Great place to stay! Loved the breakfast options - Our daughter was obsessed with making her own waffles, and the options were nutritious. The room was well equipped and when we needed a toothbrush and toothpaste, guest services came through. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Really liked the option of the common bar on the lobby space... This hotel has really stepped up their game in the last few years!!

The hotel was clean, the lobby area was small but served multiple purposes. We had a drink there at night and then breakfast in the morning (which was actually pretty good). The room was spacious and clean, bed was somewhat comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly, the room was lovely, and the breakfast even had vegan options for me (Sweets from the Earth pastries and non-dairy milk, as well as other breakfast staples). Unfortunately I forgot to bring my swimming costume, otherwise I would have tried to enjoy the pool. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were great as well and promptly brought us anything we needed to our rooms, like cots or towels etc. The pool area was also excellent with comfortable resin wicker chairs to relax in while watching the kids play safely. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!

Not bad but not great. Overall it seems like the hotel facilities are too small for the number of rooms. The eating area, pool and hot tub are all pretty small and busy. And the sound proofing sucks. Felt like I could hear every door shut in the hotel.

I added a roll out bed, there was hardly enough room for it to fit in the space. When I unfolded the bed it had not been cleaned...The bed had urine soaked sheets and blankets, still wet. The blankets on the regular beds in the room were awful! The duvet was so thin and the covering just kept slipping off every time you move. It resulted in very poor sleep for me and my family. We toughed it out for two of our three night stay because we at least enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately someone brought a drink in the pool area that was glass and broke it and the pool and hot tub had to be closed. We did not stay our final night. Every staff member seamed miserable, annoyed or uncaring. The buffet was not well maintained, not enough food and the hotel was not even very busy when we were there.

This is the 3 rd property we stayed in a week and let me tell you they saved the best for last. Check in was smooth and we even checked in late, room was clean and they even accommodated the extra person with towels withiut even a request. Breakfast was pre viewd in the boatd downstairs the days before (a weeks menu in advance) and the swimming pool and hot tub were very clean.

Fourth time at this hotel for our Sandbanks vacations and we’re always very happy there. Great service, kids love the breakfast (Viva the waffles) and the pool, room is super clean and comfortable. We often recommend this hotel to our friends.
My ecological-conscious side is where I’m a little bit tickled: compost option would be great and replacing the plastic and paper dishes at breakfast for reusable ones would make a great difference. I strongly appreciate the EV charger but since there is only one, it is sometimes an issue if it’s occupied.
That being said, great experience and we’ll go back again on our next trip.
My ecological-conscious side is where I’m a little bit tickled: compost option would be great and replacing the plastic and paper dishes at breakfast for reusable ones would make a great difference. I strongly appreciate the EV charger but since there is only one, it is sometimes an issue if it’s occupied.
That being said, great experience and we’ll go back again on our next trip.

The room was excellent. The bathroom was a bit dated, but it was still great. The pool was nice. The area outdoors behind the pool was very I maintained. It would have been nice to be able to lay in the sun after a dip in the pool. Having said that, it wasn't a feature I was aware of before booking, so it was not a loss. We will definitely stay there again.
