Good amenties. Room with balcony. Spacious room with lots of storage space, safe. High quality breakfast buffet, on the 8th floor, inside or outside, with a spectacular view of Konstanz. This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Konstanz. Spacious rooms, lovely rooftop dining with stunning lake views. Walkable to everywhere …. Would stay here again and again. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Hotel Viva Sky. We were greeted well by the evening staff and got instructions on where to park. My family was very happy with the room as it was cosy and clean and we were able to settle in well with the small but functional kitchen. Our 2 night stay was quite wonderful, the area is so beautiful and we had great fun exploring the villages and cities around the lake. The location of the hotel was very central to everything and it gave us a great launchpad to explore the city and other locations. The breakfast was well attended and had a great variety of options and we were very satisfied with the quality and good food. Service overall was top notch and friendly. I can't recommend this place further.

Friendly staffs provided a great service, you can get a nice buffet with Belgian waffle you can make right away in the comfortable lounge with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and a nice bathroom too. However, every time we entered the room, it was so smelly we spent most of our time in the lounge, not in the room. But was very close to the train station. In overall, it was okay to stay.

The friendly, helpful staff, and detail attention to the food bar, like quick access to excellent coffee and e.i butter unpacked in small portion and at temperature. We are missing this kind of service at the current hotel we are at.

One of the best places for drinks and breakfast we have stayed at. Super friendly staff. Very close to train station and the lake. The only issue we had was that there was no A/C in the room and we stayed there during a heat wave. They gave us a fan though.

Nice hotel with a fabulous roof-top terrace
We found the Hotel Viva Sky to be well sited for sightseeing and travelling around by boat on the lake. It was a lovely place to stay, with themed room designs (we were in ‘Japan’), but with a rather quirky layout, which involved the use of two lifts and with the reception on the 8th floor. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was extremely good.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Schlafsofa gebucht, hätten dann aber eines ohne bekommen, dafür mit zwei Sessel.. Nachdem wir dies angemerkt haben, konnten wir beide Zimmer besichtigen und das, das uns besser passte, aussuchen. Das war wirklich sehr zuvirkommend.

Ich war nicht zum ersten mal im Viva Sky und nicht zum letzten mal, das sagt doch schon viel.
Es fängt schon mit der Rezeption an im 8. Stock, wenn man aus dem Lift kommt - diese Aussicht!!!!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Der Frühstücksraum und die angrenzende Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Bodensee sind sehr schön. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel, die Zimmer waren perfekt, ruhig mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir konnten es jeden morgen auf der schönen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See genießen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Dieses Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns selten in einem Hotel so wohlgefühlt wie im VivaSky; insbesondere dank des super netten und aufmerksamen Personals. Dachterrasse, Frühstück und Lage des Hauses waren angesprochen und zu Recht gelobt. Einzig die \"luftigen\" MilchglasSchiebetüren zu Bad/Toilette sind nicht mein Favorit. Aber ganz eindeutig: Jederzeit wieder.

Mein Zimmer hatte sogar nen kleinen Balkon hoch oben.
Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, einzig dass man die Steckdosen unten hinterm Nachtschränkchen suchen muss, kann ich das Hotel nur loben. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Bei der Anreise war der Fahrstuhl zur Rezeption im 8. Stock defekt - glücklicherweise hat mich ein Gast auf einen weiteren Fahrstuhl bis zum 6. Stock hingewiesen.
Das Zimmer ist ein wenig eng, es gibt kaum eine Möglichkeit, den Koffer abzulegen. Der Service am Empfang war freundlich.

Es war ein toller Urlaub im Stadthotel Viva Sky. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Stadt Konstanz war direkt vor der Haustür und das Frühstück war super und natürlich auch die tolle Aussicht. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
