First time to stay at a Hampton Inn. Hotel was very nice, hotel lobby, breakfast area, pool area and rooms very clean, pool area very nice. Loved the little figurines and the “hug and kiss” with note!!! Check in was very easy and great! Breakfast could be upgraded with more selection of meat and food. Had to wait for more food to be prepared at 8:30am. Juice wasn’t thawed enough to serve so no juices. Fresh fruit was a very nice selection and touch!

$75 non-refundable pet fee is ridiculous!! This is not advertised in any way and charged only upon check-in, which is too late to cancel and find a place that doesn’t charge such an exorbitant amount for less than 24 hours of a pet being in a room. I will definitely NOT stay here again!

Compared to other hotels in the area, this is heads above the best. Lot of friendly staff are definitely taking care of business. Friendly and informative check in. Clean, well appointed rooms. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast, once again the area was exceptionally clean. Many restaurants in the immediate area, some within walking distance. The hotel was very nice and the staff particularly accommodating. We have a dog and they moved us to the first floor near the exit closest to the dog walking area. The pool was also open until 11:00 which enabled us to swim after attending a concert. The only downside about our stay was that the pet cost seemed very high in comparison to other hotels I have visited. I was happy, however, that the option existed.

The stay was great,and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the taste of the food for the breakfast. I was excited to see a nice Southern Breakfast of biscuits and gravy and eggs, but the food tasted horrible. The biscuits were hard and extremely floury tasting and the eggs were runny and tasted weird. There appeared to be batter for waffles and muffins and other breads as well. I was excited at the aesthetics, but unfortunately the taste was not to my liking. But that is the only thing I didn't like about my stay.

I do think it’s pricey but it’s clean, amenities are great; fridge, microwave, beds made for comfort with 4 comfortable pillows, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, Hershey kisses, and a cute rubber duckie for bath time! I still believe for the location 25-35 less would be premium as there isn’t a lot to make folks aware of.

We booked a room back in September 2021 for my daughter’s May 2022 college graduation. When we arrived for check in at 7pm, we were told our room was released at 2pm because I hadn’t replied to an email that was sent at 9:30am that day. Apparently, the hotel had tried to run our credit card through that morning before we’d ever arrived, and as our card had been hacked in October and we had been issued a new card, the Hampton Inn assumed we weren’t coming! I had received a confirmation email earlier in the week confirming our arrival, but was busy traveling and attending my daughter’s graduation festivities to check my email again that day. Shame on you Hampton In. For putting us in that position and being rude about it in the process.

Property and staff were fantastic. Appears to be recently renovated. Extremely clean. My issue was with Expedia and the way they handled my reservation. I needed to make a change to the number of days that I was staying at the hotel. It was within the allotted time to make those changes according to Expedia‘s policy. However I was told that I must cancel the entire reservation and make reservations at another hotel. There were no other hotels in that city. Expedia canceled my reservation without my consent. I went on Hilton Honors app and was able to make the reservation. Very very disappointed with the service that I received from Expedia
