In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long.

This is my 2nd time here. I love it. It's a little away from the river so it is much quieter and near a nice park for walking. The rooms are so nice. Super clean. Great views of the city. The staff is fantastic. I like the fitness center and the rooftop pool is amazing. My only thing to point out is that the rooftop lounge / restaurant's menu is limited and it is expensive - like U.S. prices. It is so hard to resist because of the atmosphere up on the rooftop. Very peaceful. I would stay here again for sure.

I booked for 2 weeks and ended staying another week. Hotel felt so comfortable, clean and safe. Staff were so attentive, kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, alot of options and most importantly the hotel is very well maintained. Everyone greeted my family and I with a smile. Amazing experience here

The room was spacious and the hotel itself had very good amenities - a nice pool with loungers and seating, a lovely rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was good. The car you can book for taking you out to tours or for 1/2 day was very luxurious and comfortable. Very good value for what it offered.

This is our third stay at this hotel since arriving in Cambodia, and it just keeps getting better! Everything about this place feels truly 5-star — from the beautiful rooms to the warm, welcoming staff.

A huge shout-out to Maco, Khavang and Micheal, who went above and beyond during every one of our stays. Their exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

So the people are very nice, but they seem to be nice all over Cambodia.
The room seemed dated just kind of dingy. The picture shows items,pictures, planes on the shelf’s. They were completely empty.
Some of the information items were very old.
The slippers seemed used, they were not in a wrapper as usual and they ripped on day 2.
The breakfast was sub par and the fly landing on food items definitely damped my appetite.
My biggest complaint is you could hear EVERYTHING. The neighbors conversions, their doorbell, their phone ringing, doors closing, people outside, and worst was the maid vacuuming rooms ALL day. I had a stomach issue so I stayed in one day. I couldn’t believe how loud it was and very shocked that the sound carried I’m talking like 10 rooms not just the ones next to me. The windows on outside were really dirty and the curtains were broke. No extra toilet paper roll and although they had a price sheet for drinks there was none. I went on a tour one morning and came back at 2pm and the room was not cleaned. I went to desk and asked if they could clean the room at 430 because I was going to relax, then shower for another activity I had planned for 5. I went immediately to the room and they were there so I had go sit at the pool for a half hour until they finished. So much for a plan. The gym was okay and the pool was nice. I was overcharged on day three and they wouldn’t adjust my final bill.
It’s pretty conveniently located, it never took to long to get around

What a hotel. I want to gate keep this place but it such a gem that I have to share. The layout amazing. The restaurant is on the first floor for breakfast. Of course there’s also a restaurant that is, I believe on the 24th floor that is quite romantic; if you want to go there for a date. The pool, outstanding, very relaxing with beautiful views. Hotel rooms were kept impeccable. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning staff member Kim Tiv who did wonders making sure my room was impeccable. After a long day, returning back the hotel room, I was always reassured that it was going to be perfect which it was. Of course there is always a wicked witch in every fairytale story and there’s a wicked witch in this story too. Let’s just call her the wind. Due to a design flaw, when they’re are high winds the higher level floors with 03 will make a large humming sound as if there was construction work going on. Of course during my day there was highway winds. I will say, after talking to the staff, the Manager, came to my room and we discussed options. As much as I did not want to, we settled into changes rooms. after the room change problem fixed. A shout out to the staff for making sure I was happy. I will stay in The future.

From the staff to the room this is an amazing place to stay in Phnom Penh.
We stayed in the Executive residence room and it was truly a treat. Our own kitchen/dining living room and a huge bedroom. There is a free laundromat on site for those having longer stays.
The rooftop pool was rarely busy, but the outstanding part of this hotel is the staff and their positive attitude to everything and everyone.
We loved it so much we have booked 2 more stays here.

It may have been an upgraded room, but it was very spacious and allowed me to spend several days in comfort. The restaurant meals, breakfast, and coffee were all delicious, and among the many hotels I have stayed at, few have offered this level of comfort at such a reasonable price.
If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that sounds from the hallway carried into the room. I could hear the service bell, conversations, and footsteps outside. That said, the walls between rooms seemed thick enough, as I never heard any noise from next door.
Since I spent quite a bit of time working in the room, I also noticed that the chair in the room sagged in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sit on for long periods and caused some back pain. I think the chair could use an upgrade.

Great 1-night stay

LuxCity is a great property. I was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic and the room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Staff here really go above and beyond — check-in was smooth, they’re warm and professional, and you feel well taken care of.

The little things stand out: fast Wi-Fi, a shower with real water pressure, comfortable bed with good linens, and a big balcony. The restaurant is excellent — the pho was top notch, and breakfast was generous and tasty.

The only trade-off: the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s far from BKK1, which is where the cool cafés and nightlife are. Outside the hotel there’s not much going on

If you want comfort, great service, and strong Wi-Fi, LuxCity delivers. If you want to step outside into cafés and nightlife, look at BKK1 instead.

This was my second time staying at LuxCity. I came for work, and I really appreciate the roomier options, with separate living space, at affordable prices. It's a little further from downtown, but the property, amenities, and services are well worth it. I particularly appreciate the free laundry. They even let us shower and hang out in the comfy spa after we went sightseeing downtown between checkout and our evening flight. Would stay again.

The facility and staff are great. The room was large and comfortable. The hot water was instantly hot (very hot!). Drinks and pool too expensive.

Street is generally only wide enough for one car but it is not one way. This led to several instances of taxi going nowhere while waiting for someone to yield.

Not my first stay at this hotel but unfortunately likely be my last stay.

In summary service staff needs to be better trained to think and provide customer service. Two minor incidents.
1. room was cleaned and rubbish left outside the room.
2. requested late check out as flight had been moved to late evening, unfortunately not available as the room was already booked for next customer, which is fine, so I enquired about another room and happy to pay additional. It is possible reception staff did not understand but I was rudely told there is no room available!! Given that I know what the occupancy rate, I could not be bothered to explain further.

Good thing is that there are multiple hotels available in Phnom Penh and more coming.

We stayed in an executive suite. The room, on the 14th floor, had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. We also enjoyed a very nice room service dinner one night. The pool is awesome. Free laundry machines is a big plus. Hotel was very clean and very modern. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and linen. Roof top pool is a bonus. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant at dinner is also very good even though you do pay a premium plus service and VAT. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only downside for me is that it is about a 15-20mins away from the centre by the riverside. As tuk tuks are so affordable and easily available this didn’t cause any issues.

Food diversity could have been better for vegetarians. Room was big, but we had to call for a quick cleaning after we arrived. Also requested toilet paper as it was not repleneshed. The place was exceptional really, if there’s something I have to say is just probably the tv in my room. It’s not up to standards really for the service that they are providing. My tv in the bedroom was very blurry at times. Aside from this I have no other concerns the rest is exceptional. had a disappointing stay at this hotel in Battambang. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction right next to it, and the roads and the hotel itself are constantly filled with dust. The air quality was so poor that staying outside for even a short period was unbearable, and I ended up with a sore throat from breathing it in. The hallways inside the hotel were also dusty, making it feel unclean. The location is surrounded by noise and has a very commercial vibe, with nothing appealing or relaxing in the immediate area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the environment and cleanliness
