We return to this property because it meets our needs and the staff members are great. Breakfast is hot bar, cereals, oatmeal, tasty waffles, milk, juices, coffee, etc. The biscuits and gravy are delicious!

Be prepared not to sleep

Walls must be paper thin because we never slept the entire night due to only one neighbor. Not even neighbors on each side, AND we were on the top floor. We literally heard EVERYTHING and called down to complain. The desk person said even they were wondering what the noises were???

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good but I gave it a low rating because the noise from the elevator was terrible. It was so load in our room you couldn’t hear the TV. Not much sleep. Rate way too high to have that issue. Fix the elevator noise and would be a fine place to stay

Each time we left hotel for an extended amount of time our room keys became deactivated and we had to go back down to the front desk to fix them. Annoying. Toilet in our room made a lot of noise when not even in use. It was just randomly run water with loud noise.

We had a good time in Danville shopping and eating at all the local restaurants. Plenty to do around the area for our 3-day trip. The hotel overall was very clean. We were upgraded as our first room; the key would not work. The gentleman at the front desk thought the battery was dead in the lock and he said let's upgrade you for your trouble. It was a bigger suite. The bed was very comfortable, and we got a great night sleep.

This is an awesome hotel. This is my second time staying here. All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I like the no smoking policy. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cleaning staff takes pride in their work and go the extra mile to clean the rooms. The breakfast is great- eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries. The pool was nice. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is worth the price that you pay.

Only hotel I stay in when coming to Danville. Can’t beat the price for such a nice and relaxing stay. Beds and pillows are nice and fluffy. Gym and pool are clean, pool is a little on the chilly side but guaranteed to wake you up! Always have fresh lemon water and cookies in the lobby.. lady at the front desk is what customer service should always be like. Upbeat and so friendly to me and my family. Stay here, trust me, you won’t regret it!

This hotel is clean and friendly, comfortable room clean bathroom. The doors are not soft close so there is constant door banging. The refrigerator compressor buzzes when in operation. All the same i have stayed in much worse hotels.

When I look for a hotel, I sort by price and then read the comments. There are cheaper hotels in Danville, but they are dirty and smell like weed. The Comfort Suites was AWESOME. Paying a few more dollars is definitely worth it. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and VERY CLEAN. The cleaning staff takes pride in their work and do a great job. The Breakfast is great. As soon as you open up your door, you can smell the great food down the hall. The food was hot and there is a nice variety of items. I like how this is a smoke free hotel. I didn't have to deal with cigarette smoke or weed smells. Thank you Comfort Suites for caring about your guests. This is an awesome hotel and I would strongly recommend this to everyone. I will be back when I visit my family this spring and summer.

I’ve stay at several hotels the last two years do to bass tournaments, concerts and family reasons. Other than the Ritz in St Louis, the Comfort Suites in Danville, Kentucky is by far the cleanest, best kept and friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in. Of the average hotels out there, there is no close second. This hotel is in a league of it’s own. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They obviously take pride in their work. Check in was easy and convenient and the staff was very polite. The only negative comment I have is the sheets were stained and the pull out sofa bed was in terrible shape. If you need a sofa bed, keep that in mind. The hotel is pet friendly and there was a yipping dog for most of the night. I love animals, but not when I'm trying to sleep. The free breakfast was nice, but the area was way too small and very congested. There was a lot of highway traffic noise as well. I felt like it was priced about $40.00 per night too much. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the room was good size and well equipped. Definitely an ok place to stay.

This was a last minute stay for us as we were driving to Florida. We did not need anything amazing as we were just sleeping for a few hours, however, we were disappointed when we started bringing our luggage in and noticed that the side entrance door was unlatched and open at midnight. It looks like there used to be a locked/card entry, but it was definitely broken. Our room was right next to this side entrance so needless to say I did not feel safe. The men checking us in were friendly and kind and the bed was comfortable but the overall space definitely needs some updating and increased safety measures.

Visited this site with my grandchildren (ages 5 and 3) due to the indoor pool. When we got to our room and turned on the heat there was an immediate odor of cat urine mixed with body odor. Front desk said they were unable to give us another room but graciously offered us a bottle of deodorizer spray to borrow. “Heated” pool felt a balmy 70 degrees. Although front desk assured it was 85 after another family complained it was too
cold. 3 year old wouldn’t even get in. Had it not been for the grands’ excitement I would have demanded a refund and left. Front desk was helpful the next morning when I called at 7:15 to complain of the blaring music next door- it was addressed immediately. Overall pretty disappointed though.

Excellent stay! In town for go-kart race in Liberty and we were VERY pleased with the hotel. Check in was great; guy at the desk us was very helpful in getting our RV/trailer parked safely and giving information about nearby dining. Very pleased with the stay and will be back next year for the race!

The hotel is in a good location. Property not very clean. Someone dropped cereal on the floor next to are room and it set there for 2 days. Its not ok that you book a hotel and pay full price and they play the covid card and do very little house keeping. Doesnt it make more sense to clean everyday? This is just an excuse to not have to pay house keeping daily. Our blow dryer was broke and they said they would get another one but never did. Floor in bathroom was very slippery not very safe for an ADA room. The hotel isn't bad by all means, we would stay there again. It just needs a little work.

If your looking for a clean, safe and friendly location this is it!! Look no further!! This was the only place with good reviews and no complaints of bed bugs etc.. So worth the money for a comfortable nights sleep. They have a lounge/smoking area out back which is fantastic. Pool is indoors. And its conveniently located by shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast in the mornings! The biscuits and gravy are delicious.

The place was nice. I walked into our room where I had seen it had been cleaned but dirty towels were still bunched on the sink and an extra blanket was still laying in the floor from previous. We had no fresh towels. I called and the guy at the front, who was very nice but seemed very spacey, assured me it would be taken care of while we were out. It wasn’t! I had to end up calling and finally it was taken care of! The extra blanket was never removed and I ended up throwing it in the corner! The breakfast was great!
Overall, nice place, just simple things that seemed to be lacking.

Special thank you for having a real breakfast. I am currently staying at a comfort suites that give you a brown bag for breakfast :( My family loves the breakfasts, so we really missed it at the other location.
