Housekeeping had to be asked for repeatedly. 4 days until our room was serviced. Towels and washcloths were not replaced until you went to the front and asked for them. Breakfast was good the first day but was less and less each progressive day. Waffle machine removed. Food gone before the end of breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

The stay was a good deal for the price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable beds, courteous staff, and reasonably clean. The walls are thin, as I was awakened a few times by loud voices in an adjoining room (not shouting, just talking loudly), but not the end of the world.

Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke! Bathroom door was in bad shape some were patched and part was broken. The towel rack was missing off the wall. Soap/shampoo dispenser empty.
The vending machines were completely empty, complimentary water refrigerator was empty. And the breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker should be condemned the Teflon coating flaked off into the batter. During the night the refrigerator defrosted and water was all over the floor. I’m stopping now but the list could go on. The “Plus+” should be taken off the name of facility.

Breakfast menu very limited, room was NOT clean! Check in lady was nice but spent her free time outside smoking with other people who seemed to be “living” there. The other people were standing around on 1st floor with their dogs and didn’t seem to care that they were on our way. I definitely will NEVER be back!!

There is no hot tub at this hotel the breakfast was disgusting and multiple people had pets with them inside the breakfast area there was poop all over the grass outside.
The hotel is in desperate need of a real maintenance person because everything in there is broken and/or half repaired like holes is drywall or shower heads missing parts and being taped on toilets leak if not checked etc.
The only positive things i can say is that the staff is very nice and friendly its also conveniently close to most major stores like walmart etc. There are multiple other hotels in the same vicinity so i highly recommend not staying at this one unless you dont have any other options.

The room was good except for the AC. It would NOT get cool in there. The breakfast was terrible because there wasn't enough. Mostly because there's people who live there and this 1guy would take most of the hot food AND they knew it yet didn't make anything else when I asked. There was still nearly 2 hours of breakfast time left.

This was an older facility and had some humidity issues so our room smelled musty and moldy. The bed was old and lumpy and wasn’t comfortable and had probably never been flipped or rotated. The room was clean(ish) although the overuse of cleaning supplies was evident when walking in the floor barefoot which made the floor very slippery.

The staff was great with the few interactions we had with them. We were only here to sleep so felt with it as options in the area are limited.

The hotel was musty smelling. They had vapor trap bags in our room and there was water damage that had clearly been painted over. The TV mount was broken and the TV was tilted towards the ground. Breakfast was room temperature sausage and a half gallon jug of waffle mix next to a waffle iron. The jug was not even sitting in ice.
Staff sat outside the main door smoking.

My room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The negative feedback would be they didn’t have enough breakfast available they only had a few sausages and I was early. I was awakened at 3:01 am by loud drunks in the hallway, two women and one man. This went on till about 4:30 am. I'm in room 105, very near to the checkout counter. At no time did I hear any employees try to quiet them down. Police should have been called. I left Saturday afternoon and drove home instead of putting up with it.

Staff was quick to respond when I needed instructions on the TV remote. Breakfast included an eggs and meat option along with waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Just right for a base of operations for touring local sites or attending a conference. This was my third year. I'll be back.

The room was filled with stink bugs. We requested a different room, but were told they were completely booked, so we left. We’re not spending the night in a room full of bugs. We also observed a roach in the main lobby while trying to find a phone number for Expedia. The desk clerk said she couldn’t issue a refund because we booked the room through Expedia. I tried to find a phone number to call Expedia, but was unable to find one.
I would like to have the $97.22 spent on the room refunded to my card.

Please note: my wife and I have stayed at this same motel two other times in the last couple of months and both of those times was okay.

Everything from the exterior to much of the interior seems “”worn out” or well used. The mattress was lumpy as were the pillows. The bedspreads and sheets though they seemed clean were many times washed etc. The staff were friendly but it seems we’re given not much to work with and the room though supposedly nonsmoking had a heavy odor of

The room stunk with an odor like a cross between wet dog and stale cigarettes even went to walmart and bought air freshener but still didn't help..the shower head barely worked and was about to fall off..the ac unit didnt work..i didnt bother complaining about it to the staff since i was barely in the room..This was my 2nd time staying here and 2nd time that it was bad..i chose this hotel for the convenience of the event i was attending..Next year i will definitely be staying somewhere else even if i have to drive a little further to my destination..Its not the worst place ive stayed but it is in serious need of maintenance and deep cleaning especially after people have had pets in the rooms.

The TV in my room didn’t work, and there was no door hanger to either say do not disturb or ask for housekeeping. But the staff was all welcoming, friendly, helpful, and if all you needed was a place to sleep, the room was good enough for the price.

The first room was terrible. There was a nasty stench in the room. Bathroom door was broken, no trash can in the bathroom, the floor was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work. We requested another room since all of the other hotels in the area were completely booked. The second room was slightly better but the floors were not clean, there was no trash can in the bathroom nor hand soap. We stayed at this hotel with 5 other family members and they had the same sub-par rooms in varying degrees. The staff did their best to accommodate with what they had. We will never stay at a Red Roof Plus again.

No one asked how my stay was when I checked out at the front desk, otherwise I would have let them know. The room should never have been sold with these issues: Gap between bottom of door, door lock broken.
Bathroom door scrapes the floor.
Hair on toilet, hair on clean folded towels.
Mirror covered in some film, looked like it had been wiped by a dirty rag. There was an actual dirty used rag hanging on the shower curtain rod.
Bed linens not washed, pillows smelled dank.
Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Actual bed had not been maintained, had large gap on one side making it a very uncomfortable sleep even if the linens had been cleaned and the whole room hadn’t been covered in filth.
Rug between beds and underneath filthy, visibly covered in debris. Hadn’t been vacuumed.
Very thin walls, could hear every thing going on outside of room, every door closing, every conversation, likely worse because of the giant gap between the hotel door and the floor. Refrigerator was dusty, dust on nightstand. The ironing board was rusty as was the luggage stand. Worst hotel experience ever.

The room was dated, and the bed sagged horribly in the middle. The mattress hadn't been updated in many, many years. I was told that my room was non-smoking, in fact, the whole hotel was non-smoking. I walked into my room to the smell of someone recently smoking in the room. Combined with the many years of stink, and it was overwhelming. The room was clean, but the stench was too much for this non-smoker. I noticed literally every member of staff smoked out front of the hotel. I doubt that they could smell it.

We stayed for a quick overnight. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels and toast options. Would have been better with fruit added. I was happy to see it wasn't all sweet danishes and muffins as I need protein like eggs. We didn't use any of the \"amenities\" though I did note that the outdoor pool is closed and doesn't appear it will be re-opened. All in all a reasonable place to stay for a quick trip and cost efficient.

This motel is dirty!!! I have stayed at RedRoof inns before and never experienced such a horrible room! I checked in late to a very dark motel parking lot. The vending machines were ALL broken. My room had damp rids and air fresheners in several places because of the mildew smell!! The bed looked already slept in,stained sheets and the towels were discoloured and felt like sand paper!The pool was still covered with trash and caution tape all around the pool area that was a complete disaster!!!The only positive was the front desk staff that evening and morning.
I highly recommend corporate send someone to straighten out this property because I would shut it down!

You get what you pay for and I am aware of that. We were only in for one night. It was safe and we felt welcome. Could use some updating of the bed linens and better cleaning/vacuuming of the rugs. But, for the price it was expected.
