The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down.

The 3 bed property was well laid out but the kitchen could've been better equipped, unfortunately was either one of their older or less used units and although the bed, sinks, toilets etc were clean the walls had not seen paint or a good wipe down in years and there were cobwebs and dust in all the corners. The walls had evidence of many dead insects squashed across them as they had not been wiped down often enough. The apartment smelt strongly of smoke despite it being banned inside, when brought to their attention the staff were very helpful nonetheless and provided a fumigator which helped a little. A 2 bedroom unit was offered and although this looked cleaner and newer it didnt meet our needs so we stayed with the 3 bed. In all honesty the 3 bed unit just needs the scheduled overhaul and modernisation that Apart'City have planned. The pool is lovely on a warm day and I would recommend a car as it is a 30-45 minute ride to central Toulouse with 3 changes and the last bus back is at 2100.

We booked a villa for 7 people, but the hotel prepared us a villa with 3 bedrooms but without sofa bed. We had to call the receptionist several times to get a key for a pillow and blanket from another villa ourselves.

Good apartments close to metro terminus
The staff and in particular the reception staff were excellent. They were particularly helpful when we neede help with a problem with our hire car. I can highly commend them for the service they provided to my family in a difficult situation.

Nice apartment-hotel if you know what that means
The exterior of the buildings is pretty and well maintained. The interior of our apartment was clean and nice but the bed was hard. It was a nasty surprise to get there on Sunday morning and find the lobby locked, no personnel, no place to sit, no instructions about what one could do until the room was available, no help from the emergency number. We found that there is no restaurant except McDonald's anywhere around and that the Carrefour was closed.

Much bigger than we expected over two floors, it is in a nice quiet area. Despite expedia stating there is daily cleaning the cleaning staff do not work over weekends and the reception is shut all day Sunday, so there is a big lack of attention to detail. But overall better than expected and very competitively priced. Plus there is wifi, whereas the website says ethernet cable so that was a bonus.

I had a very positive experience during my 5-day stay. I had a spacious villa with 2 bedrooms (1 room with a queen bed, another with 2 twin beds) as well as the bathroom upstairs, while downstairs I had a living room, a fully equiped kitchen, and another bathroom with a shower. This is far more space than what you can get for the same price at a typical hotel in Toulouse. I was offered the option of continental breakfast in my villa for 8 euros per day, which consisted of bread & croissants, jelly & butter, cereal, milk and orange juice. It was setup in my villa's dining table & refrigerator every night around 7 pm for breakfast on the next day. They also offered some lunch boxes. The villas have free wireless internet. Staff was English-speaking, extremely friendly and accomodating. They were always inquiring whether I needed anything else. Perhaps the trickiest thing about Park & Suites Saint Simon is its location. For me, it was perfect because it was a quick 20-minute walk to my conference venue. If you have your own car, then the location would not be a problem for you either. Now, if you are solely planning on visiting downtown Toulouse and you do not have a car, then this hotel may not be very convenient to you as it is relatively far from the city center. A cab to/from downtown or airport to Park & Suites Saint Simon will cost you roughly 25 euros. Based on the comfort, space, and price this is a great value and I would stay there once again.

Odeur de produits d'entretien très forte a l'arrivée qui a persisté pendant plusieurs jours, climatisation qui ne fonctionne plus, carreau cassé sur le rebord de la douche, bruyant la nuit, bref, un établissement qui mérite un meilleur entretien et un meilleur suivi. J'ai quand même apprécié l'espace que l'on avait pour un 2 chambres pour 4 personnes, la cuisine et son grand réfrigérateur. Le réceptionniste était très sympa, c'est le seul personnel d'ailleurs que j'ai rencontré durant mes 4 jours de séjour. J'avais le sentiment que l'établissement était livré à lui même hors heure de présence du personnel d'où beaucoup de voisins bruyant la nuit a 2 ou 3 du matin.

Un accueil chaleureux, le personnel reste discret tout le long du sejour, tout en repondant rapidement si besoin. Maison spacieuse et confortable ! Et à 15 minutes de la cité de L'espace, la halle de la machine,et 25 minutes du zoo. Residence idealement placée pour decouvrir Toulouse et ses alentours. Nous avons eu un appartement avec trois chambres, confortable, climatisation, d'un bon standing.
Seul bémol pour cause de COVID la piscine, la restauration et la salle de fitness étaient fermées.

Séjour en famille pour les fêtes, réservation pour 8 : 5 adultes et 2 enfants, chambres très bien réparties, avec 1 salle de bain et 1 salle d'eau, seul petit bémol, séjour un peu juste pour 7 personnes, une seule table ronde et manque de place pour les repas.
Manque un peu également d'ustensiles de cuisine de grand format, ceux qui étaient fournis sont un peu insuffisants. Il manque également un four.
Par contre très bon emplacement, quartier calme de Toulouse à proximité de la ville et de la cité de l'Espace par exemple.

Arrivés à 15h (ouverture de l’accueil), l’appartement venait d’etre nettoyé. Même si les meubles ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse, ils ont le mérite d’exister (sauf le coin bureau pour le n°111). La barre de seuil des toilettes dont une odeur d’urine persistait. La climatisation n’était que dans la chambre des parents avec une soufflerie en direction de la tête du lit, pas supportable. Le cadre est paisible, à 20 minutes de Toulouse.
