Right from the very beginning of our day, this was an awesome experience. Sonia at reception made us feel welcome; she also spent a good amount of time explaining what to do and where to go in Rovinj.

The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious; the breakfast was included in the room and had a good selection, including eggs made to order. There was also lots of free parking and even an EV charging station if you need it.

I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners of the property; he was also very personable and kind.

This is a great property to stay in Rovinj!

We loved our two day stay. Residence had parking space available, friendly and helpful staff, everything worked out great in the room.
Residence is clean and new, just like the photos.
Breakfast had gluten and dairy free options available upon request. It had a small selection of food but it was good enough.
It is close to the old town and had supermarkets near by. If you have a car it is very convenient.

We arrived very early after an early morning flight, but it was no problem as the person on reception changed the room booked for us to one that was already cleaned and ready. The hotel was further from the old town than we realised. It is an easy walk, but after exploring the old town, we took a taxi back.

Overall a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety. While the location is a bit outside the old town, it’s just a 15-minute walk, so still quite convenient. For the price paid, I’d say it offered good value.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. My room had a cute little balcony and it was pleasant place to sit. Eva at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.Everything seemed clean. Breakfast was as both plentiful and delicious .
It’s at least a 20 minute walk into town. Someone is not always at the front desk, but they appear eventually. I’d recommend this place for the ( reasonable) price and atmosphere.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and fresh cooked eggs too. Only thing is they charge extra for a lattes or special coffee. Ample parking another plus. 10 min walk to old town. Beautiful property within walking distance to amazing restaurants and the most beautiful parts of Rovinj. The A/C was extremely loud, like a constant screeching noise all night however, we were so tired from all the wonderful things Rovinj and Vrsar has to offer that it didn’t bother us the second night. Staff is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was *chefs kiss* delicious. Parking and property is gated and our room had a beautiful balcony.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and so glad we have chosen it. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient for us as we had a car and drove to nearby vineyards for wine tastings, nearby beaches and restaurants. It was also an easy 15 walk to old town. The property is impeccably maintained. The breakfast was very good also. We had eggs made to order, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice place close to the Rovinj old city. Easy access and convenient free parking for those arriving by car. Since we had a car we drove to parking closer to old town rather than walking there, so I can't vouch for how long the walk is. Excellent breakfast, super staff, comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in excellent condition in general, it has two parking lot inside the hotel. The grocery story Konzum is cross the street. There is a bike rental store nearby. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the port town, 15 minutes away from rental car agency SIXT. great location.

This was a great hotel Near Rovinj. Only a 15 minute walk into town (which was comfortable and safe). The hotel Was modern, clean and comfortable and also has a lot of parking which is easy to access. It is very easy to drive to various beaches and other locations from this location.

The breakfast was great (even with needing to change the setup (due to COVID-19). The staff were very nice, friendly and Helpful.

I would recommend staying here and would come back - we loved Rovinj and would stay here and use it as a base for day-trips in the future.

Nice place but service could be better.

Service level was a little disappointing when we stayed. Despite requesting a double bed we got twin beds. We asked for a change or if they can be joined, assured they would join them when we were out in the evening but this did not happen until the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. We tried to remind them to do this the first evening but no one was at reception for a while so we couldn't before we left. Relatively minor but still inconvenient was no fresh towels left in our room after cleaning (and the used ones removed). They brought some fresh ones on request but a little annoying given the price of the hotel I would expect better. In general it is a clean place and the balconies are decent with a nice mini bar reasonably priced (which is good as the bar is not manned in the hotel and I had to fetch wine glasses myself from the bar downstairs). It's a little bit out of town but easily walk-able. Shop and local bars very close by. The breakfast is good as a positive and free on site parking was no issue.

From the very moment we stepped foot into Residence Rovinj&, we were 100% positive we made the best decision for our family’s stay in Rovinj. The design is so well thought out and a modern masterpiece in the midst of a beautiful Croatian City. Each staff member greets you with a smile and a sincere interest in making your entire experience a memorable one. The included breakfast is a delicious way to start your day adventure, and the walk into town is pleasant. The room amenities was spacious and designed for extreme comfort for our family of 4, not to mention the abundance of closet space, drawers and full working kitchen. All of these comforts aside, it really does come down to the interactions with the staff, and this is truly where Residence Rovinj& shines. No matter the length of your stay, you will immediately feel like part of the family, a wonderful testament to the owners of this can’t miss property. Thank you for helping us fall in love with Croatia! When we return to Croatia, if we do not stay at the Residence Rovinj&, that will only happen if we buy a home of our own 😉. We wish we could have stayed here longer! We only had one night to enjoy Rovinj before turning in a rental car and leaving for Slovenia, but this was a great spot. Close enough to town that a long walk was doable, and far enough away to be a quiet retreat. Loved that they had free on site parking, as we were traveling by car. Room was very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was delicious, WiFi was strong, and the folks at the front desk were extremely gracious and helpful! When we return to Croatia, we intend to use Residence Rovinj as our base for exploring the Istrian region!

Brilliant hotel in Rovinj

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was excellent - clean and very modern with a lovely balcony, comfy bed and excellent wifi. Breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were really friendly, especially the team looking after breakfast. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rovinj but a pleasant one and this meant it was quiet at night whilst still being handy for most of the restaurants, although the Maslina which is close to the hotel is also excellent. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, only a 10/15 minute walk to the town. Continental breakfast was a smallish offering but fresh every day and all the necessities. Room 105 faces the back and is on the smaller side but plenty room and perfect with beautiful decor and bathroom. Small internal steps inside take you to the balcony area with 2 seats and table. All very cute. A slightly busy road either side but no noise with doors closed. If you want a balcony with sun ask for a room at the front.

Stay at Residence Rovinj was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, room extremely comfortable with a terrace. The breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared. We were very happy with our stay. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach, and in the opposite direction, the town. Overall, we were very happy with this boutique hotel.

We paid everything but was told they do not have a room for us. We arrived late and tired only to find they do not have a room even though we paid. The hotel did not even try to email us to notify us beforehand. They said they are talking tk Expedia about this but Expedia does not know anything about this. Horrible experience.

Lovely hotel - everything clean modern and new. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Free parking very handy and old town easy walk away. Only improvement would be the room for 3 adults to have a better 3rd bed as it was a rollaway/sofa bed on the floor and it was quite hard so not ideal for longer stays but ok for a couple of nights. The other beds were very comfy so if there was two of you it's of no relevance. Great hotel - would definitely stay there again.

Bella la struttura,molto ordinata e pulita.
Arrivati alle 14.10 dopo 5 ore di auto ,siamo stati invitati a tornare dopo un’ora , in quanto il check in e’ categoricamente dalle 15 !
Angolo self service breakfast in uno spazio ristretto ; manca la zona dolce se escludiamo 2 croissant ( 2 ), tra l’altro buoni!
Ottima la parte salata.
Trovo un po’ esagerato aver dovuto pagare x avere 2 cappuccini fatti al bar visto che l’alternativa gratuita era di aggiungere del latte a del caffe’ americano e il risultato e’ una roba imbevibile.
Il centro di Rovigno si raggiunge con una comoda passeggiata di 20 minuti.
