Résidence de Diane was a charming and cozy place to stay. The gardens were beautiful and gave us tropical vibes. Raphael at the front desk was super friendly and apologetic about not being able to put our large family in adjacent suites as requested. One of our rooms had to be switched and they could only give us the largest suite which turned out to be an upgrade, so we liked it. It had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), 3 TVs, sunny deck with a table, chairs, and sunbrella, plus drying racks, perfect for our needs. The second suite was smaller but very cozy, townhouse-style with a mezzanine and its own little patio.

We loved the AC as it was very hot, the natural light, nice breakfast buffet, friendly housekeeping, cool gym, and pool area with loungers. It’s close to a bus stop and walking distance to Lidl and nice dining options.

A few things could be improved: the large suite was echoey and a bit bare (a rug would help!), the kitchen lacked basics like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and cooking tools like spatulas or cooking spoons. Only one dishwasher pod and one dishcloth were provided. In-room coffee pods weren’t great and kinda hard to use. No pool towels, and the pool isn’t super kid-friendly, there’s no shallow end, and the deck could use some TLC. A playground on the premises would’ve been a great addition for families.
Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

The layout of the property and proximity to nearby restaurants was nice. The personnel working there seemed polite enough, but didn't want to work any harder than absolutely necessary which was unfortunate. We don't see ourselves going back.

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim.
There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away.
Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

The pool was under renovation and no communication was made on the Expedia site about it.

During reservation, I paid extra to have the \"Reserve and pay at property\" to be able to pay with a debit and not a credit card. Imagine my surprise when during the check out, the receptionist told me that the amount was already taken from my credit card without any request.

It’s very basic and nothing at all in the area other than a Lidl a few minutes walk away however the staff were really helpful. There was unfortunately a lot of ants in our room/kitchen area. The pool was quite cold however very quiet.

Great hotel, just outside of Toulouse

These are very new-looking apartments. The layout is like a small town-house, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and a study and bedroom upstairs. There is a small shopping center about 100m from the hotel near the round-about at the edge of Cugnaux, with a Lidl supermarket, a couple of restaurants, hair dressers and a bakery. This is very convenient. We also found a great place to go for a relaxing walk near the river less than 15 minutes away (by car) in Lacroix-Falgarde. We really enjoyed our stay, and extended for 2 days.

Nice clean hotel in a very convenient location

Four of us stayed in an apartment in this hotel. Is very convenient as it is close to the airport and has nice shopping facilities very close by (walking distance).
The rooms were clean, nice breakfast and a great swimming pool. Also lovely staff.

First timer at Toulousse

Staff very friendly. We were very grateful that we were given 2 rooms as complimentary coz we only booked 1 room for 5persons.

The idea of having separate toilet and shower room was good. The toilet in our room is massive but no handwashing facility. We would prefer to wash our hands before and after using the toilet. The shower room gets flooded so easily. The design is not that good.

The children enjoyed the dip in the pool area. They actually want to stay for another day and promised to come back soon.

A pleasant hotel residence

This is a very pleasant residence on the western edge of Toulouse with good access to Blagnac airport and Portet. My apartment for 3 nights was very clean and well presented. Swimming pool and gardens would be nice in summertime.

Great hotel for a short stopover

Excellent place to stop for a couple of nights. Close to the airport, but not too close! The pool is excellent, as is the condition of the hotel. The neighbourhood is fine, although you are limited to fast food and takeaways close by, but a 20 minute drive into Toulouse you can find as many restaurants as you like. The staff are very helpful too and directed us to a local town with a superb outdoor restaurant. Overall a great stopover hotel with large rooms ands great pool

Good value for money, basic hotel to use as a base to explore Toulouse. We rented an \"apartement\" which was really spacious on two levels.Much better value for a family than using a very central hotel. Breakfast not that great and the staff at reception and dining not too friendly, but the chambermaid was very pleasant. Would use again.

The person that helped us at he front desk was beyond helpful. He was amazing!. The hotel is great for families that need to rent a car or that you are just around the area to go to the country side. The room was not very well cleaned but we were there for only one night so it was not a big deal. I would definitely go back!

Very clean, quiet and spacious.

Four of us arrived at the 'residence' and were very happy to be given a loft apartment to stay in. It was very clean with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. We had door that opened to an outdoor patio with table and chairs. The pool was very nice and the internet was functioning. We loved the loft concept.
The negative things were that the hot water seemed to run out, there was no ice available and the grounds were full of weeds and not grass. Although there were many flowering bushes. Also the safe was not bolted down so we did not feel secure to leave our belongings in it while we went out.
Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommended this place. It is an excellent value for the price we paid.

He does the check in, restaurant and internet supports. Need to be patient if several persons arrive together. Not a big deal for us thought... I recommand

Great weekend with kids

A very pleasant and convenient stay. Easy to find, quiet neighbourhood. Fabulous pizza place nearby in the local centre across the road. Also auto bank, Lidl, patisserie. 15 mins to airport.
Apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We were 5 staying over and there was good space for us all. Lovely and clean and room cleaning was brilliant. Parking right outside our apartment block of 4 double storey apartments. Big double bed, massive wardrobes and sofa bed upstairs, large sofa that turned into bed downstairs, table and chairs, tv's upstairs and down. Little kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge and even a tiny dishwasher. All the crockery etc you might need. Nice bathroom with shower over bath. Plenty of towels. Aircon on both floors and big patio doors out to little semi-private patio with chairs and table and grassed area common to block.

Pool very pleasant and clean. Nicely decked and with loungers and parasols. Open until 9pm. Lovely late afternoon swim with a beer after day trip. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient.

I'd stay again!

We stayed three times this holiday--once on our own and two times with children so there were 5 of us. We loved it except it was very difficult for us to find; Toulouse and its environs are hard to navigate. There I think we should be getting 3 reward points for our three nights' stay, though. Lovely swimming pool, delicious breakfast with all you could want and a staff who are charming and eager to please.

Séjour très agréable à la Résidence de Diane à Toulouse : cadre soigné, chambres confortables, prestations de qualité. Rien à redire sur le confort ni sur la propreté. En revanche, l’accueil gagnerait à être un peu plus simple et chaleureux — le personnel, tiré à quatre épingles en costard-cravate, donne parfois une impression un peu hautaine. Un peu moins de mise en scène, un peu plus de naturel, et ce serait parfait.

J’ai déjà effectué plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel sans problèmes. Mais ce séjour a été catastrophique, le nettoyage de la chambre et le lit n’ont pas été fait 2 jours de suite. Je l’ai signalé la première fois à la réception, réponse elle a été oubliée. Deuxième jour idem, sans excuses. Hôtels.com a contacté courdil à la réception, il etait tard, il ne pouvait rien faire, un responsable a été contacté le lendemain, aucunes excuses de la résidence de Diane et refus d’un dédommagement. Résidence de Diane à fuir car la base d’un accueil pour un hôtel n’est pas respectée, gros problème de gestion des femmes de chambres.
Pour info “résidence de Diane” inutile de répondre à ce message pour de quelconques excuses l, il fallait le faire avant.

Habitué de loger dans cette résidence lors de mes déplacements professionnels, j’ai cette fois eu une chambre avec une climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Lorsque je l’ai dit à la réception on m’a répondu qu’une climatisation était toujours bruyante… impossible de dormir avec! De plus à la réception on m’a dit que les petits déjeuners étaient compris dans mon tarif et t finalement au check out j’ai payé tous les petits déjeuners. Ça serait bien d’être sûr de ce que vous avancez à la clientèle !

L'accueil correct, le logement (702) pas bien entretenu: sous le canapé plein de poussières entremêlés dans des emballages de gateaux. Un cadre décoratif avec la vitre en verre fissuré/cassé ( avec des enfants attention de ne pas y toucher) un siphon qui fuit et réparer avec un presse agrume, plaques de cuissons tâché. Le listing des ustensiles de cuisine n'est pas a jour, manque pas mal de choses. Le petit dejeuner: bon mais manque d'initiative du personnel pour remettre sur le buffet et rupture de stock pas cool pour le prix payé par petit dejeuner quand les enfants ne mange pas de chaussons au pomme, il ne reste pas grand choses.

Mise à part l’emplacement et le cadre, les appartements sont vétustes où rien ne fonctionne correctement: climatisation bruyante, pas d’éclairage dans les wc, lave-vaisselle en panne, fer à repasser décoratif!!etc
La propreté est à revoir: toiles d’araignées et saucissons oubliés dans le frigo par les anciens occupants….
Plus d’eau chaude au bout de 2 min, ll faut attendre le lendemain pour que ça chauffe meme en forcé!Je me retrouve avec un bébé avec savon sur le corps….
L’accueil me demande d’aller finir la douche et doucher mes autres enfants dans un appartement, et attendre le lendemain pour que nous, adulte, puissions se doucher. Un vrai délire!
Le lendemain matin la femme de service vient sonner à 9h pour me dire de laisser le canapé lit déplié pour qu’elle puisse facilement le faire après notre sortie…..
DU JAMAIS VU!!

Reservé un estudio para 2 adultos y un bebé que comparte cama con nosotros, y nada más llegar nos dicen que la reserva no era correcta y deberíamos haber reservado un apartamento más grande. Continuamos adelante con la reserva porque ya estaba pagada pero nos advirtieron de que el niño no estaría cubierto por el seguro en caso de accidente. Creo que no ha habido una buena gestión, no sé si por parte del establecimiento o de Expedia, pero nos deberían haber informado de ello antes de la llegada al alojamiento.

El estudio está bien, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días alejado del centro de Toulousse, en una zona tranquila y residencial. La limpieza aparentemente es buena hasta que miras debajo de la cocina porque al peque se le cae algún juguete debajo, así como el altillo del armario que tenía polvo y arañas muertas. El lavavajillas perdía agua y a pesar de que incluye servicio diario de limpieza de habitaciones el suelo no lo limpiaban. Nous sommes arrivé le soir à 21h, le réceptionniste très gentil, agréable, nous a proposé si besoin du petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin. Malgré que nous sommes rester 1nuit le confort été là, nous sommes pas dessus du séjour.

Tres bon séjour de l'acceuil au logement

super sejour, accueil très agreable, tres bien pour la piscine et salle de sport, les chambres en duplex est tres pratique les enfants on adoré, manger sur le jardinet c'est révélé tres agreable.
la personnel de l'accueil a été très bien et très agreable. nous recommendons chaudement.

Excellent séjour en famille, nous avons été accueillis par une personne très aimable.
La résidence est belle et bien équipée (piscine et salle de sport), les appartements sont bien agencés et propres.
