It was a large hotel, rooms were comfortable. We voted this hotel during our roadtrip to have the best water pressure. Nice hot shower.
HIghly recommend: Take the 18min walk to Casa Bolta Rece restaurant for the BEST TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN Food EVER!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, AC a little bit too loud.
Breakfast needs a lot improvement!!!! There was no choice for something sweet such as a croissant, or a pastry, or a cookie. The bread was the leftover from the day before and already toasted. The coffee was not tasty at all. The placement for sugar and milk for the coffee was on another area than the coffee table.
The tomatoes were stale and bitter. And the sunny side up eggs were cold and overcooked.

My daughter's birthday trip was ruined. We booked this hotel based on it's declared facilities- the pool and the gym. The hotel didn't let the teenagers , who were traveling with their grandmother, use the facilities, claiming that \"the parents are mandatory\". The presence of the grandmother and the elder sister (an adult) did not persuade them. Needless to say- it is not stated anywhere that the pool can be used by adults only. I would not therefore recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children or anyone seeking a pleasant hotel experience.

Very old. No amenities in the room (no coffee/tea maker, just a small fridge). Access to the pool is pretty much forbidden. Only one mechanical key for my husband and I, although we had different schedules. Housekeeping insisted on waking us up ever day, regardless of the jet lag we were experiencing.
Other than that, location was great

The Hotel was very quaint and great location. Only downside is there is no parking nearby or entrance drop off. Illegal parking is required to offload luggage to avoid long walk with luggage. Also we did not realize the AC was disguised as Art....Cool Art. We found the remote in the AM and realized it turned on the AC behind the picture. Live and learn. Other than that it was a lovely hotel and I would stay there again and this time use the AC

Hotel has a very good position, right near Palas Mall and Palatul Culturii. It has an old vibe, taking you back in time with its an atmosphere reminiscent of communism. But overall, nothing to complain about, it is clean and has everything you need.

We choose this hotel because of its location and the view also we booked late and none of better choices were available in the center. This hotel must be the worst hotel we stayed by far…. we had to change our room 3 times, first the AC wasn’t working, second the AC again not working, third room was smelling bad … the hotel needs major update and repairs. I don’t understand how is rated 3 stars…At check out we were charged a higher price than the one booked on line, some of staff were nice some were not, parking was probably the best deal was free in the front of the hotel and the view. Avoid this hotel!!!

There is something quite 70s still about the decor, but if you get a room facing the Palace of Culture then the view is stunning. Breakfast decent. Cleanliness good. And attached gym and swimming pool/spa make it great value - free use to hotel guests (just don't forget flip-flops and swim cap!).

Amazing location with an amazing view

I don't think you can get a better location. The rooms were clean and even smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and sports equipment double as an independent gym, but that means it was top notch and clean. The gym requires a swim cap and flip flops to access the pool and sauna area. You can buy both at the hotel if you don't bring your own. The building is older and the lobby needs refreshing, but the rooms are nice. We plan to return.

The hotel itself is placed in an excellent location, close to the palace and mall. But it’s now in a very tired and worn condition. The plumbing leaves a lot to be desired and though in general clean I wouldn’t give it 3 stars. Front of house staff I found very condescending and a little arrogant. The housekeeping staff were very polite and pleasant. All in all a little overpriced for what you get.

I spent a total of six nights at this hotel on two different occasions in Apil-May 2018 and I was pleased with the rooms and the service. I would have appreciated having a coffee maker in the room and in general the rooms are in need of some renovation and repair (some issues with the door locks, bathroom faucets and the air conditioning did not work very well). However, I had a beautiful view of the Palace, the hotel is steps away from a very nice park and good shopping and the service was good. I have not visited the pool or the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast was ok. Would definitely return in my visits since this hotel is a good value for the money.

Vældigt godt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed

Et vældigt godt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed og en pragtfuld udsigt ud over byen. Hotellet har en del år på bagen, men er helt fint vedligeholdt, men lidt slidt i kanterne er det. Morgenmaden var helt ok, dog med den sædvanlig kedelige kaffe fra en kaffeautomat. Som alle andre hoteller tilbyder dette hotel også fri internetforbindelse. Men det fungerede bare ikke. Så efter flere forsøg på at logge på, gik jeg ned i receptionen for at få hjælp. Det fik jeg ikke - men den ellers flinke dame i receptionen kunne oplyse mig, at fordi hoteller er fyldt så kan alle gæster ikke logge på internettet her på hotellet. Det er ikke godt, når man nu regner med at kunne logge nettet ved ankomst til sit hotelværelse. På mit telefonabonnement vil det være meget dyrt at bruge data i Rumænien, så det var lidt af en skuffelse ikke at kunne bruge deres netværk. Næste dag var problemet det samme - desværre. Helt klart et stort minus til dette hotel.

L'Hôtel est très propre, le personnel est professionnel souriant, accueillant et à l'écoute.
J'ai adoré le SPA inclut au prix de la chambre, avec sa grande piscine, sauna, hammam et salle de gym.
La chambre est spacieuse avec baignoire douche, changement des serviettes tous les jours.
Je reviendrai certainement dans ce même Hôtel, que je recommande à toutes et tous.

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet aber in nicht mehr so gutem Zustand. Das Bett hatte schon risse auf den Seiten sowie die Dusche und das Waschbecken.

A nice hotel

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is great. Close to the \"main pedestrian steet\". You have the tram just outside the hotel and huge shopping mall with lots of resturants. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. This hotel is a ggod choice if you want to explore Iasi by foot.

L’unico elemento positivo è la posizione molto centrale ed una bella vista sul Palazzo della Cultura (se si ha l’affaccio fortunato).
Per il resto mi limito a dire che in questo hotel sembra che il tempo si sia fermato agli anni 70, così come la sua manutenzione.
La colazione poi era piuttosto povera sia in qualità che in quantità ma guai a farlo notare al cameriere.
