Lovely place and lovely hosts, very kind and super helpful. I travelled with a friend and the location was perfect, close to a beach and not too far from the old town. There’s a little shop nearby, a bus stop a supermarket and a bakery. The property was clean, plenty of facilities at the kitchen including umbrellas to take to the beach. We’ll definitely be back. Hvala from Colombia!.

Excellent 3 night stay. A welcome drink on arrival from the hosts which was great..
We had the self contained unit on the top floor with our own little kitchenette with stove, fridge etc. Perfect for simple self catering.
Clean tidy property, everything you need and great hosts.Superb value for money..
Uber from the airport the easiest and quickest option at Euro26, half the price of a taxi.
It's a straight forward 25 minute walk all downhill to the Old Town, buses can bring you back if you don't want to walk uphill! It is quite steep!
Location is pretty good for the sites.

Brilliant property and the owner was really helpful. Shared kitchen great - the only thing missing that would have made our stay perfect is having some coffee and milk available; didn’t seem worth buying some for 2 days and we forgot to bring some from home. Otherwise everything was just perfect!

Great little place

The place was in a quiet area, about 20 - 30 minute walk into the Old Town. We walk down as it is easy to get to the town, but it is uphill on the way back. I’d recommend an Uber which was about 6euro, a lot cheaper that just grabbing a taxi.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a sea view, but it was still a nice view. The host was helpful and gave us some of his grapes from the vines. He even has tortoises in a little garden.
You have a shared kitchen if you just have a room, with your own shelf in the fridge.
Will definitely stay again.

The apartment owners were SO wonderful, helpful, and kind. View from the room balcony was fabulous. They even greeted us with a “welcome drink”! This is NOT a huge hotel or resort, it’s a family run place - which is exactly what we were looking for - Definitely recommend!

Perfect! The property exceeded my expectations and felt like home from home. Clean, tidy and friendly.

I woke every morning to a sea view where I relaxed on my balcony for breakfast. The communal kitchen worked brilliantly between the guests and was always clean.

Sandra is the best! Anything she could do to help or advise, she did and never failed to greet me with her wonderful smile.

The price is so much value for money, especially given the ideal location and accessibility. I will be coming back sooner rather than later in the knowledge I have the ideal place to stay.

Old town is a 15 minute stroll along the beautiful sea front, Belleview beach just a five minute walk and Lapad/Sunset beach 20 minute walk.

I stayed for 8 nights and I did so much in that time, including day trips to both Montenegro and Bosnia Herzegovina (both must see, especially Kotor and Kravice Waterfalls). I hiked up the local hills, visited all of the beaches from Sveti Jakov south of the old town to Copacobana to the North of Lapad, all on foot from the apartment.

My partner was added to my booking at the last minute with no questions asked and no extra charge as I had booked a double room anticipating this may be the case.

What a wonderful holiday and what a pleasure it was to stay at Millikan & Miho Apartments.

We were a party of 5
Three rooms we had sadly we didn’t get sea view room but it didn’t upset me because of the time of year, if it was summer I would of requested sea view with balcony I am sure if I wanted to change rooms Peter and Sandra would of moved us they are lovely people they are very helpful but at the same time they don’t bother you just let you enjoy your stay if you needed anything all you needed to do was knock On their apartment.
The apartments were close to the city with bus stop close by we always walked into town and got a bus back.
The only thing that was disappointing for us was no English channels on the tv which I found unusual because English is just about spoken by all second language to the Croatians and we had 50inch tv on the wall in the apartment.
The shared kitchen didn’t bother us either maybe because We were there out of season.

Very well looked after apartments, clean rooms and a lovely landlord who is always happy to help. In between Old Town and Babin Kuk and within walking distance to them as well as Gruž. Highly recommend for younger people as it is on a hill and there are many stairs which may be difficult for the elderly.

this was not at all as we expected . we thought we were booking an apartment , which is what is advertised , what we got was a small bedroom with bathroom and nothing else in it and a shared kitchen in another building . both were clean and there was a shared terrace but not anything like the self contained apartments we prefer.

Lovely place not too far from the old city. Our hostess was really lovely, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size, clean, with an air conditioning available. The property has a communal balcony/terrace with a few tables and a communal fully equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved it. We do highly recommend it and if we ever go back to Dubrovnik we'll definitely stay there.

We had a lovely spacious apartment with a small balcony looking out to the sea - perfect for my wife and I plus our 9 month old boy. The owners could not be any friendlier or more helpful - welcome drinks, freshly picked vegetables from their garden, and even lending us a big container we could use as a makeshift paddling pool for our baby to keep cool on the hot days! We had a lovely stay.

Our honeymoon stay!

A great stay about 20 minutes walk from the old city gates of Dubrovnik. We were able to check in at 9am thanks to the wonderful hospitality we were given. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and some advice about the local area and directions. We were close to some local beaches and a hotel for pick up for day trips. Our room was comfortable, the towels were a bit scratchy and hard and that’s the only criticism I can think of. Lovely kitchen and dining space in a communal building with a fridge to store things and an ice machine.

We were met on arrival by Sandra . She could not have been more friendly and helpful . Superb customer care .
The apartment was spacious and wonderful with fabulous views from the private terrace over the Adriatic.
It’s about a 20min walk into “old town “ but this itself gives wonderful views of the coastline .
Only slight downside,as other reviewers have commented on , was that the hot water occasionally ran out .
This slight issue was not enough to stop me rating this property as “ excellent “.

A very plesant with a wonderful host!

We stayed here for 9 nights and didn't regret our choice. Sandra made us feel welcome from the very start, with cold drinks waiting for us and always offering advice. The room was as described and very clean. Its not a hotel so don’t expect house keeping each day, however our bed got changed midweek and fresh towels every 3 days.
Location is good, 20 minute walk into old town or a bus ride away. Lots of steps on route to the property but there is a way to avoid them. If you are going to Dubrovnik, you have to expect steps. Kitchen and shared terrace was very handy and well equipped. And if you’re lucky, you might get to meet Sophia the tortoise! Thank you Sandra for a fabulous stay and making us feel so welcome!

Very clean room and bathroom, nice terrace to share with other people. At first, myself and my boyfriend were a bit disappointed we did not get a room with a kitchen annex and a balcony. I would suggest asking for it specifically when booking a room. Shared kitchen and a terrace with other people staying at the property. Overall, we were very pleased with the place and even more with the hosts. They made sure we were happy while staying at ‘Milka&Miho’. Even got welcomed with a beer on arrival.

Great stay in Dubrovnik. Owner met us late at night and welcomed us with the beverage of our choice, and then proceeded to explain the layout of Dubrovnik to us. Very accommodating and gracious. The location even has a washer setup. About a 20 minute walk into Old Town, but you can take the bus down and back if you wish. Loved our stay there!

Although we had to climb stairs to our apartment it was a great spot. We could walk to the Old City and it was close to the bus route and restaurants. Our booked tours picked us up very close by. The owners were friendly and helpful. Also had kitchen and laundry facilities.

The room we took was a small self contained studio flat, with a built in small kitchenette, including a fridge and cooking facility. The room was well presented, with a fairly large screen television which had numerous satellite channels to suit the various nationalities of customers. The view from the window was spectacular, with good views of the coast and beaches in the vicinity and although we had no balcony the dining part of the flat was next to the very large picture window. The landlord was very friendly, with good command of English and he lived in a flat in the same building so was on hand if needed. A glass of wine on our arrival late into the evening helped to set the tone of our stay and was most welcome.

The room was extremely clean and the kitchen for group use had everything you could need, including an ice maker. There were plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and numerous cooking pots and pans. The owner spoke fluent English and was most helpful. He even took us to our rental car pickup. The apartment is within an easy walk to old town and very near a bus stop for any place you want to go.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Milka and Miho. The house is a little hard to find with the GPS but the host found us in the street and directed us to the house. He then got each of us a drink while showing us our excellent room. The room was clean and spacious, had AC, and we were able to share a really nice kitchen area with other house guests. Best, this apartment was located about a 15 minute walk away from Old Town (beautiful walk) and very close to restaurants and swimming locations and bus stops.

Out of town a bit; walk to old town (castle) is about 1 mile. Stairs to climb to apartments which could be difficult for some especially with luggage. Shared kitchen area. We had a good experience, but found the distance from the Old Town longer than we anticipated. Once we figured out the bus situation, it was fine. Lots of steps to and from bus and inside the apartment.

Quiet, comfortable stay

Comfy beds, lovely modern bathroom and a very welcome cold beer on arrival. The apartment is about a 25-30 min walk from Pile gate or an easy 5 min bus ride. Only the last bit of the walk up is steep steps, the rest is just a gentle incline with some lovely sea views so if you are relatively active it won't be a problem. It's also less than 10 mins to the beach (which is down the steps between the two restaurants Magellan and El Toro). We didn't cook in the shared kitchen though it looked like it had the necessary amenities. Only minor points of improvement are that the fridge in the kitchen was stinky and one of the plug sockets in our room was a bit loose.

Ideal place to stay in Dubrovnik!

we loved our stay! our top floor room was bright, clean & comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea from our balcony! upon our arrival, our host gave us a very warm greeting (with local beer!) and he was very helpful with a map and great advice! the location was perfect for a short beautiful walk to nearby beaches and the historic city center (having a parking spot was also a huge plus for us!)....also, the nearby restaurants were great, and it was nice to have the shared kitchen for storing leftovers in the fridge! the wifi worked great, the \"double\" (king sized) bed was firm and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet for sleeping...our host was very accommodating after we accidentally left our chargers in the room after check out, and we are much appreciative of his assistance in getting them back! would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others!

Excellent stay and very comfortable room. I was in the green room on the 2d floor (lots of stairs in case someone is mobility impaired). The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely nice too and there was a kitchenette in the room and a full kitchen and patio set up available for guests to use. Very friendly host with great command of English who was very helpful with directions and suggestions. Walking distance to beach, bus stop, about 1.5-2 km to old town (easy walk) and good eats very close. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel close to a couple of beaches

This was a very nice hotel. Be aware that there are lots of stairs. We were in room 5 which is at the top of the stairs. The balcony is nice but super sunny and hot at noon hour. The hotel is close to a really nice beach that is sunny in the morning but shady in the afternoon. There are a couple of restaurants, Magellan and Toro that are good within walking distance. The old town is a 15 min walk away.

Quiet, little apartment with nice views

Milka and miho was a little hidden gem perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner of the apartments Nada who showed us to our room (even though we were about 4 hours early for check in). She gave us an overview of the area and pointed out locations on a handy map - as well as fresh orange juice which was much needed in the heat!

The room itself was small but perfect for was we needed for a short stay of 4 days. Super confy beds, air con, satellite TV, decent shower and sea view. Also worth noting is a communal kitchen on the middle level which we didn't actually use.

Be prepared to work your legs when getting about... the apartment is high up land - meaning great views but lots of hills/stairs. About a 10 minute walk to a nice out crop/kinda beach which is beautiful for a sunbath and swim in the sea.

A nice 20-30 minute walk to the old town , but worth the walk for the views and some nice churches along the way.

Overall a great find. Highly recommended.

Apartments Milka & Miho or Apartments Dubcic, they appear to be the same.

This was a comfortable apartment house in a great location in Dubrovnik. Maybe a block from a main road with several restaurants, bus stop, etc. Stairs from near the bus stop take you there, or take a slightly longer walk up the side streets. The old town is a nice, scenic walk 10 - 15 min away. Or take the city bus.

There are 9 rental apartments in the house. I was in the top apartment (#9) - the junior suite - so that may influence my review. It was plenty big - it was just me, but it was the only room left. There was a nice in room kitchenette with dishes, pots, utensils, etc., but no in room coffee(!). There is also a community kitchen for rooms without kitchenettes. Also, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, so bring your own.

The only issue I had was checking in. I arrived late (9 pm) and had no idea where to check in. After tentatively knocking on doors, the owner/manager's nephew found me wandering around and showed me to my room (he said his uncle, the owner/manager, was out of the town for the day). He was very welcoming - he and a friend of his and I shared a few bottles of homemade wine, local cheese, and salami. FYI - don't check in on the ground floor; I think that's the owner/manager's mother's apartment. Check in at the first apartment up the first flight of stairs. (I would have benefited from that information.)

Great apartment complex

Fabulous apartment complex in a great location: 20 minute walk to both Pile Gate and Lapad Beach. Fabulous apartment and lovely owners. I was greeted with a free drink upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival go up to the first floor to check-in as the owners' mother lives downstairs on the ground floor.

Cannot recommend high enough.
