Love it I stayed for just 2 days, I had low expectations but the room was beautiful would definitely recommend, the staff and the manager were lovely, wish I could’ve stayed longer the bed was super comfortable and the location is great close to everything, definitely coming back to this place when I visit Miami !

Damaged shower head.

Very noisy from outside as if the windows weren't closed properly but they were.

Bathtub drain kept on coming off. Very difficult to take a bath when the water keeps draining.

One hair dryer for the whole property. Had to leave my license as security deposit when needed.

The nice pictures on the listing don't tell the true story.

Has a lot of potential. The property is neglected and the staff will not \"woah\" guests.

We rented the penthouse. The hot-tub did not work. There was supposed to be a jetted tub in the room it didn’t have one like it said. Also the AC there wasn’t any. We had a unit that had to have a door open. Felt very unsafe. The sink would leak onto the counter. Not a great place to stay

My room and my neighborhood were burrandus dirty. Their cleaning team are.terrboe and.i am sure the owner doesn't follow protocols and I doubts the owner knows what's going on with cleaning terrible situation. Breakfast was disgusting since they left slices of bread like was the last bread in the supermarket.they really need to learn how to welcome people.atound USA and world. The only thing was totally amazing was a staff named TERRY. Very into pleased guest but it unfortunately he can do all.
Outside this building is so beautiful but unfortunately it needs improvement and I saw with my own eyes guests asking to have their room.clean after.left the tag by the door for a day or two

Went into the room and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There was mold on the shower curtain, someones false eyelashes on the bathroom floor, and nobody had replaced the trash cans with bags. The towels smelled of something spoiled, so we asked for new ones at the front desk. They were very nice and helpful staff, but we did recieve what seemed like lost and found towels as one was fluffy and green and the other was a Bluey beach towel. But they were clean and still much better than the others. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. Location was great though. Overall, an average stay.

Close to the beach, less than 200 steps. Close to 24/7 CVS. Make sure you plan to get breakfast at Primo Cafe and Market just down the street. The hotel doesn’t offer much at all. If you are not downstairs for 8:30 you will not get any boiled eggs, apart from that there a a few croissants and bread to choose from.

The room bath towels smell like oil/gasoline and are extremely thin. Good if you want to exfoliate your skin, they are super rough. The black bath mat is a slipping hazard coming out of the tub, there was no grip. Our jacuzzi tub stopper wouldn’t close so we had to use a plastic bag so the water wouldn’t drain. There were no glasses in the room to have water, no coffee maker and no safe, even though I was told there should be a safe.

Cute small courtyard with two gazebos and chairs to sit and relax.

I’m not sure what the deal is at this place. It took me over 20 minutes to check in as I was waiting for two people ahead of me, it was extremely slow. There doesn’t seem to be much a rush for anything here.

Had a decent night sleep, was quiet once we closed the windows. Collins Ave is a very busy street with tons of traffic.

Mid beach area is very clean and the beach was not busy. Lots of seaweed and very windy.

This is the first time I make a review a bad review. This hotel is not good. One of the guys in the hotel front desk was really rude with my husband because he said that my husband was staring at him and the only thing he wanted was a towel because they did not put any on our room. Besides that the breakfast is a joke. Is only bread with butter boil eggs and milk with coffee nothing else. I have never seen a breakfast so poor. If you are staying here only do it if it’s too cheap

7. Sheets had stains, new ones were wet , and finally wrong size. We turn it sideways and we had to make the bed as no one was available.
8. No extra toilet paper.
9. Bath towels were slightly bigger than hand towels and see through.
10. Asked for bigger ones and received mismatched beach towels. I think someone left them behind.
11. Rusts on lamps and trash cans.
12. “Breakfast “ was a few things on an old bar in hallway. I heard someone ask about eggs and they said only hard boil and u have to ask for them.
13. Bar had no alcohol. And lights were out in “lobby” we sat there waiting for room.
14. It was only blocks from beach and could be really nice place if it got proper care.
We had to wait for our room and it was dirty and we had to clean and make bed. WTH we would NOT stay here again.

The lady at the frontt desk was phenomenal!!! I had an issue where I needed to print out my vacation itinerary for the State Department that handles passports and one of the main requirements is that you validate that you are traveling with a hard copy of your itinerary in the foreign country that you are traveling to. I of course forgot to print it out and of course didn’t travel to with a printer.

We booked two nights, but only stayed for one because we were so uncomfortable trying to sleep on that mattress. The bath towels were old, cheap tiny and thin. I would not bring my family here or recommend it to my friends. The pictures make it look really nice, but in person it’s a whole other story. Staff was very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty upon arrival. There were hairs in the sink and shower. There were also long strands of hair IN THE BED. When I wanted to leave. day early after being so disgusted by the hotel, they refused to give me a refund. The elevator license expired in 2025 and is not up to code. And the fact that they say breakfast available...drip coffee and bread. That's it. Horrible experience and complete waste of money and energy.

Did a quick weekend getaway for a friend’s birthday. We picked this hotel because of the location of the beach which was the only good thing. When we first arrived the gentleman at the desk seemed friendly until he told me how there is a $25 a day fee for the hotel I said I didn’t know that he told me I didn’t read the fine print. Then after checking in our room we had no towels or toilet paper and the AC wasn’t working in the room. I also paid for 2 queen size beds and the beds in the room were full size and also the shower was in the middle of the room which was not shown on Expedia site for this hotel. I went back down to the front desk and Terry told me I get what I paid for and that all the hotels in the area were double in price. Not the best customer service. Then we asked for more towels and the towels they gave us were dirty. We had to go buy our own towels and toilet paper. So if you’re considering booking here bring your own towels and toilet paper. I will never book with Expedia again!

Room was clean but in disrepair. Toilet paper holder was broken and shower leaked all over the floor. The shower was in the main room with a cheap curtain and not private if sharing a room with two double beds with others. The rooms were advertised as sound proof but you could hear voices through the door in the hallway and doors closing through the night.
There were no towels or wash cloths provided and we had to ask three times and then provided towels that were well used and stained.
Staff were courteous however issues were not resolved when asked.

This place was terrible! I never write reviews and can usually live with less than ideal, but the sheets were dirty and they gave us literally zero towels.

Our flight got canceled and we couldn't fly out until the following evening, so we thought we'd spend the day in Miami Beach. We didn't check in until late, dropped our bags, then went to grab a late dinner. We didn't get back until midnight, which is when we saw the dirty sheets. By then the front desk was not staffed, so we couldn't ask for clean sheets. I would have gladly changed them myself.

Plenty of other not great things, but the dirty sheets really did it for me. I would be shocked if they ever have anyone stay more than once. The only upside is that my husband and i will be laughing about this ridiculous place for years to come.

The air conditioner wasn’t working. They put a portable one at the outside door, so the door had to stay open. The “hot” tub was never hot, the jets didn’t work and the water was green. The plastic was cracked and it drained constantly right in front of the door!
The towels were the size of hand towels. No towels for the hot tub usage. Shampoo and conditioner was a tiny pouch for two people! The soap was a 1x2” bar that fell apart on day one. The toilet paper roll holder fell off. We had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. There were no tissues for the tissue box. We had to leave our drivers license to “use” the hairdryer from the front desk. The continental breakfast was sliced white bread. Your choice of fruit loops or captain crunch cereal. The coffee was always empty and the few boiled eggs didn’t last long. The table on the patio had legs that rusted off and the planters were all broken with sun bleached plastic flowers that need to be thrown away!
The “secret garden” is NOT recommended at all!! We paid $1980 for 4 nights and expected the penthouse to be much more than what we got!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

The hotel is in a good area right by the beach a two minute walk from hotel! The staff is friendly but the rooms didn't seem like they were clean or well maintained there's maintained. We had room 301 and the light in bathroom kept turning on. They have a ghost staff so there wasn't any one to complain too. The next day we had a different from because our cruise was delayed so we had the balcony room on second floor. It had mold on curtain were tub is at. Im not sure why just dont use frost glass for that window instead of a blind. There continental breakfast wasn't something i would eat either. Check reviews at there website theres alot of good pictures to support what im talking about by different customers that stayed there.

Staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean if somewhat lackluster. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; barely even coffee with powdered creamer, a couple containers of dry cereal, a few sketchy hardboiled eggs, and a few pieces of white bread to toast. Linens were quite sad. Small towels that were very thin. Noisy crinkly sheets. Pillows were barely thicker than the towels. No local tv which made catching up on Olympics difficult if not for the ability to cast from my phone. Proximity to the beach was great and we felt safe, and again, staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pitiful; only a few eggs, the bread offered was frozen and only the ends of the loaf. This was at the beginning of breakfast service. The staff was very nice, amd welcoming. The rooms were okay things just looked a little unmaintained, the paint was peeling off the vanity and the garbages had rust and no trash bags. Breakfast was included, but all they had was boiled eggs and one cereal. I will say the beachfront access was amazing and very accessible. And for the price, I am pretty happy. But I would also mention it does get pretty loud at night.

Check-in was awful. No-one at the desk, no-one answering the phone. Employee stumbled in after we sat there waiting for twenty minutes. They somehow screwed up the room. I paid for a room with a balcony, and was put in one without.

Well check in was lowkey pain full but they were training someone new i believe, the room its self looks nice but the smell of it is awful but I think that is more of the town on its own. We had to leave a DL at the desk to get a hairdryer as none were available in the room. Air conditioner not working, so we were offered a 50% refund that I have to initiate from Hotels.com. Worst Hotel Experience in Miami – Never Again
This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in Miami. Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish.
First, they charged a cleaning fee for four days, yet housekeeping showed up only once. What exactly was I paying for? Definitely not cleanliness or service.
Any time I asked for help, no service was provided. When I requested fresh towels, I was flat-out told they had none. How does a hotel not have towels?
Breakfast was a complete joke — just coffee and boiled eggs. That’s it. No options, no effort. I literally said “WTH?” out loud.
The front desk staff were rude and arrogant. When my key card stopped working (which happens all the time in hotels), instead of fixing it professionally, they said, “We can’t keep doing this,” as if it was somehow my fault. Zero customer service, zero accountability.
This place does not deserve to call itself a hotel. Poor service, hidden fees, rude staff, and no basic amenities.
Worst Miami stay experience ever.
I will never come back and strongly suggest others avoid this place too.

The air conditioning did not work in our room. The staff knew about the ongoing problem. They made a feeble attempt to fix it. We had to sleep with the door open to the hallway since it was so hot in the room. Would have left but there were no other rooms in town. No parking either.
Roaches climbing on the walls, hair from last occupants, noisy, no views of beach just traffic. We voiced our concerns and were told since we booked through hotels.com we could not get a refund and there was nothing that could be done.

No beach views property is near beach not a beach property. The hotel is clean staff is friendly breakfast was good. The room was unexcetable shower in middle of bedroom no privacy have to step up two feet or more to get in and out of converted old hot tub with shower curtain with make shift shower sprays all over the floor. Very bad service, the breakfast is finished before 10:00 am, it’s not continental breakfast, they only give hard boiled eggs, coffee and bread, it’s self serve, and once it’s finished, they don’t make more, they don’t clean the room well, it’s a long wait for housekeeping service, they put one small toilet paper in the bathroom and if you ran out of paper, they make it so complicated to give more, I would never go back to that place, the only good thing was the location.

No parking at hotel, no room coffee, no safe, no breakfast until 8.30, accessible shower was chest height so useless, floor became incredibly slippy afterwards.

Do not waste your time. On the day of our reservation we arrived before the 4pm check in, around 2:30. UnThere were three groups of 2 in front of us and this was a start of a 10 day trip so we had large suitcases that we were hopping to leave with

The AC would not work below 70F.
The bulb in the restroom was out and was changed the next day not on the day we checked in

This hotel is a scam and does not have the amenities they say they do and will not get you new towels or toilet paper as they barely have any of this things to begin with. The room and furniture was dirty and towels were stained. We didn't even stay for breakfast as it is simply toast and boiled eggs and not the continental breakfast they advertise.

Property was in a good location and beach access was convenient. Parking was relatively easy to find with nearby parking options. I stayed in a penthouse suite with the jacuzzi being the main draw and it was not working. I reported the issue and promised reimbursement but never received compensation.
