Hotel smelled overly heavy of smoke not just in casinos but also in halls, and even in our room. The blackout curtains were soo dilapidated that holes of light streamed in our room as soon as sun came up. The shower curtain was dirty with makeup and worn out with pulled dungy strings hanging off all over. Plus disgusting dirty wash cloth hanging at top. The overall cleanliness of room and bathrooms was worse than a dirty motel. The a/c would not stay on regardless of the setting. It got soo hot in our room we woke up all night. but we had a/c set to 68 degrees. Even the a/c fan did not stay on so no constant white noise if you need that. . There is no fan in bathroom and they do not offer conditioner in case you forgot your own. It was a worn out look and i would never ever stay again. Also check out is 11am and they start calling and knocking at 10:30am. Not at all up to par.

We book room for two queen bed. Check in time was 3 PM. Until 3.30 PM room was not allotted to us. On asking reply was we don't have the room. They were giving King bed and one extra floor bedding. We have to argue for while and have to call manager and after that they gave us handicap room. Sq ft was fine. Because of delay we attend LATE in 50th Birthday party we went to attend. Terrible experience. They promise to refund per night overnight parking fee. I have not received the checkout folio yet. We will see when i receive final checkout folio

We loved the staff and the casino. Room 305 has the WORST view ever. I literally asked the young man to just please make sure we ere not looking at a parking lot,roof or wall.....and I feel punished. I was given the trifecta. This rooms view is of a wall on a roof over the parking lot. $$$$ a night to feel like I was confined by concrete. Wont stay again due to this. I was even willing to pay for an upgrade. Im supposing I needed to secretly tip the check in person to actually have been heard.

This is the first time I stayed in a 4 Star Hotel and did not a refrigerator or coffee maker in my room. I have never had to check the list of amenities BUT I will for now on.

Really don’t like the online check in for a room. It seemed longer than if we had talked to a real person at the counter.

Otherwise nice location, easy to get to places. Lots of food options. Ver clean. Didn’t like no microwave or fridge in the room. We didn’t realize that required an upgrade. Seems to be getting dhintzy, but that is Vegas now. Sad really. Used to be good value for your money but any more.

The resort had plenty of activities for all ages. Restuarants were throughout. Multiple coffee locations. Plenty of bars. Casino floor was large. Walking distance to many attractions. Short commute from the airport. Only con is the gym (very small). Mostly cardio equipment. We will stay here for every trip we take to Las Vegas.

First time staying at New York New York. Overall great property and location. AC controls are set to shut off if you are not in the room for a period of time. So, when you leave for the day and come back it takes a while to cool down again.

Room was clean. Staff were inconsistent on politeness, some were rude, some nice. There were lots of shops nearby. The room was smaller than expected, missing several things you expect a standard hotel room would have. Such as a mini fridge, that was extra cost, luggage holders were missing, housekeeping didn't come by until the end, room struggled to stay cold. And so many hidden fees.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt taken care of.

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing, the linens were fresh, and the entire space felt clean, quiet, and relaxing.

The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful yet upscale. It truly felt like a home away from home.

What stood out the most was the customer service — every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. That level of hospitality makes all the difference.

We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

We stayed for the 1st time. No refrigerator and not even a complimentary bottle of water or coffee maker in our room. For the price we paid to stay we felt it was not worth it. Check out was a nightmare. We stood in line for 1/2 hour before we were finally helped. We were expecting a complete itemized bill but did not get one. Terrible service.

It was a fantastic stay. Check in had issues, that confirm # we receive and their's different. I dont recommend kiosks. Complicated. Took 35 minutes to figured it out and wait 20 minutes for the key to print out. I'll go old school, in person. Especially this was our anniversary stay to celebrate, can't request the strip View in person.. we had partially view..BUT toom was hip n cool, remodeled nicely. I recommend to stay here.. convenient to events shows restaurants to attend.

There was no fridge or microwave so every meal I had to throw away food because there was no way for me to keep it and eat it later. I had no way to keep any drinks I purchased cold either and everything is so expensive to have to keep rebuying. It’s a good idea to put these items in rooms in case guests have medications etc that need to be kept cold.

I was disappointed that I also had to pay for a daily parking pass even though I was staying at the hotel. This should be compted to guests that are staying and eating at this hotel.

Additionally the elevators were very delayed or broken for use which meant very long wait times.

Decently sized room. The folks working at NYNY were all very nice and kind. I didn’t find any humor in finding a mini fridge cabinet w/o the fridge. After a call to housekeeping I found out it could be delivered for a nightly fee. lol. What!? Total upsell, and unfortunately because of this lame decision to squeeze blood from a tourniquet. We chose this specific location for the Las Vegas Rock and Roll half marathon; it was perfect for race day.

The resort is nice and the food was good at each restaurant we tried. I could care less for the roller coaster and didn’t take into account screaming riders. Yup. They obviously were enjoying the ride. Me, in bed not so much.

All in all, I would consider staying here again if not for the $20 a night money grab for a mini fridge that ought to be included. Come on. Do better. I’ll find some where else to stay.

The hotel room was great, very clean. However, I find it unusual that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.
My biggest complaint is the elevators up to the rooms. There were 6 elevators to get up to our room on the 16th floor. Most times there were at least 3 if not 4 that were not working, sometimes causing a line waiting to use an elevator. With the size of the hotel and number of guests staying at the hotel, all elevators should have been working.
