Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is located in the historic town centre of Rovinj. The hotel is a carefully restored building originating from 1920s.
The hotel incorporates three houses integrated into a harmonious architectural complex. The interior has been restored to its original form, taking into consideration the requirements of modern guests.
All the conservation works at the hotel, both on the interior and on the exterior, were made in accordance to the conservation requirements and thus the original cultural and historical heritage of Rovinj was preserved. The hotel has 7 double rooms and are named after the streets of Rovinj.

Great in every way. Croatia is great. Free bicycle use to ride by the ocean. Get the SV eufemija suite. 3rd floor, best room and views. Elevator right to room. Very cool restored modern room. Don't worry about parking. They take care of it. Great free breakfast. Free bicycles. Worth it. This is the way.

Parking extra but very convenient if you call ahead to alert. Rovinj is really pretty and easily explorable on foot. Allow yourself to get lost. Only regret is we did not stay longer. Can’t wait to return to this exceptional hotel, if no other reason.

The hotel is lovely with a lot of high design touches. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the location is perfect in the old town. It does not have an elevator but our bags were taken care of by the staff. The room was a nice size with a small but comfortable balcony. This boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a town as beautiful as Rovinj. The design elements of stone, glass, wood and metal brought together perfectly idea of the medieval influence of the Old Town with the beauty and stlye of updated design and architecture. The staff was without exception gracious, kind and accommodating. The offered breakfast each morning was simply amazing and consistenly delicious. We loved the location in the Old Town, we could walk or bike to all the restaurants or beaches we wanted to visit. When we needed our car it was no problem to walk the several blocks to the parking lot, totally worth it to be in the pedestrian-only part of the city. We absolutely loved the way the rooms were designed to make use of all the irregular spaces, it is a truly special place and we will definitely return. The only thing I would ask for is a few more hangars in the closet ;-)

Settled in a cobblestone street with beautiful buildings, this unique hotel had every amenity you could possible want, including an in room elevator. Breakfast was lovely and they had a great selection and when we had a trip they made packed breakfast for us. We also ate in the fantastic restaurant twice. Hotel was ideally located for the shops and restaurants and for a spot of sunbathing or water sports if you fancy. Would also recommend local wine tasting the restaurant will advise where to go. We had such a great holiday here and this hotel and lovely staff made it. We would love to visit again and hope to do so soon.

We spent 2 nights at this unique property in old town Rovijn. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous and the wine bar was great. Although we had to park outside the city, the staff made the process very easy (we called on arrival outside of the no traffic zone and they met us and guided us to our parking spot). The hotel itself is very unique—it was an old home that was remodeled into a hotel, retaining many rustic features but incorporating modern luxuries and design. Our room included the rooftop terrace, which was a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy morning coffee, but was accessed through a staircase outside of the room so a little awkward. We had 2 big issues with the bathroom: the shower enclosure leaked and the marble tile outside the bathroom got flooded, causing my husband to slip and fall (he was fine but it could have gone much worse); and the bathroom was not designed for privacy (within the room and to neighbors) so if you like your privacy, this might not be the best room for you. There were curtains intended to provide some privacy but even theses needed to be adjusted to get full coverage.

The first impression of Spirito Santo Palazzo is that it's a quaint small hotel in a terrific city center location. But once you enter the charming lobby, you feel like you have been transported back in time. The renovation that was completed in 2017 of these 4 or 5 historic homes is nothing short of remarkable. The stonework and attention to detail is impeccable. The rooms are unique, beautifully designed and furnished. Every aspect of the hotel is first class. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, with everything freshly made. My wife and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Rovinj.
