La Vie en Rose, the restaurant, could do with a bit of upgrading. The burger was excellent though. Breakfast seems very basic and the minimal staff tries very hard to serve everyone.

This is a good hotel, with a decent restaurant. Some airport hotel's are pretty bare bones, but this one is well set up. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, so I couldn't take advantage of the spa amenities.

Decent hotel near airport but need more bar staff

The front reception were lovely but I have never waited so long to be served at a hotel bar, and one of the men behind the bar was rude & aggresive. The room itself was pleasant enough but there were no coffee sachets in the room and with a 4.30 start that detail was hugely noticed.

I rented two rooms for my son, his wife, and 3 sons. ages 7 and 5. They were very pleased with everything except the high cost of the dining room. They solved the problem by getting pizza. The closeness to the airport was very helpful as they were able to return their rental car before the flight and had no trouble with lugging luggage as a result. They highly recommend the Radisson at TLS>

Don’t miss out

Our stay was one of the most pleasurable and welcoming experiences we’ve ever had. From the get go, everything was smooth and the venue so beautiful. We particularly loved the mini vineyard and courtyard area.

Staff are exceptional, tending to everything with positivity and our dining experiences at La Vie en Rose just fabulous, showcasing some of Toulouse’s wonderful produce and wine. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel Toulouse Airport

A bit diapointing

Stuck at the airport for 24 hrs alone, I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of comfort. But this hotel really missed the mark.
The service was great, super efficient and friendly.
The hotel was just a bit below par.
Blocked hand basin in my room. Glasss, bottles, ice bucket from the previous ocupant out side my room when I arrived, & it was still there when I left.
The decor is all a bit jaded in the hallways, horribly out of date even though I would guess it's not long since it was decorated. The room was sterile. Nothing of any character or warmth about the interior & an average bed.
A constant and persistant hum prevailed.
The gym had an air of abandoment, much of the equipment is old, there was nothing to clean seats or grab rails before you used the machines.
The hotel had QR codes around saying they are trying to get their star rating up, but they're on the wrong track.
It felt municipal.
The restaraunt was expensive, and again, trying too hard in the wrong places.
My opinion is that they should skip striving for stars and concentrate on the human comforts and creating some sort of atmosphere. It's not a cheap hotel which makes it all the more diapointing.

The service when we checked in was horrible. We bring between 12-16 people to a water color painting vacation at Frassinett every year for 5 years in a row. This year the young lady at the check in counter was rude, slow and if she had been my employee, I would have terminated her on the spot. I waited over an hour before I got a room. Every time I checked with her I was told it would be only 5 minutes more. We average around 32 room nights per year. Next year our stay will not be at the Radisson Blu.

I will never stay at this property again. We have been staying here for five years. The service has gone downhill and the breakfast cost went from 19 euros to 25 euros. The front desk is under staffed and not very knowledgeable. I thought the property has probably been sold and the new owners are cutting corners.

I was very impressed with this hotel

I used this hotel as I was working at the airport for a few days. It’s a super clean hotel. Room and en-suite bathroom were a good size. Staff were nice. I walked to and from the hotel 15-20 minutes. It’s an airport hotel so not a lot happening nearby.

Chose this hotel because it was close to TLS airport. Was assured they had a shuttle for 04:00 hr trip to the terminal, but come early morning, no one to drive the shuttle. Night clerk got us a taxi that was great. Restaurant food was fake French. If you want a US hotel this one is OK, but don't expect anything memorable.

We arrived very late for our stay (1am) but the front desk were very helpful and our check-in was easy and quick. The room (and whole hotel) was very modern and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of food options for breakfast, which was delicious. We would love to stay here again and would recommend.

I dont typically write reviews but have to in this instance, we selected the Radisson Blu because we have stayed at this property previously and had received a fantastic evening meal. so when deciding on where to stay for our latest visit i selected the Radisson as it had a restaurant and a airport shuttle service. once i booked and paid, i received an email that the restaurant was closed on weekends, and service was limited.

we checked in and where told, oh no the restaurant is open, so made a reservation. the staff were helpful and friendly, but honestly, Chef boyardee make better pasta, and my wifes hamburger was still frozen in the middle.

this is france, the home of haute cuisine and they served microwaved hamburgers and pasta, the guy that prepaid the food apologized and explained that he has no cooking experience,

if the Radisson Blu would like, i would be happy to teach their staff how to open a can of soup for ravioli and heat it on a stove, because honestly it would taste better,

great service S**T food, stay somewhere else if you want a meal over the weekend,

The hotel also offers a wonderful gym and spa area which can be reserved for single use during the pandemic and this a bonus.

Very nice hotel, until I stepped into the shower. No way to properly shower without creating a flood on the floor! Took 2 towels plus the bath mat to mop up the mess. Also there was no soap or shampoo in the shower.
If not for this, I would have rated this hotel excellent.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly, beautiful place, excellent room.

Only thing I didn't like was the way you needed to insert the card into a box to turn on the lights. I did not figure this out right away and luckily when I came back my cellphone had a flashlight on it so I could find the box.

I liked the size of the rooms, I didn’t like the design of the shower, I got water all over the floor but the water pressure was amazing.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, shuttle transportation to the airport was excellent, the driver was so friendly and courteous and helpful.
I would definitely recommend your hotel to others.

Very clean; great location next to airport; good reception staff, and was impressed that they looked after one of our cases for a week for free. This was brilliant.
Service in the restaurant was friendly but was extremely slow which didn't actually bother us too much, but it took a surprising amount of time just to get drinks (which then came after the food).

Superior hotel near the airport! A shuttle is provided but it’s a very easy walk if you’d like a little bit of exercise. The room was large for European standards and the bed VERY comfortable. The fitness room has everything needed including a sauna and jacuzzi. The bar (outride patio area) was great! The service was top notch and the food delicious (ham and cheese sandwich, salad and fries). I only stayed one night at the end of a two week European vacation due to the proximity with the Toulouse airport but wished I’d stayed two!

For a one-night stay near the Toulouse airport, this hotel is just perfect. Reception is friendly and helpful, coffee is available early morning at the reception (a life-saver for an early morning flight!), and the shuttle service to the airport is impeccable and super reliable. Room is quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conviently close to the business area

The shower drain was clogged and became a pool of sorts. Due to the very short stay there I was not able to raise this with the concierge - regretfully taking into account the steep price of the rooms.
