange to find, firstly to enter the car park (as there isn't a space to stop in front) you need to call the hotel for the code. It isn't well signed and it is in a remote area. There is a bus stop right in front that (bus 63) takes you right into the city and terminates at a metro stop. I found the room to be a good size, with fridge etc. The bed was fine and shower good. The wifi - as people have mentioned is terrible, I mentioned it to the receptionist and they seemed aware of it said they would call the company (it is a little strange as it almost feels like data limiting as you can get a signal and surf but then it stops but after a while can go again). Staff are friendly enough, speak English and help.

About as soulless and out of the way as its possible to get. Anyone staying here for anything other than business or because they're flying from Blagnac needs their head examined. The signage is so bad that I drove past the hotel and even when I was parked up I still wasn't sure. There's no restaurant or bar. My room key didn't work. But, in the end, there's a bar-bistro a three minute walk away that saved my day, even at 10pm on a Tuesday night. The rooom was clean and big - but my room blind didn't work either, so I had a nice sodium-street light glare all night. If they offer you room 302, ask if they fixed it...
If you need a cheap, clean place to sleep, this will do, but don't expect character!

Clean and tidy good value apart hotel

Stayed here for a week in October in an apartment with a separate bedroom to the lounge/dinning room/ kitchenette. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and linens was excellent the kitchenette adequate but nothing special in comparison to others I've stayed in. The area is very quiet and residential, and if your arriving on a Sunday like I did remember there is nothing in the area to get food etc as shop/restaurants are closed all day other days the local Carrefour shop provides most of your needs. The only downside for me was a poor wifi signal (I was on the 3rd floor) and with only bbc world news for English viewers on the TV make sure you load up your laptop/ tablet with something to watch if you like your tv. overall good value for the money if wifi is not top of your list!

Finding the hotel at night was a bit of a challenge since the name on the building does not say Park Wilson. The gates were locked as is the doors. There was a sign to call a local phone. If you are a foreigner and does not have cell phone service, it is a bit of a challenge. It would have helped if there is an intercom either at the gate or the door. The one bedroom apartment was okay - if staying just for one night after A LATE ARRIVAL FROM THE AIRPORT. I have noted on my reservation that we are arriving at 11 PM just so they could wait and open the gates or doors for us. They could have simply emailed the codes to enter gates and hotel.

Working with Airbus or want low cost digs?

This more of an extended stay place with mini kitchen, etc. That said it will work just fine for an overnight place and compared to other places it's rates were good. Staff is great, rooms are clean, and property is kept - all better than the extended places I sometimes stay at in the US. There are not a lot of places to eat dinner nearby, but in the other hand the area is fairly quite for Toulouse. I had a car, so I can not comment on use with mass transit. It's now on my list for visiting Toulouse.

Not an airport hotel

This hotel is in a housing estate on the out skirts of Toulouse. It costs twenty five euros there and twenty five euros back to the airport. I was told the shuttle was off the road. If you want an airport hotel this is not it. Very hard to find. A taxi driver with a GPS battled to find the entrance in the dark. Poor signage. Breakfast was basic with machine coffee. Ideal for a commercial traveller with a vehicle and modest expectations.

Good situation as bus stop to Toulouse outside. 2 euros to town but last bus is at 9.00.
Apartment ideal for short stay. Fridge, dishwasher,2 electric rings and microwave. Good supermarket (carrefourmarkt) 3 mins walk. Very little in the vicinity but we didn'y explore Colomiers as we spent every day in Toulouse.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
very good value. Would stay here again.

Très déçue de ce séjour....les draps n'étaient pas propres....j'ai appelé la personne disponible le soir pour changer de chambre...elle me répond que l'hôtel est complet....et ne me trouve aucune solution ......j'ai donc quitté l'hôtel en pleine nuit et dû trouver une solution de repli. Le lendemain j'en parle à la personne de l'accueil qui me dit qu'elle fera un geste commercial....à ce jour rien je suis déçue et en colère car j'étais déjà venue et tout avait été parfait....

Très déçue. J'aimais bien venir ici car pratique d'accès et restauration accessible à pied. En plus les appartements sont agréables et bien équipés. Mais franchement ce n'est plus possible de venir ici. Les familles qui vivent là à l'année sont sans gêne. Du bruit jusque très tard. Enfants qui jouent et crient sur le parking sous les fenêtres, gens qui crient. Je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'être à l'hôtel mais au cœur d'une cité. Franchement je suis désolé mais à ce stade là on ne peut plus faire hôtel. Des gens qui travaillent et se lèvent tôt ce n'est pas compatible avec les habitants à l'année qui ne sont pas du tout respectueux et très bruyant. Je suis vraiment déçu car cet endroit était très bien. le personnel en plus c'est très agréable.

Habitué de cet hôtel, qu’elle n’a pas été ma surprise de découvrir que suite au changement de propriétaire, l’hôtel fait également de l’hébergement social.
Ce ne serait pas un problème si de nombreuses personnes semblent « rôder » sur le parking.
À l’intérieur de l’hôtel tout est bien plus bruyant. Pour ma part beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2 du matin.
Le seul point fort c’est l’équipe qui n’a pas changé. Dès mon arrivée ils m’ont expliqué la situation.
C’était donc ma dernière fois ici. En tout cas jusqu’à ce que le propriétaire fasse un choix différent.
Ici il faudrait faire un choix, soit ne faire que des logements sociaux soit être un hôtel.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.
Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter du lait / des yaourts et autres alternatives végétales.
Malheureusement l’état de certains mobilier laisse un peu à désirer même si leur aménagement est bon.
Nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre à l’arrivée. La porte du frigidaire ne tenait plus dans la première chambre, la tête de lit molletonnée de la 2ème était lacérée.
La troisième était très correcte, il manquait juste un placard.
Mention spéciale pour le départ tardif gratuit.
En conclusion, un hôtel bien pensé qui nécessite quelques réparations / rénovations et un personnel agréable. Le parking dispose de beaucoup de places, est sécurisé et gratuit.

Cliente de longue date, je fréquent cette résidence ainsi que toute ma famille quand nous venons sur Toulouse , je tiens à remercier cet établissement pour la tenue dans le temps de la qualité et de l'amabilité du personnel.
J'ai juste un bémol pour les 2 chambres que j'ai loué de l'absence des bouilloires électriques alors qu'il y en avait avant.

Le ménage n' a jamais été fait dans ma chambre pendant toute la durée de mon séjour (11 jrs !).
Conscient que la présence d'un animal aurait pu poser qq problèmes, j'effectuais la promenade avec mon chien pendant le passage des agents d'entretien dans mon couloir afin que le ménage puisse être effectué : peine perdue !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel. On a apprécié le parking vaste et sécurisé de l'établissement. Le sourire et la disponibilité de notre maître d'hôtel. La chambre double était spacieuse, confortable, bien insonorisée et propre. Le petit déjeuné était copieux dans une salle très agréable.

Une première concluante

Un Hotel très agréable malgré la canicule. La climatisation était efficace mais nous hésitons à la làisser toute la nuit. Personnel sympathique et comprehensif, a l’écoute de vos demandes.
