It was basic. Staffs were having hard times with the other guests. We were not given hand towels as they have been going missing. Recycling or garbage sorting was shockingly absent, once again due to the nature of the other guests/residents.

The Park & Suites Confort Toulouse - Tournefeuille is a good modern hotel offering basic comfort and a clean bed/living/dining room as well as a bathroom. The room is small for 2 people. There is a free car park which is locked at night.
It is not easy to find the hotel in the outskirts of Toulouse unless you have a detailed map of the area. There are some small signs but they are for \"Résidence hôtelière\" rather than the name of the hotel.
If you want to visit Toulouse you have to take the métro at the Basso-Cambo station which is quite a distance from the hotel and not that easy to find either. You can park for free provided you buy a métro ticket. It takes 20 minutes toget to the centre of Toulouse, but it's worth it as it is a most enchanting town.
Next time i go to Toulouse I'll try to find a more conveniently placed hotel.

Bon, un peu laborieux lors de l'arrivée, mais au final ils ont peu trouver une solution et cela m'a permis de passer une soirée et découvrir ce que la ville de Toulouse avait un montrer le personnel très accueillant et surtout professionnel.

La personne de l’accueil est super gentille rien à dire. Par contre l’appartement était rempli de toile d’araignée (avec les araignées). Le ménage est très limite.
L’immeuble craque beaucoup avec des fissures dans les appartements… pas rassurée. Une fois le canapé lit ouvert pour les enfants impossible de passer sans marcher dessus. Le petit déjeuner est trop léger compte tenu du prix. Nous avions tous faim.

Établissement, très bien, chambre en bon état et propre, calme, juste une petite chose, avoir un GPS ou appli WAZE pour y arriver, l’hôtel comporte 2 bâtiments le bâtiment \"A\" et le batiment \" B\", il serait judicieux que les bâtiments porte plutôt le chiffre 1 et 2 plutôt que \"A\" et \"B\" , quand on arrive, on voit 1 grand \"A\" sur les batiments mais c'est le \"A\" de \"Appart' City, autrement rien à redire sur l'établissement.

L'accueil était totalement inexistant. Le seul contact était téléphonique et inutile car à 19h30 il était déjà trot tard pour réserver les petits déjeuners. Quand on ne souhaite pas travailler les dimanches et jours fériés , il ne faut pas travailler dans l’hôtellerie. Nous étions au premier étage juste au dessus de l'entrée du bâtiment.Des gens fumaient (et buvaient), nous avions donc les odeurs de tabac en permanence dans l'appartement. Pas génial du tout pour une famille asthmatique avec enfants! Appart city, première et dernière fois pour nous!

Résidence vieillissante a besoin d'un ENORME coup de rafraichissement autant dans les espaces communs que dans les logements. Appartement grand mais le mobilier est a changer, le lit n'est pas confortable, la cuisine est mal équipée.... Ne pas se fier aux photos.

L'environnement est tranquille, la résidence est propre mais mériterait un coup de neuf ! Chambre surchargée de meubles (étouffant), pas une lampe de chevet ou d'interrupteur en tête de lit (super quand on veut le lever la nuit et y voir clair !), problèmes de réception TV, connexion web pas stable et pas de grand débit, le radiateur de la salle de bain HS. L'équipement pour cuisiner est minimum (une casserole, une poêle le tout sans couvercle). Le personnel est accueillant mais ne traite pas les problèmes remontés (ex réception TV). dommage !

J'avais demandé d'être côté campagne dans le bâtiment principal et ou l'appartement était propre. Ils m'ont mis dans le bâtiment d'en face.Appartement vieux, moquette sale et détériorée dans la chambre.Salle de bain et cuisine à rénover. Canapé lit défoncé dans la pièce principale (heureusement, j'ai choisi un appartement 2 pièces). dommage, le quartier est calme avec une petite forêt derrière les appartements.
Si j'y retourne, je vais imposer le choix de l'appartement sinon je vais ailleurs.
