This hotel has to be a joke! From the minute I got there to what transpired after I left, their service was ridiculous.

They’re barely helpful! I left my driver’s licence in my hotel room. The next day, I was messaged—using the company’s own account—that I had left it behind. But when I called to retrieve it, the receptionist flat-out told me there was no record of any licence being found.

I called multiple times after that and got the same answer. So who exactly contacted me from the company’s account in the first place? And what happened to my licence after they acknowledged it?

Terrible service… really terrible service.

I genuinely felt a little ‘catfished’ with this property.
Check in- it was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and competent. The lobby was small and utilitarian at best but not warm and welcoming for a hotel this size.
Room: Everything was clean, in fact everything felt sterile. It was all white, no pictures on any walls (even in the hallways). Beds were very uncomfortable with only one option of a flat pillow per person. It was not a comfortable bed or pillows. We did not sleep comfortably. They had one chair, one desk, one coffee machine with no cups, no coffee, no sugar or cream. I don’t even remember the last time I wasn’t offered coffee in my room. There was a charge of 3 Euro if you wanted a pod to go with the coffee maker.
Hallways - to get to the rooms there were long hallways that darted in and out, and came to a common room. It really reminded me of nurses stations. In each of those rooms they also had a decent coffee maker, but again, no cups or coffee, no spoons, sugar or cream.

Breakfast was decent. Plenty to choose from. It wasn’t the best I’ve had but I was happy with it. The host and staff for that room didn’t greet us and were quite cold. It’s been a very different experience from what we’ve had in Italy so far!

I would not stay here again for the nights sleep and for charging for an in-room cup of coffee. The pictures on-line looked great and modern but we were extremely disappointed.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en tout. Nous étions arrivés vers 11h30, exténués par notre voyage et par la chaleur et on espérait prendre possession de notre chambre car on pouvait à peine tenir debout. Tout ce qu’on voulait c’était dormir, mais on nous a répondu qu’on devait attendre jusqu’à 15h ou payer 25 euros pour pouvoir prendre possession avant 15h. Dans notre cas, vu la fatigue extrême, nous avons dû payer les 25 euros d’extra, malgré cela, nous avons quand même attendu 20 minutes, puis, on a finalement eu la fameuse clé. Une seule clé au lieu de deux, ce qui n’est pas vraiment pratique vu qu’on était 2 personnes et que cela nécessitait de l’organisation pour nos rentrées et nos sorties. La chambre était propre, le lit acceptable, mais aurait pu être mieux. La climatisation était excellente en ce temps de chaleur, très apprécié, a contribué à notre confort. Il y avait un petit frigo, mais vide. Des bouteilles d’eau offertes auraient été nécessaires et apprécié. Pas de thé ou de café laissé comme petit geste d’attention et de bienvenue. La connexion wifi est à améliorer, elle coupait très souvent. Le prix payé est finalement très cher comparé aux services reçu. En somme, notre expérience au Delfino était passable pas plus, en raison des points négatifs mentionnés.
Est-ce je recommande cet hôtel, je dirais à vous de decider suite à la lecture de mon commentaire. Est-ce que j’y retournerai dans le futur, c’est NON.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel as suggested by the signage at the front of the hotel. Traffic noise all night. Flashing fire sensor directly above the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Decor was poor. I was glad to leave. And the icing on the cake, my flight was rerouted and I arrived unexpectedly in Venice at 1:30am with no accommodation booked. I was charged £350 for the night at this hotel via Expedia (subsequently found Expedia advertising the hotel at £89 the following night). Really disappointed.

The room itself was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is NOT worth 15 euro's, very very limited choice, and although i paid in advance, on check in, i got told each morning by the restaurant staff that i hadnt paid, and that i needed to pay them, so each morning was a trip down to reception to sort it out. Hotel is on a busy road, and noise is to be expected, so if you can sleep through anything, and you dont want breakfast, the hotel is ok.

Coffee machine in room but no pods . To get them they charge 6 euros. We have stayed at many hotels and this is first time you had to pay.Also to store our luggage since we got there before check in they charged 2 euros per bag. I think we paid enough for our room that I don’t think it necessary to charge us .

We were not happy with this hotel. When we booked, we booked for 4 people and arrived to a double bed and a single bed. When we went down to reception they said there is nothing they can do and when my husband insisted, then they set up a another single bed.

Also I am not sure if there was some sort of bugs in the beds but both me and my daughter have bug bites on our bodies.

The one good thing was the bus to the main area of Venice was just outside the hotel and only took us 10 minutes.

No kettle. The A/C didn’t cool the room, the lifts were always broken, and we were charged a cleaning fee after we left after 8 days of not requesting any services as we like our privacy and we left the property clean took our own rubbish out daily. Not happy at all 10 euro to clean!

Very pleased with our stay.
We had a family room, but it felt more like an apartment. The main bed was massive! In another room there were 2 single beds. In the middle there was a hallway and the shower room off that.
There was a television in both rooms.
There was a small refrigerator in the main bedroom.
The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful.
They have a luggage storage room (unsecured) so we left our luggage there for free before check-in and after check-out.
There’s a small supermarket next door and the bus into Venice leaves from outside the hotel every 10 minutes.
There was some noise from outside due to the location which was the only downside.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on Thursday evening and we could only get a flight out to venice on Saturday morning meaning we would miss 2 nights at delfino. The staff were fantastic and when we finally made it to venice they upgraded our room free of charge.
They were also very helpful with info on local travel and things to do in the local area.
Overall I would rate the staff as outstanding and will be staying again 100% the next time we visit Venice.
The hotel itself was to a good standard with regards to breakfast and room quality. The fact you can get a bus from directly outside the hotel to venice for 3 euro return was fantastic. This journey takes around 12 mins.
Finally the reason I booked this hotel was because it was cheaper than staying in Venice itself and for the money I found it fantastic. There is a local supermarket literally next door and a McDonalds 1 min walk away which was great when we finally made it back from a long day and night in Venice 😅

Brilliant location for getting from airport / to airport and into Venice centre. The bus stops right outside the hotel and only takes about 10 mins. Very happy with the room, clean and spacious and was cleaned every day. Staff friendly. Supermarket next door which was handy too. Only slight complaint is that breakfast was not good quality so don't get your hopes up for that but don't let that put you off just eat out more!

Nice clean hotel and close to grocery store for all the needs. To get to St. Mark's square in Venice you do need to take a bus and then water ferry. Getting to Venice itself is just 10-12 minutes but another 30-40 minute to get to St. Mark's square in Venice.

This was a very convenient hotel. We were able to walk to it from the main bus station when we arrived in Mestre for our stay. Once we were checked in we found out that there is a bus stop across the street, LOL! The lobby is small, but the staff is very nice! The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was terrible, though. It was a step above sleeping on the floor as far as comfort is concerned. And the pillows were basically pancakes. It is also in a very busy area so even on the 3rd floor, there was constant noise from the street below. There is a grocery store next door, which was very convenient. The wi-fi requires using your facebook account, and was spotty at best. Overall, it was a good stay, but they could use some new mattresses or at least a topper!

Location is great. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. In 15 minutes you are in Venezia. The only issue though is the bus is always packed. Expect to be standing with a lot of people for 15 minutes.

The room is comfortable and clean. The bed and shower were great. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons: you need to use your Facebook account in order to sign in the wifi. And you also need to login every hour. Not very handy.

Was here for 3 days for work and this hotel had a good locale close to the large Mestre train station.

Hotel is in good condition and the breakfast included is fantastic. One thing to keep in mind is this hotel is very popular for your groups so best to get to the breakfast area early to avoid it being overcrowded with your groups all getting ready to eat at the same time.

Hotel staff wasn't helpful at all. Singing into the wifi is 5 step process including \"liking\" the hotel on Facebook. This was a business trip and needed access to email. Wifi should be simple to access. Had issue signing in once and front desks response was \"wifi is always terrible in Italy\". Thanks for the tip. Also parking can be a run around and was not given any direction on how to get out of the garage. If the garage door is closed the front desk have to open it. Just a heads up
