The hotel is clean and comfortable with well trained, engaged staff. The restaurant is quite wonderful, the two meals I ate there really impressed me. And the waiters were very attentive and well presented. The other spaces I used were the gym, lobby, my room and the terrace. All met five star expectations. The only aspect that could be improved and brought to the same standard as the rest of the experience is the breakfast buffet which was not very abundant and not 5 star quality. BUT That said- over all I really liked it and would visit again.

The free breakfast was horrible! Food was old, just heated, nothing fresh! Food hair in the bacon.
For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast needs to be much better. A lot of the amenities from previous years have been taken out. The room needs a renovation, old furniture, used, out-dated. The shower water was warm not hot. Not what I remember Pleiada to be. The room prices have gone up, but the service has gone down!

Nice and modern, one of the best in the city hotel. Breakfast is surprisingly weak. Understanding that hotel first should generate revenue, however such poor variety and even quantity especially fruits and sweets is not up to the 5*. Fruit flies (!).

First time at his hotel

Hotel is lovely although a little bit away from Iasi centre, good staff, very clean, good rooms and has a nice spa.

However, disappointed with the restaurant- I booked table for 10 to treat my management team. We were put in a basement room next to spa, very poor ambiance, mix of piano entertainment and a table guys watching football very loud, not a pub and and not a cocktail lounge - just dissapointing.
Food was only average even though someone had recommended it as being excellent. Service was good though.

I have been staying in Iasi since mid year but 1st time in this hotel as location was not convenient- I may try it again in the new year. Perhaps Christmas was not best time to visit the restaurant.

Having read some very positive reviews I have to say I was a little disappointed. The service in the restaurant was slow, and the food a little cold when served. The air conditioning didn't work properly and when I asked for someone to check it, there was no difference in the temperature on my return to my room. One of the waste bins in the room was not emptied, so for a supposed 5 star hotel the service was not up to standard.

Pleasant stay. All went well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its staff. Even though the parking lot was full, they moved their cars and made room for mine - a level of service I would expect from a high-level service.

Some minuses:
* location is far from town center, if you have a car it's not a problem
* the gym is not up to 5* standards; more like up to 3* standards
* air-conditioning seemed to malfunction, we could never turn it on; fortunately the weather was not hot

The hotel is amazing ! The furniture design and the entire hotel is great ! Very clean and confortable. Complementare fruits and water in the room. The breakfast was one of the beste i have ever saw. Great diveristy and very good quality of cooked food, cold food, sweets, juices, coffe. The room service was great, again very good food and amazing quality !The staff was very friendly and warm, always there to help.One of the best hotels i have ever checked in! For sure i will come back evrytime i am in Iasi! So only plus for my experience in this hotel!

Nice hotel not far from the center

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel. It is very nice and cozy. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room itself is clean and has all the necessary things, though it looks minimalist at the same time.
There are 2 places in the hotel where you can have a dinner. The international restaurant is very nice, however opens only at noon (the breakfast included with the room is not good at all). The second restaurant with local food is not as good, not that big choice of food in it.
Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and we'd definitely recommend you to visit it. It's not located in the city center, however to find a taxi in Iasi is incredibly easy and cheap, thus I'd recommend to chose a more quite neighborhood like this.

Fantastic hotel!

The rooms are spacious and well decorated, great spa and pool area. The parking place is very convenient. The wifi in the room was low.
We even got a take away breakfast because our flight took off very early in the morning. Really good experience for a great price...

Basically they dont turn on the lights on hotel as soon as you get in to reception area its dark you cant even see receptionist corridors all dark no shops or entertainment around if you ask for hotel staff about anything they just tell you its petrol pump round the corner go and get it from that shop i was booked there for three nights and i just left the second day and went to another hotel by the name of international hotel amazing location staff friendly and helpfull big shopping mall just next door all entertainment just 0.5 min away better price open and light will suggest international hotel to friends

Great!

The hotel is located about 10 minute drive from city center. The room was huge and very clean. Only problem I can think about is that there is no balcony in the rooms for smokers. Breakfast was good in european standards and as we checked out very early whe where offered a breakfast to go that was really nice.

Reserved and pre-payed 1 Executive room for 1 adult and 2 children age 12 both and got a room with 1 double-bed only. The property charged me (after \"discount\") 15 EU per day for a roll-away bad which was in bad condition. The management was \"OK\" that 3 persons can sleep in 1 bed, as it was pre-ordered. HOW COME? I NEVER heard about this until now.

In the last day we had a very early flight and asked for a take-away breakfast. At 4:00 in the morning when we left the hotel we were told that they forgot to prepare the take-away. This is NOT a 5* hotel.

The pool was very nice, with lot of things like Sauna, Jacuzzi, Salina, very beautiful design, but the water in the pool was cold.

The hotel looks very beautiful, very high-end design and clean.

Nice quiet hotel, set away from the road.

This is a nice boutique hotel, which is situated off the road. It is quiet hotel (except if there is a wedding reception on). It is comfortable and very affordable. As a marketer I would say this has nearly the quality of the Hilton at half the price. This was my second time in staying in the hotel (repeat customer).

We arrived there in the afternoon and check in was fast and the front desk very helpful. We were given a room where the air conditioning was leaking on the floor, the TV was not working and the mini bar was ripped out of the wall and no soap in the bathroom. We immediately called the front desk and asked them to move to another room. They immediately solved the problem and put us in a great room that had everything that was described in the booking and everything was functioning. Overall good experience and we were happy they solved the initial problem immediately.

Great Hotel

Not often does one stay at a place where you feel you do not have to leave the premises. The Pleiada is a fantastic hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Iasi. The cab ride to the Palas Mall was only 9 Lei which is not much at all, only about 3 Canadian.

The staff were excellent, the food was great, the ambiance was great and the rooms had beautiful decor.

A 5 star hotel for sure.

Sometimes this hotel seems like the 5 star establishment it is, but then there are times it's more like a 3 star! Enthusiastic staff are often keen but to often the mark in so many respects. It's almost as if they are intimidated by the environment. That said, it's the cheapest 5 star I've stayed in so I guess it evens out.

In my business trip this hotel is my answer. It has a great service. Personal of hotel is very kind. In restaurant is most great food you can eat. It is not cheep but great. Spa facility very well kept and it really relaxing. Besides, price is great for conditions of your stay. Alles war perfekt, die Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer, die Betten wurden jeden Tag neu gemacht und Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt, überall im ganzen Komplex war top sauber, das Frühstück war reich an allem was man brauchte, das Personal war professionell und sehr nett. Die Wellness und Spa Abteilung war sehr gut, sauber, sehr entspannt. Für alles gebe ich eine 11 von 10!!!

Çok çok beğendim, inanılmaz rahat ettiyorlar. Havaalanı shuttle servisi, normal bir shuttle’ın çok üstünde lüks araçla tek başınıza transfer ediliyorsunuz. Odalar, özellikle duş, nevresim takımı hepsi en üst kalite. Uçağım erken saatte gittiği için yanıma kahvaltı özel sandviç hazırladılar. Çok memnun kaldım. Hiçbir şekilde ne çalışanlar ne de otelde kalanlar tarafından rahatsız ediliyorsunuz. Evet gece müzik sesi oluyor, ama diğer her şey o kadar mükemmel ki, insana o kadar da olur dedirtiyor

Super dejligt hotel og god service. Stort lækker værelse, god morgenmad og nemt at komme til og fra centrum med taxa. Spa-området var skønt og med gode drinks. Da vi skulle hjem sørgede hotellet for kørsel midt om natten uden beregning samt goodiebag med sandwiches, frugt og yoghurt til turen.

Schönes Zimmer (Upgrade). Leider war das zimmer immer sehr warm. Klimaanlage stand auf 21 Grad. Zimmertemperatur jenseits der 26 Grad. Schöner Wellnessbereich, der gut genutzt wird.
