A real disappointment!

This hotel was our most expensive and most disappointing! Check in, I asked for two keys and got one, we had one small and one large towel. The bathroom was grubby and the service in the restaurant very cavalier. We asked to sit outside for our last dinner of the trip and were told that if we went outside, we could not come back in!? They said it was full in the restaurant but it wasn’t. All in all, very disappointing for the class of hotel! By the way, the Japanese rugby team stayed in this hotel!

Stayed here for 2 nights for to flight cancellation. Booked a junior sweet as we're family of 4. Even though this is probably a business and golf orientated hotel, the kids loved the pool (and we loved the view from the pool to the fort course) and the breakfast bar was very good. We'd happily stay here again

Just about ok

Overnighter on way home from Spain. Room was good for size, Spacious enough, toilet very small though, air con wasn’t very good either. Walls marked and just didn’t feel like the quality a 4 star should. Only 1 flat pillow each and whilst I probably could have asked for more after an 11 hour drive I couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t sleep due to flat pillow and very flat bed. Parking was fine and close to hotel. Friendly check in guy, and check out guy. Handy having useable freezer compartment and fridge for our drinks bag for way home.

Nice pet friendly hotel with golf course

Nice hotel well located. We stayed there as we were moving back to USA. Room had everything you need: kitchenette, comfortable beds and well located near to restaurants, shops, etc. Golf course, pet friendly and friendly staff made our stay pleasant.

We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids), we were given a street level apartment. Rooms are aged with filthy bathroom walls, the walls in the room were full of stains and dirt all over.
In the dining room, for breakfast, zero control over covid measures (distance when picking up food)

Lovely and quiet

The hotel is a lovely retreat if you are looking to just relax by the pool and take in the view. The local area is quiet and you really need a car to get to the local supermarket. However the hotel provides a shuttle which is happy to drop you at the nearest supermarket and for the tram to get into the city which is fab.

Overall - very good. Only complaint was that my wife was served with her hamburger. On the second attempt the chips were ok, bit the burger was burnt. She didn't eat it and we only paid for the chips.

Great Choice

This was a great choice for unwinding from flight 8nto Toulouse and getting ready for a vehicle tour of this area of France. The room was spacious with good amenities and free parking underground. Pool a real bonus. Easy access to Toulouse. We have rebooked for night prior to our fight back to London.

Smart hotel, awful restaurant.

Very smart hotel with really nice rooms.
Ate in the restaurant in the evening. I chose fish which arrived virtually uncooked. I complained and it was taken away and returned 10 minutes later, more cooked. No apology, just no comment. Never have I had service like this. Just nobody cared !

Unusually quiet for an airport hotel

This hotel is close to Toulouse Airport/ Airport yet feels like a countryside hotel. The hotel has an attached gold course, the rooms are adequate. However the service (welcome desk) as well as the restaurant lacks a bit.

Good hotel, except for an unwanted visitor

Solid hotel overall - room was large enough, underground parking was free, bed was comfortable. The golf course looked nice, and allowed the hotel to be quiet in the evening (no road or city noise).
The only issue I had was that a spider made its home on a corner of the ceiling on the first day. I don't know how long it had been hanging out there but I ended up having to kill it with a towel. Maybe maintenance should also check the ceilings when cleaning rooms?

Extremely good. The only criticism I have is at the restaurant, my entree dish was obviously micro-waved and some parts were still cold... I did not bother to send it back, but it shouldn't have happened. And my wife's order was fine.

Quiet and pleasant

We enjoyed our stay and found the room to be well insulated and quiet. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant. The small breakfast was good and pleasantly served. Access to the internet on the ground floor was useful as was the indoor parking as the outside parking is often full because of the golfers.

However, we were disappointed to be unable to take advantage of the exercise room because it opened late in the morning and was not open daily. I would not recommend the restaurant as the food was average.

Excellent stay

I booked the hotel as I was meeting someone from a late flight, so overnight stay required. I had my dog with me who had hurt his back and was not allowed to walk far. The hotel staff were very helpful, went out of their way to attend to us. The hotel is lovely, quiet, relaxing and I would not hesitate to stay again, it was worth the slightly high price paid.

My husband and I booked this hotel as a stop over whilst driving across France. We found this hotel to be very modern, clean and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for more, our room was lovely and spacious and we enjoyed a great evening meal outside on the terrace next to the pool. The staff were very polite but relaxed and told us not to worry about checking out at a set time, which was good as it allowed us to use the pool in the morning and leisurely choose from the large breakfast on offer. If we were in the area again, we would use this hotel.

Schlechte Erfahrung mi dem Rezeptionspersonal. Die junge Dame bei der Rezeption. wollte von uns unbedingt 840 EUR Kaution für eine Nacht Aufenthalt haben und wollte statt der gebuchten Zimmer für fünf Personen zwei getrennten Zimmer für Doppelpreis zur Verfügung stellen. Erst nach Bedrohungen mit Eskalation wurde das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich dafür noch dankbar sein sollte. Ich kann es bis Heute nicht beurteilen, ob es ein Verarschungsversuch oder einfach ein Durcheinander in der Administration war. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.
Sonst ist das Hotel ok, aber man muss hier natürlich besonders aufpassen.

The one and only really good thing about this Mercure is the staff, they were really friendly and helpful, even in the morning at 4.30 am for a quick check out. Apart, the interior is very dated, the pool was not working, roomfloors are smelly, rooms need an urgent update, the bedding was not really comfy, the curtains let light in (seem low quality). The hotel management should ask Accor for renovation budget. Also, as an „Airport“ hotel I would expect a Navette/Shuttle to Blagnac…

L'hôtel Mercure Golf de Seilh est un hôtel très agréable : propre, calme. Le personnel est \"au top\" (sympathique et efficace)
Il n'y a pas de problème pour stationner : possibilité de se garer en sous-sol de l'hôtel, ce qui est rassurant lorsque le véhicule contient des bagages.
Le restaurant est très bien.
Donc, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de cet hôtel !

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit au Mercure du golf de Seilh mais nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Le personnel est très professionnel, la suite familiale est superbe et le site (piscine face au golf) magnifique. Le petit dejeuner était très bon, comme souvent dans les Mercure. Et quel plaisir de pouvoir y loger avec son animal, même si je trouve le tarif pour l'animal élevé. Je n'ai trouvé aucune autre remarque ou suggestion à formuler, tellement tout s'est bien passé.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé et dans un cadre magnifique. Toutefois il a besoin d'un très grand coup de balai et de rafraichissement général. La chambre était spacieuse, mais la literie n'est pas celle à laquelle nous sommes habitués dans d'autres hôtels du même nom.

J avais réservé une chambre plus grande vue sur le golf ça n a pas été le cas , on était en sous sol dans un dédale de couloir et surtout il y avait des puces de lit … le sol est en moquette on s est fait bouffe ,
Et à la prise de la chambre un système de caution incompréhensible de 60€ par personne mis
En place pour parer à des clients malveillants et malhonnête .
On nous a restitué la caution en Check off

L hôtel est vieillissant et la signalétique est inexistante ….

La chambre était à l’extrémité de l’hôtel, on a dû passer plusieurs niveaux différents et demi étages, avec des moquettes pas très propres. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer, cheveux, araignées, traces sur les murs et meubles… la piscine était bien mais idem la terrasse avec des détritus, bref l’hôtel ne semblait pas très bien entretenu, décevant pour un Mercure

Expérience mal débutée car les logements de type apparthotel sont très vétustes et ne disposent que d’une seule salle de bains.

Mais le personnel a vite et bien réagit et nous a proposé deux chambres communicantes dans la partie rénovée de l’hôtel et là, vous débutez une excellente expérience.

Une literie de qualité, du linge de maison et des produits de toilettes très qualitatifs.

Un espace piscine exceptionnel avec une vue sur le golf à tomber !

Un espace bar de très bonne qualité, il serait tout de même opportun de proposer des olives ou des crackers à l’heure de l’apéritif.

Quand au petit déjeuner, il est varié et de très bonne qualité au regard du prix.

Le cadre est joli, verdoyant. Un très joli parcours de golf avec une grande piscine. L’appartement n’était pas très bien nettoyé surtout le balcon, il y avait des toiles d’araignée sur les portes et au murs. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Je conseille aux familles

A la porte de l hotel sont affiches menus cartes ....
Au restaurant rien de tout cela c edt un libre sevice , 4 entres au choix mais 2 il ne reste que les plats vides. Plat de resistance 2 chois mais 1 cocote est vide.dessers il n y a plus rien
Il n est que 20 heures, 2 jeunes serveuses en noir complètement a côté, ne comprennent pas ce que vous voulez. C est vraiment un honte c est scandales pour 4 étoiles

Séjour simple mais efficace, le batiment fait ancien, et pas mal de chose sont dans un état moyen (plafonds, murs, etc). Les chambres/salons sont surchauffés (mais bon mieux vaut ca que sous-chauffés, mais on ne peut pas regler l'ensemble). Nous avons eu un disfonctionnement electrique sur les lampes. Bref, je ne comprends pas le \"4 étoile\", car tout les 3 étoiles ont aussi bien voir mieux comme standing. Seul point fort, le bar est vraiment bien.

Appartement de très bonne dimension, mais qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. État que l’on peut qualifier de vétuste.
Cadre superbe, très belle et grande piscine.
Personnel très sympa.
Très bon séjour pour une nuit, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Séjour agréable mais chambre en dehors du temps !

Chambre propre mais vieillotte et triste, restée sur année 1980… le reste de l’hotel et la piscine sont tops.

1 nuit en famille dans une chambre appartement. Très vétuste et sale, moquette tachée, vieux meubles.... 1 petite bouteille eau pour 4 personnes et refus pour en avoir une par personne. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit car retour de mariage et non isolé sur une partie de l hôtel. Indigne d un 4 étoiles Mercure. Petit déjeuner buffet sans plus pour un 4 étoiles. A éviter absolument.

Chambre vestuste

A notre arrivée, il nous a été donné un studio hors d’âge sale et malodorant, après discussion nous avons été changé de chambre et c ´était top. Le restaurant est désorganisé mais bon. Au final un bon séjour malgré quelques coaks.
