Ive stayed here a few times now due to its location just outside Umea and i have to say the staff here are some of the nicest people I've ever met they are absolutely amazing.

The room was a good big room but sadly there was a lot of outside noise from the other guests, that being said thats not the hotel problem if other guests camt keep their children under control and follow the unwritten hotel code of conduct rules.

We have stayed here three times. It has an excellent location for travelers looking for a convenient stop on a road trip, as it is immediately off the highway. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at with a complimentary dinner buffet. While not gourmet, it was good, hot, and satisfying. The breakfast buffet is also quite good, with a combination of hot and cold dishes. The amenities in the rooms varies; for example, the last time we stayed there was neither coffee maker nor hairdryer in our room. However, we didn't need them, and additionally, I feel confident they would have been provided quickly at our request. The second time we stayed, we requested a mini fridge and they accommodated this request with no problem. Also, we requested a specific room the last time we stayed, because we traveled with a cat and a room near the entrance on the ground floor was convenient. This request was also accommodated. Overall, this hotel has what you need, and is clean and comfortable, with friendly and efficient service.

Personalen helt outstanding, service ut i fingerspetsarna. Vi hade ett HC rum tyvärr var badrummet lite litet när man sitter i rullstol. Det var lite krångligt att ta sig in utan hjälp, trångt utanför toadörren man måste ha hjälp att ta sig in, hög tröskel! Inga handtag el dyl i duschen att hålla sig i. Vad jag saknade vid frukosten var mörkare mjukt bröd. Tyvärr verkar det som dom flesta hotell har slutat med det! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Tyvärr saknade vårt rum ventilation vilket inte var så kul med 5 personer i rummet. Fruktansvärd luft på rummet när vi vaknade, fanns ingen att framföra det till innan vi åkte.

Vi blev mycket väl mottagna och ett stort fint rum. Det luktade lite mögel i badrummet. Troligen från avloppet i handfatet och det kunde varit renare i badrummet men i det stora hela är vi supernöjda!

Saavuimme hotelliin puolilta öin. Vastaanotto ei ollut auki, mutta saimme etukäteen erinomaiset tiedot ja ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Myös huone vaihtui ennen saapumista ja saimme siitäkin tiedon hyvissä ajoin. Saapuessa ravintolasta sai iltakaakaon koneesta ja aamupala on oikein hyvä ja kattava!

Inte värt priset

Ganska slitet hotell där vi fick ett rum med stopp i avloppet och duschdörrar som inte gick att stänga tätt, vilket ledde till översvämning i badrummet. Badrummen var slarvigt renoverade i form av lite ny färg på väggarna. Frukosten var inget speciellt där de slutade fylla på efter kvart i nio. Även studsmattan som skulle vara på området syntes inte till. Blev tyvärr mitt första och sista besök på det här hotellet. Matsalen och övriga samlingsytor var dock väldigt fräscha och fina på hotellet.

Vi testade hotellet en natt och blev positivt överraskade. Mysigt och fint, dock finns förbättringsmöjligheter, t.ex. se till att alla sängar är fräscha med madrasskydd och tvätta eller byta ut fläckiga gardiner. Barnen var nöjda då det fanns pingisbord att roa sig med.

Praktisk beliggenhet om man ikke vil bo i sentrum, og fint å ha med hund. Hadde familirom. Badet var gammelt, slitt og stygt. Sengen var grusom! Som å ligge på en planke, men en serviett til pute og en tynn tøyflis til teppe. Varmepumpe på rommet, men vanskelig å få en stabil temperatur. Enkel god middag i restauranten. Enkel, kjedelig frokost. Hyggelige ansatte.

Bra frukost.
Mindre bra var badrum. Daterat och behov av upprustning. Men har en känsla av att dessa nya ägare kommer ta sig an den uppgiften med tiden. När detta är gjort kommer jag nog åter.
Trodde att närheten till E4:an skulle störa nattsömnen, men det var inget problem.
