I liked my stay at this hotel. Room was very modern and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and staff was very nice. One minor thing is that you need to request to have your room cleaned or towels changed. Overall a very nice hotel.

Båda morgnarna så saknades det verktyg att ta maten med och brickställen var inte framställda vilket gjorde att mycket fisk blev stående på borden tills att personalen blev tillagda av gästerna att brickställen saknades.
Att tänger och gafflar saknades att ta pålägg med eller den varma maten gjorde att man fick stå och vänta väldigt länge.
Apelsinerna som var uppskuren kändes som om dem hade följt med i flera dagar då dem var alldeles torra.
På rummet var allt väldigt fint och städat, dock behövde fönstren putsas. När man säljer in ett hotellrum med den vackra vyn borde fönster vara stor prioritet.
När vi tände lamporna i taket såg vi hur det hängde damm ifrån lamporna.

Rummet vi fick först hade en betongvägg som en del av utsikten precis utanför samt ett grusat tak (dekorerat med en övergiven vattenslag) direkt under fönstret (fast vi var på 7:e våningen). Bad att få byta och det fixade den trevliga receptionisten direkt och vi fick ett jättefint rum med fantastisk utsikt högst upp i hotellet. Väldigt nöjd med all personal i olika funktioner. Så hjälpsamma och vänliga. Kommer definitivt tillbaka

När man kommer till entré känns det mer som man kommer till en finare bemannan reception för ett bostadshus och inte ett hotell. Rummet saknade fönster och det framgick inte tydligt vid bokning. Frukosten höll inte så hög kvalitet.

Frukosten är bra men jag hade uppskattat ytterligare några fler veganska alternativ vid frukosten. T.ex. baked beans och pålägg, klassiker som ändå gör skillnad.
Jättefint och ordnat rum, smidigt badrum. Sega tider i hissarna ibland och svårt att hitta runt på våningarna (åtminstone 6) , trappan hittade jag aldrig så att jag kunde skippa hissarna vid rusningstid.
