Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand

Good for an overnight stay close enough to airport
The apartment was clean and had everything for an overnight stay. The furniture looked tired and we were unable to take a shower as there was no hook high enough to hang the shower head.

On arrival I was told that, despite advertising free wifi, the hotel could only offer me an ethernet cable for a laptop.
On my last evening, I returned to drop bags off. My keycard no longer worked in the door. When I got a replacement and entered, the light was off where I had left it on in the morning. In the main room, the coffee table was pushed against the side of the room, and the sofabed's cover was loosely zipped shut. Peanuts from a bag I had bought were spilled out over the table.

When I told reception there was no apology, and a denial that anyone could have been in my room. Someone had been cut a key for my room in error, I was told, but this was deemed to be a fellow conference goer staying in the apartment underneath me. I don't believe this to be true.

Very basic, nothing special
Stayed for a conference nearby. This is way outside of Toulouse and traffic is horrible so don't stay here if your aim is Toulouse. Not an overly warm staff, just basic service. Wifi is weak and breakfast was just pastries and bad coffee. There's a nice coffee shop in the strip mall around the corner. Nothing much else in neighbourhood.

I won't stay there again
My colleague and I who were staying here for a few days for a training conference were very disappointed in the room, property, and staff. First, after checking in and going to our room, we found out that the hotel does not even have the room configuration (one bedroom apartment with twin beds) I booked through Expedia. They had no options to help us, except that one of us could sleep on the sofa bed (which was not comfortable, though neither was the main bed in the bedroom). The room was dirty upon arrival: the trash hadn't been emptied, there was a really dirty towel left in a closet, the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, and the floors were dirty. The sheets didn't seem fresh either. Upon mentioning this, the manager said that she would have the room cleaned that day, but all they did was take out the trash, without addressing the other issues, or even giving us soap to wash the dirty dishes. In addition, the room was advertised on Expedia as having free high-speed internet. In reality, it was not free and nor was it available in the room. There is wifi by the reception (where there is one chair in a dark hallway) and supposedly you can have internet by using the cable in the room, though the cable didn't work in our room. The attitude of the staff, especially the front desk worker, was not accommodating or apologetic. My colleagues speaks French, so it wasn't a communication issue. I wouldn't recommend staying there!

Awful mattress
The hotel is a reasonable hotel is a handy location for the airport and Colomiers. However, the bed was the worst hotel I have ever experienced, and I had a dreadful nights sleep with the mattress springs constantly waking me up with every move. I complained to the hotel reception in the morning, and all I received was an apologetic smile.

Just ok.
The apartments were clean and maintained. The rooms had a stale smell though on arrival. Also had asked in advance for a travel cot, which hadn't been put into room. We chose it for self catering option with 3 young children for quick sleepover from Toulouse airport - if coming from airport, would probably try a hotel closer to airport next time.

The hotel was firstly very difficult to find and it is in the middle of an industrial estate which I hadnt realised but the signs to it are very very difficult to find!
The sofa had a dirty mark on the cover and our bed cover was stained we took the cover off the bed and luckily the sheets were clean!
The receptionist had not told us you need to book breakfast so when we arrived at breakfast they were not expecting us but the lady was lovely who was in charge and really helped us and made room for us!

Tout s'était bien passé jusqu'à ce que je rentre à 9h30 après avoir passé quelques minutes dans un sauna froid..En rentrant, il y avait la femme de ménage qui faisait le lit,le ménage dans mon appartement que je devais libérer à 11h(la veille à la réceptionon m'avait dit 12h),elle ne parlait pas français..je lui explique que je voulais qu'elle parte pour que je me douche mais elle continuait,elle me fait comprendre que d'autres arrivent bientôt et qu'elle doit nettoyer..Ça m'a gâché la fin du séjour...

Point négatif, le ménage. Nous avons par exemple retrouvé un coton tige usagé au sol de la chambre, pas mal de cheveux un peu partout.... On nous avait indiqué un horaire de passage pour le changement de drap...qui n'a pas été respecté et c'est un peu gênant quand vous n'aviez pas prévu et que vous êtes par exemple encore en pyjama tranquille...

On nous avait indiqué un horaire de passage pour le changement de drap...qui n'a pas été respecté et c'est un peu gênant quand vous n'aviez pas prévu et que vous êtes par exemple encore en pyjama tranquille...

Séjour d'une nuit nous avons été surclassé t2 au lieu d'un studio. Par contre problème de climatisation dans la chambre nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé lit. Parking gratuit devant la résidence. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine car il faisait encore très très chaud à 19h. Cuisine bien équipée. Petit-déjeuner correct pour le prix. Le personnel est super.

J'ai apprécié l'aménagement de l'Appartcity Colomiers/Toulouse. Des blocs de « maisons » contenant divers appartements. Cependant, le mien avait besoin d'être rénové, en particulier la salle de bain. Une pièce assez grande avec une horrible cabine de douche minuscule dans le coin. Le pommeau de douche glisse le long de la barre de manière comique toutes les 20 secondes pendant la douche... carrelage froid, chauffage ancien... une remise à neuf s'impose ! Le studio était grand mais avec une télévision trop petite pour être vue correctement et cachée derrière une table haute ... coin cuisine sombre avec seulement la lumière de la cuisinière pour voir ... Je reviendrai mais je téléphonerai à l'avance pour m'assurer d'une meilleure chambre.

Catastrophique, la moitié des chambres occupé par des sans-papiers. Pas d’éclairage à l’extérieur, très vieux, très sale, des odeurs de nourriture exotique à fuir absolument.

très bon séjour, personnel accueillant et agréable, toujours à l'écoute. On nous avait attribué au départ une maisonnette à 2 étages avec des escaliers trop raides pour notre chienne qui ne pouvait pas monter ces escaliers. Nous avons donc demandé un autre logement qui nous a été attribué. Très propre, spacieux. Mais quelques bémols : pas de prise de courant sur les plans de travail (tous les appartements sont conçus ainsi nous a t-on dit à l'accueil) ; le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas bien (demande de code PIN), on l'a signalé à l'accueil, un dépanneur est passé dans la journée pour réparer. Autre bémol, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans la résidence et pour notre chienne qui a un problème de hanches, il lui était difficile de monter et descendre, même si les escaliers étaient plus larges et moins raides que dans le 1er logement
Certes, il y a un peu de bruit certains soirs à cause de la boite de nuit toute proche, mais cela ne nous empêchait pas de dormir

Les photos et le descriptif sont allechants....Mais, j'ai passé un tres mauvais sejour pro.....Bruyant tres bruyant, de tard dans la nuit à tot le matin....musique, cris d'enfants, TV,ca va ca vient sans cesse....Je me demande le publique qui frequente ce lieu...certainement pas un clientele affaire et non digne d'un 3 etoiles (plustot un centre d'hebergement pour immigrés ou famille d'accueil !!!). Et pour terminer, une douche et un TV au format "timbre poste"....un detail au vu du sejour. En conclusion si vous etes de passage pour affaire sur Colomiers....et bien ce n'est pas le bon lieu pour vous !

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit et n'avons donc pas testé les équipements. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était totalement bouché (il l'était forcément lors du ménage précédant notre arrivée!). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le balcon aurait pu être agréable, mais très sale ainsi que la table et les chaises. Le parking payant pourrait être gratuit, l'hôtel n'étant pas situé en centre ville.
Par contre, l'appartement était propre, spacieux, la literie de la chambre bonne. L'établissement était calme. La réception était fermée lors de notre séjour, mais les contacts mails et téléphoniques avec le personnel ont été très efficaces et courtois.

Hôtel non conforme au rêve vendu
Nous étions un groupe de quatre amis venus passer un séjour de 4 jours - 3 nuits à Toulouse. Nous étions désagréablement surpris du nombre de "c'est en option" de la part de l'hôtesse d'accueil. Une fois dans la chambre, nous étions envahis d'araignées et de moustiques. Si la superficie était grande (80m²), il semblerait que la femme de ménage (inexistante durant notre séjour) n'a pas la force de tout nettoyer. De ce fait, comprenez que certains meubles étaient recouverts de poussières, que sous les lits se trouvaient des mouchoirs, des pièces de centimes et bien d'autres choses. Pensant nous réconforter en cuisinant après 9h de trajet, nous avons sortis les ustensiles de cuisine... sales ! La casserole était brune à l'intérieur, les couverts dégoûtants et nous en passons. Impossible de les nettoyer, car nous n'avions qu'une pastille de lave-vaisselle pour tout le voyage, pas d'éponge, pas de liquide vaisselle. Etant arrivés tardivement, nous avons dû nettoyer avec du gel douche et une serviette pour le visage. La même serviette que nous avons dû garder pendant ces 4 jours car là aussi, le changement de serviette est ... en option ! Difficile de vous raconter tout cela en temps réel, la WIFI ne fonctionnait pas. Arrivant à la limite de caractère, nous terminerons en vous annonçant que le chauffage dégage une odeur étouffante oui ... celle de la saleté.

Arrivée vers 1h00 du matin le 15/08/2015 après avoir prévenu,contact téléphonique car personne à l'accueil,récupération d'une enveloppe avec plan et codes. Problème 1/ Le logement indiqué est occupé? 2.Un autre logement nous est attribué mais la carte d'accès ne fonctionne pas.Nous voilà à 5 à 1H30 du matin sans logement,heureusement la PARK ET SUITE voisin ( A 10 kms) qui gérait les appels avec une hotesse très serviable réussi à nous trouver 2 logements pour la nuit.Depuis aucun message d'excuses de l'hotel de Colomiers concerné ni aucune compensation pour les problèmes rencontrés.??? Je ne conseille pas cet établissement qui n'a aucune considération pour ses clients.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient sales. Le canapé lit du salon est tellement fin que personne ne peut y dormir. Le mail de confirmation nous indique que la réception ferme à 22h et ouvre à 8h mais personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ!!!!

Vers 18h mon GPS m'amène à l'adresse indiquée ... Manque d'indication car l'hôtel est au fond d'une impasse . La pluie ne favorise pas la visibilité . Très bon accueil , mais le parking est sus , c'est mesquin !!! (3€50). Petit déj. 8€ correct , apporté en soirée au frigo. Chambre calme et terrasse RdeC entourée d'une haie. Il y a tout pour se préparer son petit déj. Donc je l'ai pri dans ma chambre , tranquille et en pyjama..Je quitte l'hôtel vers 11h45 en laissant ma carte d'accès sur un meuble . Bon confort dans l'ensemble . L'hôtel est en zone commercial mais une fois dans l'enceinte on oublie le lieu et apprécie le calme . J'ai apprécié le côté 'appartement ' des chambres et sa surface . S de B assez vaste avec baignoire / douche appréciable .
