Beautiful property, great breakfast, and in a less touristy part of town. Grocery store across the street was a plus. Around a 20 minute walk to the old town, but parking was plentiful even in July if you need to drive closer to the city.

The hotel was further from the old town than we realised. It is an easy walk, but after exploring the old town, we took a taxi back.

The A/C was extremely loud, like a constant screeching noise all night however, we were so tired from all the wonderful things Rovinj and Vrsar has to offer that it didn’t bother us the second night. Staff is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was *chefs kiss* delicious. Parking and property is gated and our room had a beautiful balcony.

The location is very convenient for us as we had a car and drove to nearby vineyards for wine tastings, nearby beaches and restaurants. It was also an easy 15 walk to old town. Really nice place close to the Rovinj old city. Easy access and convenient free parking for those arriving by car. Since we had a car we drove to parking closer to old town rather than walking there, so I can't vouch for how long the walk is. Excellent breakfast, super staff, comfortable rooms.

This was a great hotel Near Rovinj. Only a 15 minute walk into town (which was comfortable and safe). The hotel Was modern, clean and comfortable and also has a lot of parking which is easy to access. It is very easy to drive to various beaches and other locations from this location.
The breakfast was great (even with needing to change the setup (due to COVID-19). The staff were very nice, friendly and Helpful.
I would recommend staying here and would come back - we loved Rovinj and would stay here and use it as a base for day-trips in the future.

Nice place but service could be better.
Service level was a little disappointing when we stayed. Despite requesting a double bed we got twin beds. We asked for a change or if they can be joined, assured they would join them when we were out in the evening but this did not happen until the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. We tried to remind them to do this the first evening but no one was at reception for a while so we couldn't before we left. Relatively minor but still inconvenient was no fresh towels left in our room after cleaning (and the used ones removed). They brought some fresh ones on request but a little annoying given the price of the hotel I would expect better. In general it is a clean place and the balconies are decent with a nice mini bar reasonably priced (which is good as the bar is not manned in the hotel and I had to fetch wine glasses myself from the bar downstairs). It's a little bit out of town but easily walk-able. Shop and local bars very close by. The breakfast is good as a positive and free on site parking was no issue.

From the very moment we stepped foot into Residence Rovinj&, we were 100% positive we made the best decision for our family’s stay in Rovinj. The design is so well thought out and a modern masterpiece in the midst of a beautiful Croatian City. Each staff member greets you with a smile and a sincere interest in making your entire experience a memorable one. The included breakfast is a delicious way to start your day adventure, and the walk into town is pleasant. The room amenities was spacious and designed for extreme comfort for our family of 4, not to mention the abundance of closet space, drawers and full working kitchen. We wish we could have stayed here longer! We only had one night to enjoy Rovinj before turning in a rental car and leaving for Slovenia, but this was a great spot. Close enough to town that a long walk was doable, and far enough away to be a quiet retreat. Loved that they had free on site parking, as we were traveling by car. Room was very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was delicious, WiFi was strong, and the folks at the front desk were extremely gracious and helpful! Brilliant hotel in Rovinj
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was excellent - clean and very modern with a lovely balcony, comfy bed and excellent wifi. Breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were really friendly, especially the team looking after breakfast. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rovinj but a pleasant one and this meant it was quiet at night whilst still being handy for most of the restaurants, although the Maslina which is close to the hotel is also excellent. We'd definitely stay here again.

Modern, immaculate hotel.
Beautiful hotel, only a 10/15 minute walk to the town. Continental breakfast was a smallish offering but fresh every day and all the necessities. Room 105 faces the back and is on the smaller side but plenty room and perfect with beautiful decor and bathroom. Small internal steps inside take you to the balcony area with 2 seats and table. All very cute. A slightly busy road either side but no noise with doors closed. If you want a balcony with sun ask for a room at the front.

Stay at Residence Rovinj was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, room extremely comfortable with a terrace. The breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared. We were very happy with our stay. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach, and in the opposite direction, the town. Overall, we were very happy with this boutique hotel.

Horrible experience
We paid everything but was told they do not have a room for us. We arrived late and tired only to find they do not have a room even though we paid. The hotel did not even try to email us to notify us beforehand. They said they are talking tk Expedia about this but Expedia does not know anything about this. Horrible experience.
