Received a drink on arrival with a cold towel which was a very welcoming gesture.
Nice big clean room with good facilities. Loved the table tennis, pool table and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful with everything.

Almost a nice stay.

They have a cockroach issue here. I was on the 17th floor and they were in my bathroom and a palmetto bug near the slide door. The staff are wonderful and addressed this issue as well as a couple others i had. Otherwise the hotel is clean and nice and breakfast buffet was well stocked. Once they address the roach issue it will be a nice hotel. I have pictures but it won't let me load them.

We were greeted royally every time we arrived at the front door. Breakfast was excellent, Sky bar gave a magificent view. The only negative (and i comment hesitantly because they are minor) was that the shower was not very hot in the mornings and i failed to receive a booked early morning call on the day of departure. Fortunately my cellphone did the job. Otherwise this is an exceptional property.

Very nice hotel! Clean. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. A 20 minute walk from the river and Royal Palace. The pool was nice and clean - but shaded. I didn’t look at that closely when I booked and was disappointed because I wanted to be in the sun. On the plus side, it was breezy up there, so very refreshing on a hot day.
The staff was very friendly and friendly I had a really nice stay.

Great Hotel in Good Location

Caught No 3 bus from airport as hotel was only a short walk from Stop 30. Really nice hotel with lovely pool, spa and well equipped fitness area. Was able to check in early after overnight flight and was upgraded to larger room with balcony. Room was very big and so was the bathroom, with separate large shower and bath. Room was serviced each day and it was good to see that they didn't change towels everyday (only on request).

Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, breads/pastries, salad vegetables, nuts, hot food (could have been kept a little hotter), omelette bar and noodle bar, coffee machines but only Lipton's tea 🙁.

Hotel is in a good location, not noisy at night and walking distance to museum, palace, river, central and night markets and a number of temples. Didn't need a tuktuk to get anywhere.

Lots of good eating places nearby especially heading towards the river.

Beds was large and comfortable with plenty of good pillows and the wifi worked well. They even provided a USB charging bank, so didn't need adaptors.

Glad I booked there rather than hotel I am now at on a group tour which is way out near the Olympic Stadium, with lots of motor bike shops and few decent eating places nearby.

Bread at breakfast is stale. Fruits not replenished. Asked desk to heat up the hitting at the swimming as we wanted to use it in an hour. Nobody came to turn the hot tub on. Have to wait for another hour before the tub is hot enough.

The staff are professional. The breakfast was delicious. Staff bent over backwards for guests. The sky bar was perfect. The gym is a little stuffy but adequate. The pool is beautiful. There are small shops across the street where money can be changed, bottled water can be purchased, and snacks can be obtained. It is a good location if you are going to an event at the Medical University. I travel a bit. This is a superb hotel for the price we paid. I can’t rave enough.

Great location, younger staff were wonderful. Cleaning lady was nice but forgot certain things.

They left dirty dishes in the hall way for days. Breakfast was ok, omelet station guys just kept messing things up 2 days in a row. Their \"kitchen\" isn't really a kitchen without any cooking materials, just stoves. They couldn't even break my $20. Overall disappointing enough, I moved to a different hotel nearby.

Some struggle with check in as reception had put hotels orders in folder with bookinfs orders but was quickly sorted.
My company was a local friend, so every evening it was a struggle to leave id cards and so forth even it was the same friend every day..

Definitely worth the money

Amazing hotel and staff. I thought the bed was a little hard. The family suite did not have a microwave in the kitchenette as shown on Expedia. When I asked for one I finally got one on our last night. The water in the shower was always too hot or too cold. Never comfortably warm for very long. The view from the balcony was not impressive and nothing like the pictures on the website. Despite my small complaints the hotel was wonderful and the cost was very competitive. I would come back but would choose a different room.

Very pleasant hotel in central Phnom Penh with a great view of the city from the rooftop bar. Nice food, good breakfast selection and dinner menu. Very courteous staff. Easy access to the city using the local tuk-tuks. Pool was a little chilly.

Loved our experience checking in - facility was beautiful and staff were helpful. Our room was very well appointed and the rooftop bar was great. Slightly annoying check out procedure - we had an early bus to catch, but they had us wait around, I think while they checked our room? The neighbourhood lacked a bit of life, as well, and felt slightly seedy. No issues with noise, though, and we felt very safe and welcome in the hotel. Would stay again.

まず、スタッフ全員がとても親切・丁寧で、とても感動しました。また、スパが50%オフということでアロマオイルコースを利用しましたが、技術がとても素晴らしく、プノンペンに訪れる際はまた利用したいと思いました。
また、ホテルの周辺は深夜になっても営業しているレストランが多く、たまたま入ったレストランはリーズナブルでどのメニューも美味しく、滞在中何度も通いました。

I have stayed several times at this hotel as it is convenient for the area, facilities are ok but hospitality staff and training need to be improved starting with the management / admin staff that use the breakfast area every morning without any acknowledgement of the paying guests supplementing their salary - a simple smile and hello goes a long way!

It is unlikely I will be staying again due to an incident where I was sick (food poisoning) on day of checking out, while checking out and waiting for taxi, I asked for a bottled water, which resulted in reception manager giving a bunch of excuses. I walked away, there will be no future business from me or my clients!!

Phnom Penh now has so many choices.

Nice place with a lot of rules

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, but do seem to rigidly follow odd rules. For example , there was almost no one in the hotel in the off season, July, yet when we went to play ping pong by then pool we were promptly informed that there was a limit of 20 mins on the table. We didnt intend to play longer than that but they did seem to have a lot of these mildly annoying rules

An excellent hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was good, including the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, the pool, the corridors etc. The street and nearby streets could have been cleaner; we chose to walk to the various sites and to find restaurants, but there were plenty of tuk tuks available if we had chosen to use them. Breakfast was a generous buffet, with Western and Eastern options, but the croissants didn't taste fresh.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, hotel very well presented and very calming, the sky bar itself the food and staff were amazing, very happy with our stay, and will always come back if we touch down in Cambodia.

The not so good part was the pool maintainance, the deck chairs needs fixing, some chairs are missing parts of its legs, the mirrors around the bottom of pool area must be cleaned more often, other than that everything else is very good. We like prices, happy hours and very fresh products on Roof restaurant, including nice view.

Medium size rooms with one cloth closet only. We could not unpack two luggage’s of clothing, needed for our 24 days stay.
Breakfast for this type of hotel is totally unacceptable. Quite a simple menu, i.e. cold buffet table only with one type of the cheese and one cold cut of meat balls during all 24 days of our stay. From our travel experience, comparable hotels have much better and wider selection. Positive side is again very fresh products used.
This hotel is a building(s) only, no other property, i.e. garden.

Medium size pool with crystal clear water, and about 20 seats, compressed with three walls adjacent buildings, frequently “visited” by pigeons.

Nice hotel with easy access to locations and staff are friendly. Would say all facilities are good except for the pool area which has lots of pigeons around with bird droppings around the edges and in pool (could be easily managed with good cleaning and prevention techniques), so did not want to go swimming. Never tried the spa or sauna but looked like a good setup.

We had a room on the 19th floor and often the lifts were full so had to wait for a lift with space.
Main issue was the shower in our room as we could not get hot water. The solution from the hotel was to run the sink and bath tap as well as the shower and wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up!
The room was lovely and spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely great hotel

Overall, a very nice stay for two nights. Exceptionally pleased with cleanliness and service. I see a couple of people complained about the location but it is in a city, not a beach resort. We walked around in the evenings to get street food which, IMO, is the way to experience a city. Best bet, is walk out front door, make a left, go to the end of the block and turn left. Walk about 50 meters and look across the street and there will be tables set up in the sidewalk and will be packed after 7PM or so. Good food. Entrees about 4-5 USD each. We ate there twice. Packed with locals. There are also several tuk tuks and rickshaws waiting outside the hotel to take you anywhere you wish to go for a few dollars. Whatever they ask for, offer half and bargain from there. We would definitely go back again.

Everything was great from the attentive, doormen, front desk and restaurant staff. Hotel was clean, modern, secure and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was above average, considering it was included. Particularly enjoyed the coffee made fresh for every cup. decent massage facility on site, as well as a rooftop restaurant and lounge with excellent views. Room was made up every day and kept quite tidy for me so extra points for the housekeepers.
Con: lots of pigeons around the pool and hot tub area. More concern should be taken for the bird poop as everyone knows it creates an E. coli problem in the water.

We stayed at this property pre Siem Reap and found the staff very professional and accommodating. We did have an issue with hot water on the eight floor as it would get Luke warm..however the breakfast made up for it as it was a buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and soups and egg station. The lobby in this hotel was inviting and there were tuk tuks available outside. We returned post Siem Reap and was put on the twentieth floor and the hot water was very good.. I highly recommend this hotel and would return when staying in PP.

The hotel is a diamond in the rough. It's very nice. I enjoyed the gym and the pool. The staff spoke English and were very happy to help me. I give the staff 5 stars. I say the hotel is a diamond in the rough because the surrounding areas are dirty and not easy to find a decent restaurant.

Very nice looking hotel with pleasant front of house staff. Unfortunately the accommodation was not as described- no washing machine in the apartment, the window in the kitchen area did not have covering so there was no privacy from the apartments across. Hot water took a minimum of 10min to be hot/warm. The bed was one of the hardest I’ve ever encountered. We had a problem with knocking in the pipes in our bathroom- the maintenance couldn’t fix this so eventually we were moved to a lower floor. Same room with hard bed and no curtains. Our room card failed every day. Just a miserable stay.
