Mr. Stefan at the front desk, who checked me in was very kind and welcoming! He made sure I had a quiet room, a breakfast package because I could not go to the breakfast buffet, and helped with everything! The best front desk staff! Thank you for the wonderful stay! The location is great: near Culture Palace, mall, beautiful restaurants area, places to eat, shop, museum. I chose it every time I come to Iaşi. The rooms are nice, a bit worn, but comfortable and clean. Missing a safe in the room, I think, is the only downside. Breakfast is good, and there is parking close by.

The tv had been replaced with a tiny one, and the shower head was broken so would not stay in position.

Exceptional, probably the best hotel I've stayed in while in Romania. Very clean, amazing quality suite, great staff, great food, close to everything. Reasonably priced, too.

I only stayed the one evening and had an early flight the next day so had no meals there.
Rooms were clean
Bed comfortable
I found the room hot and could not turn the ac to cold so slept with the window open

Great hotel in perfect location

A very warm welcome from the reception staff made a great start to our 2 night stay. Very comfortable room with a lovely bed and some space. Hotel location is right by the Piata Cultura at one end of the historic walk of Iaşi old history. Perfect!

My 6 year old daughter and I loved this hotel, she actually wrote her own note about how nice the hotel was and wanted to give it to the manager. She wrote “I don’t like this hotel, I love it!” The hotel was extremely clean, food at the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT, very friendly staff! The WiFi was very spotty, we had a WiFi signal only in the bathroom. But overall we had a great experience!

So bad it was almost funny!

It’s been 5 years since I last stayed here and it has really gone downhill.

Check in was awful, the staff were really miserable and the manager was walking around eating a bowl of cereals and scowling at everyone who seemed to get in her way.

We asked for a quite room on a high floor and got a 1st floor room next to elevator. The room was unbelievably small and when I asked for a bigger room I was charged an extra 140€.

The bigger room was substandard, TV was not working, shower was leaking as the seal was missing. Reported the TV and was told ‘nothing we can do about it’ - shocking.

The service did not get any better. Difficult to find positives for the hotel now apart from its location.

Best avoided unless they get some serious staff training including management.

How it gets such a high score is beyond me.

Great location in the heart of Iasi by the Palace and shopping mall. My only issue was that they turn the A/C off during the winter months (Even though during the day its still 20 degree's +) so had to keep my window open which was opposite noisy bars playing music.

Ramada Hotel in Romania

The hotel is downtown, close to the Palace, a historical building with great architecture and few exhibits. Also near the Mall, few famous monasteries, a huge park, plenty of terraces with excellent food, open until midnight. The hotel is fairly new, modern rooms, free wifi, very clean, its own parking lot. The cabs are easily available, the customer service is nice, and the breakfast provided is very good. We stayed at this hotel before, loved it, booked it again!

Stop over on the way to Moldova

The hotel was comfortable, good location opposite a large mall with many restaurants nearby. Car parking was a bit tricky to find, I ended up using the parking at the mall. Also the hot breakfast was not hot. Otherwise a lovely stay.

they host different events on the weekend nights so the music is pretty loud and you can hear it from the rooms up to the 3rd floor. So if you plan to sleep early during the weekend it's not the best place. But other than that, it's a nice, decent hotel.

Nice Hotel, staff is very official, efficient but not too friendly. I got a very nice corner room with nice views. The room is well equipped. Internet is working well. There is a mini bar and hot water kettle with tea and coffee. There is a safe on demand. Bathroom was clean and had everything i needed. The problem is that the heating in the room is done only by AC, no other heating system. When it gets under 5 C you will in the area of the windows cold. Especially that this was a corner room with a lot of windows. Normally you would expect the rooms to have under the windows central heating systems which offset the cold of the windows.

Great Hotel, Close to all key sites

The hotel is next to or within a couple of blocks of the best sites in the city, from 500 year old churches, to the Palace of Culture, to the modern, luxurious Palas shopping mall complex. The rooms are comfortable, they provide an excellent breakfast buffet, and the staff was accommodating.

the only game in town

The party in the restaurant ended at 3.00AM. This is when i finally went to sleep. The noise level in the room from the DJ music was loud enough that would make anyone ready to pack up and leave. The heat in the room was on and the temperature was 27C. The thermostat did not work. I complained. They came, they looked and open the window. The heat was blowing more heat so the room got hotter. With the open window, the music was much louder. You get the picture.
