Being my first time in Cambodia, this hotel was very welcoming. The staff was very nice and always had smiles. I will definitely be back there for more stays when i go visit Cambodia. It is by far one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in. I highly recommend for all to stay when visiting Cambodia

Very nice place. Room is confortable. There is an Atrium in the center of the hotel and around the pool. Very quiet and close to the riverside and tourism area. Use Grab to select tuk tuk it’s less expensive. Around 4$. Staff are really nice and helpfull. Unexpensive for the quality.

My family stayed here for the 2023 SEAGames and loved it! They flew in from California and the Philippines. It’s a boutique hotel with the most amazing hotel staff! They were all so sweet and kind. They would assist with the transportation whenever they needed it and they always felt safe with the drivers they called. They offered a nice breakfast daily which was very helpful too. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Strange design but comfortable

Service was very good. Staff was super friendly and polite. The room was comfortable. The only strange thing was that the shower and toilet were in the same open area as the bedroom and only divided by a screen that you can pull down. The bath was super deep so you had to carefully step down because there were no steps to get you down.

Best option to stay near airport for one night. In a very sketch part of town, but 10 min drive to airport. Clean, beautiful and safe inside. Front desk was helpful but kind of out of it. Pretty pool. Everything as advertised. Would recommend.

Comfortable rooms, clean, spacious, with nice balcony though overlooking nothing special. We chose it to be closer to airport, and it was a quick tuk tuk ride in morning. Really nice pool but I wish they would stop people from openly smoking there. Smoking = pollution

Great hotel close to airport

This is a lovely little hotel about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk from Phnom Penh airport. The rooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. I've stayed here 3 different times and will go back again. The only complaint I have is at breakfast when there are many guests, the staff have a hard time keeping the food stocked, so coffee and some of the food options run out and it takes time for refills to arrive. But there's a lovely pool to swim at the end of a long day of work. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

We stayed for just an overnight stay before an early flight out. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so don't have much to review except that it fit our needs. The short interaction with the staff was pleasant. They arranged a shuttle for us to the airport so that was helpful.

The pool was great and the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all SO helpful and friendly. Convenient location near the airport. Cons were that website advertised a rooftop jacuzzi and sauna but this was still under construction. And the doors to the balcony did not close completely so mosquitoes were able to get in the room.

Lush gardens, lacklustre food

The hotel is nicely designed, like a lush oasis in a dingy cityscape. We stayed there because it's not too far from the airport, but the area isn't that great. There was nothing appealing to eat around there, so we ate at the hotel. My vegetarian partner asked for a sandwich without bacon, so they put ham on it instead! They also left the shrimp in his Pad Thai, even though he asked to leave them out as well. We weren't that impressed by the food, but the room and the pool were quite nice.

Perfect fit to what we need!

We absolutely admired the Cambodian-style, environmentally-friendly decor and ambience, very natural and serene. No better way to start our day with their breakfast menu and service on the terrace. The only thing to endure was the loud noise made by some ill-considerate guests on the occasional late nights.

Comfortable for in-between flights

Hotel is near the airport and I stayed for a few hours to rest in-between flights. Hotel is fairly new, clean, modern. Air con is not cold and power tripped 5 times in the few hours I was there. Completely good for a few hours to rest in but I wouldn’t stay in this hotel for more than a night.

Staff was welcoming and thoughtful. During check-in, a smiling young lady appeared by my side and handed me a glass of cold apple juice. Hotel staff arranged for my 6 am taxi ride to the airport the next morning and as I was about to leave, they handed me a “to go” bag filled with breakfast goodies. These extra touches made my heart smile. Additionally, the hotel interior is beautifully designed and my room was lovely.

We stayed at the Serena Boutique hotel for one night just as a stop over, as we arrived late from the US and left early the next morning for Siem Reap. The hotel was perfect for what we needed, and was a good value for the money.
We had arranged to be picked up at the airport, and the driver was there waiting for us with the sign when we arrived. The lobby is not air-conditioned so it was quite hot during the check in process, but our room had AC and was basic but did the trick.
The next morning we had the included breakfast, and there were a lot of options including custom omlettes, fruits and baked goods.
The hotel is close to the airport, about 10 minutes by car, so it’s perfect if you just need a place to stay for the night.

The hotel is very cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast is good, the spread is decent. The only complaint is the location is at a small lane but that can be a plus as it is away from the noise. However, it may not be safe for guests to walk the dark lane at night.

Great boutique hotel in Sen Sok neighborhood

I have been traveling to Cambodia multiple times a year for over a decade, so I have stayed in many hotels in Phnom Penh over the years. The Sarina Boutique is a great find in the area of the city close to the airport. The pool was lovely and the grounds were beautifully landscaped and created a lovely oasis in the middle of the busy city. With the new Lucky Supermarket just a block away it's easy to buy food and other essentials. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice rustic feeling. My only complaint about the rooms is the TV's had lots of English sports and movie channels (mostly Fox) but there was no English news channel, such as BBC, CNN or News Asia. But otherwise, my stay was lovely and I'll be back again.

We were only here for a night (came back from Chi Phat village) but we still received great service from start to finish. A very warm welcome, a very smartly designed room (clean but a bit dusty), and a lush green landscape.

The hotel is located away from the city centre which means transportation times and costs are a little higher, and it's located in an area which seems a litle underwhelming (don't bother walking around the area as a tourist).

We only used this hotel as a stopover for our flight the next day, but it was good for that purpose. I would also recommend it only if you're planning to play tourist the entire day and not come back to the hotel till after ending your daily itinerary as it is an added hassle to get to and from the city centre.

All in all, highly recommended but only if you're okay with the distance.

A Relaxing Spot Near the Airport

This beautiful hotel was very close to the airport, but it’s tucked away on a side street, so it was surprisingly quiet. Beautifully landscaped and decorated, this was a true gem. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom and patio. Breakfast was yummy and there was an omelet station. The pool was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We ended our trip on a high note. So glad we stayed.

6 am loud music wakeup- by hotel staff!

Nice enough place in a pretty messy and chaotic neighborhood, but it is a fairly short taxi trip from tgere to tge airport. Staff played loud music in the common courtyard starting at 6 am- really dumb since it is an airport hotel where people want to get quiet rest before long flights.

Amazing oasis in Sen Sok.

We went on a study retreat and found Sarina only 10 mins from our homes in noisy Sen Sok.
Sarina was such a lush oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Wonderful staff. Great restaurant in the treetops. Gorgeous pool. Loved our room.

I would strongly recommend people to pay a stay in Sarina Boutique Hotel.
The excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff is undeniable.
Specially thanks to one of the receptionist name Kong Sam Bath that help to assist us to purchase medicine for one of our friend that fell sick. They even prepare rice congee which is not on the menu.
The check in progress is fast and hassle-less, breakfast option is sufficient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but really good. The swimming pool looked inviting but I never found the time to try it. There isn't really anything within walking distance but it's easy enough to grab a tuk tuk. Since the hotel is new, it's an idea to memorise the turn off from the main street (at the S-Cafe) to make life easier for your tuk tuk driver (and you).
