A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable.

The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight.

Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had.

Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Recommended by a friend of mine due to the water playground.Great recommendation to stay in.My daughter likes it very much especially with the water playground and the indoor playground for kids.Breakfast was superb with lots of varieties to choose.But during breakfast, the topping up of the food and drinks were quite slow.Besides that everything was fine.

Staying at a reputed 5-star hotel like Marriott, I anticipated top-notch service and convenience. Imagine my surprise when I sent my shirt and trousers for pressing on a Sunday evening, only to discover they weren't in my room by 9 pm the next day. When I contacted housekeeping, I was informed that to retrieve my clothes, I needed to pay the pressing fee at the reception first. This practice was a novel experience for me, especially given my regular stays at Marriott properties. Having to hunt down a duty manager to express my frustration and disappointment added to an already perplexing situation. Eventually, I paid what was merely a fraction of the cost of the garments themselves to claim them back.
The irony was not lost on me—this policy felt more like a hastily thought-out inconvenience than a customer-focused service, especially from an esteemed 5-star establishment. It's worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, perhaps in desperate need, as it looked quite jaded last year. While a facelift might address the aesthetics, it's the little things, like a cumbersome and baffling laundry policy, that can significantly impact guests' experiences. Here's hoping ( staying there again next month - now i have doubts ) the renovations bring a renewed focus on customer service excellence along with a fresh coat of paint.

The only comment from my side is there was one machine running all day 24 hours which was disturbing at the pool side and the noise reach to the room and Restoraent is too busy in the morning and people waiting in line to have their breakfast. Rest all perfect. Thanks

Room: The room was infested with cockroaches!!
Who would have thought Marriot reputation delivers such poor quality of service for their rooms. AC temperatures don’t hold steady despite being set as one.

Washroom: The water pressure is not adjustable. One should be careful before splashing the tap on your body or worse still, if it’s splashed on kids and babies.

Overall, it’s a horrid experience for the price charged. Utmost unacceptable!

Wallpapers coming off the walls, outdated everything, ongoing renovations while people are sleeping.
Not one good thing about this place and a shame that Marriott has done this.

It's a good property but as we booked it at a time when the hotel was having an event, the whole experience wasnt up to the mark. Couldnt get late checkout or extension of another day as the property was fully booked. We needed it as our flight was much later in the evening. The food at the multi cuisine restaurant Zest was not great. Staff tried their best to provide good service. So that was the only plus. Wouldnt consider staying here for our next visit though.

Not worth the money and too many hidden charge!!

Stayed here for 1 night with my family after a long flight. I paid it online. During the check in they told me they will charge us for sofa bed and they make up the room already. I was so tired to listen after 17hours of flight. I just paid and don’t want to argue. The room was disappointing. Old, dirty and dusty. The breakfast wasn’t that great too. The only point I give only for the staffs. The room service and maintenance guy was nice and very helpful.

Hotel is 5 star but the condition is not. The cupboard and doors paint are peeling. Room looks tired and dated. Air con is not cold. However for 1 night stay it’s ok for me. Bed is big and comfy. There is a balcony which is nice. TV channels limited. There is tea and coffee making facilities. It’s very quiet at night that you can even hear the crickets! Free onsite parking. There is a free transfer to IOI mall every hour. The mall is huge and have lots of places to eat. I think this hotel is newer than the KL city centre one but this one seems to age faster lol.

Very friendly staff. However i booked for baby cot and a king sized bed 3 weeks earlier. Until the day i went for the check in, just after the payment at the reception then the receptionist told that king sized bed is not available. I was so disappointed with the last minute news.

The room also have no carpet. So once u wake up from bed, u will step on the cold floor

Everything was good at that time. Staff was helpful and kind. The only thing to check back is the blanket of the bed come with uncomfortable smell. It was smell like fabric not cleaning and dry well. Regular shuttle to iOi City Mall. kid's pool with water slide. Could do with better maintenance, but acceptable. Lots of dining options, but we usually headed to iOi Mall (5 minutes away by shuttle) for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel's Zest restaurant was great. Had a wide range of choices for the buffet. But the dim sum options were not as authentic as the items had to be halal.

Very friendly staff. Parts of the property is in need of maintenance/refurbishment. Did not use the pool or spa so unable to comment on the facilities.
Breakfast items were varied and the Nasi Lemak was good. The croissants were ‘over done’ unfortunately- perhaps the bakery items should not be placed under warming lights and an oven placed for heating as needed.

I am shocked that they call this the Mariott. I came to the hotel at 940am they said come back at 2pm. Instead I came back at 530pm and they said they had no room at all for me. After much anger shown they gave me a room and shockingly the room was not clean. There was food particles on the tables and chairs and sofa. The toilet seat was not clean. The in room dining was poor food

First, we were given a room not matching our choice. Then in the second room that we had, there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom. We endured it for a night and decided we can't take it anymore. All hotel rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. Where can such a strong smell of cigarette smoke come from? We requested for a change and was finally given a new room free of smoke smell. The hotel is nice and near the mall. But having to move 3 times is not what I had imagined.
