We could not stay in this hotel!
Firstly, I booked it at 20:30 and it supposed the last time to do the check in is 20:00 hours
I arrived to the hotel maybe at 21 hours with my family and nobody was in the reception. In addition to this all the hotel was close! I wait for one hour with my wife and my 3 kids, (one of them is a one year old baby)!
We were so tire! We just to wanted to rest very good all night! After maybe 30 min I called to a number that is writing in the website for 3 time, one of them a man answered me and after explained that was happening he hung up the phone! ....
It was a extremely bad experience that my family and me happened! Then, maybe at midnight we fortunately got a hotel, we need to paid for this again.
In conclusion, I want my money back and also the money that I have already paid in another hotel, this is for the really bad experience that we had!.

We could not stay in this hotel!
Firstly, I booked it at 20:30 and it supposed the last time to do the check in is 20:00 hours
I arrived to the hotel maybe at 21 hours with my family and nobody was in the reception. In addition to this all the hotel was close! I wait for one hour with my wife and my 3 kids, (one of them is a one year old baby)!
We were so tire! We just to wanted to rest very good all night! After maybe 30 min I called to a number that is writing in the website for 3 time, one of them a man answered me and after explained that was happening he hung up the phone! ....
It was a extremely bad experience that my family and me happened! Then, maybe at midnight we fortunately got a hotel, we need to paid for this again.
In conclusion, I want my money back and also the money that I have already paid in another hotel, this is for the really bad experience that we had!.

I was visiting a friend. All the staff are really great - very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, the floors are tiled and spotless. I appreciated the swimming pool. It is a 3 minute walk to a few local shops including a supermarket and bakers/pastry shop, a butchers and a bank, which was all I needed, I'd definitely return and definitely recommend. The only negative comment is the carpet in the corridor upstairs could do with changing and despite the staff's best help to get it sorted, my safe didn't work.

Avoid if you can.. Hard to find and feels like a refugee camp. Lots of men hanging around in front of building all night smoking and talking. A lot of construction workers and seemingly transients. Room was dirty - toilet was disgusting and dry urine covered down to the floor. We just needed a last minute layover as a late arrival and early departure. We both have bed bug bites. Spend the extra 20 bucks and get a nicer hotel.

My 3rd time at Appartment City Toulouse. I've found the staff helpful attentive and speaking excellent English on all 3 occasions. Its competitively priced and good value for money. Parking is good and I've had no security issues.
It is slightly remote with not a great choice of eateries however if you head into Cornebarrieu there is an English pub showing Sky / BT sports and various eateries. Being France the public transport is non existant so be prepared to pay for a cab or stay sober.
I haven't tried the breakfast so cannot comment on that. My only negative is that the hot water for a bath is often lacking.

Very nice apartment with a swimming pool as well. Lots of local restaurants to try out, but you'll need a car. Reception seems to shut at 8 so not sure what you'd do if you wanted to check in after this. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Hotel apartments are good, clean and comfortable, the service is terrible. I stayed for 2 weeks and never got clean towels, even after requesting them. Also, my key didn't work one evening and no one answered any of the emergency tel nos, luckily I was able to stay in a friends apartment but otherwise I would have had to sleep in the hall.There is no one on reception in the evening.The hotel did refund me for my inconvenience, but they need to rethink the service.

This hotel/efficiency apartment complex can be a very good deal if you know what you are getting into.We booked it for two nights at the end of a month-long rip around the south of France because it was cheap and close to the airport/car rental return. Our simple double was small but efficient with a microwave and refrigerator. Peculiarly, we never saw staff.This app forced me to rate them,but we had no contact with staff except on the phone. We checked in late with a code that lead us to a coded safe that held our key. When we checked out, the office was closed and breakfast was not available that day, which we did not know in advance. This a bare-bones, budget stop, so expect nothing else and you will be fine.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la clinique des Cèdres où l’un de mes proches était hospitalisé. Le personnel est particulièrement bienveillant, avenant et à l’écoute des clients ( prêt de matériel de sport, étendoir à linge, renouvellement de l’appartement à la dernière minute en fonction de mes besoins et des contraintes hospitalières, tarif spécifique pour les personnes ayant des proches séjournant à la clinique). Petite suggestion : ayant été amenée à télétravailler dans l’appartement, mon mari également , il pourrait y avoir un coin bureau aménagé quelque part et adapté pour ce besoin, soit dans la pièce à vivre, soit dans la chambre. La table à manger est trop haute, les chaises pas très confortables pour un usage prolongé de plusieurs heures de réunion, et le canapé non adapté également. En revanche, le réseau wifi fonctionne parfaitement pour une connexion prolongée.

Places de parking disponibles, acceuil adorable, chambre propre et bien agencée. Calme de l'établissement même si nous étions face à l'ascenseur. On y reviendra sans aucun doute pour d'autres escales entre deux avions ou, pour un séjour à Toulouse. Centre ville accessible en une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Idéal pour profiter et se reposer.

Séjour parfait en famille. Appartement confortable, chambres spacieuses et tout très propre. Plein d'attentions de la part du staff : petit mot personnalisé sur la table indiquant qu'ils étaient à notre disposition, petit chocolats pour les enfants, petit déjeuner soigné et avec des très bon produits. Le staff veillait tout le temps à ce que rien nous manque. A' noter : super déco de noël et structure pet friendly accueillant les animaux (dans le plus grand calme et propreté).

L'accueil est sympathique. L'appartement est de bonne taille, assez bien équipé. Dommage que plein de petits détails ne me donnent pas très envie d'y revenir : pas de chauffage mis en route donc vraiment froid dans la chambre, la télécommande de la TV fonctionne très mal et alors surtout les portes de la salle de bains et du couloir frottent fortement par terre donc font énormément de bruit. Dommage !

Bon séjour, mais propreté à revoir.
Il est vraiment dommage que les chambres soient sales : nous avons dû en changer, et la seconde était juste acceptable. Sinon, la résidence est bien équipée (salle de jeu, piscine extérieure, etc.). L'accueil est très sympathique. La chambre est calme, mais l'équipement est un peu juste en vaisselle. Il faudrait une meilleure gestion hôtelière de ce produit plein de potentiel.

J'ai été très déçue du petit-déjeuner ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 2 mois le petit-déjeuner été beaucoup plus fourni car mon dernier séjour quand j'ai demandé à la réceptionniste pourquoi le buffet était moins fourni elle m'a répondu que la direction voulais faire des économies je trouve ça honteux de faire payer un petit déjeuner pour n'avoir qu'un café et un croissant
