I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even repaired our car for us because we were scared to park on the hill. Nothing can beat the view that opens up from every place on the property. The owner himself kept checking on us during our stay; you could really see that they put a lot of effort into guest satisfaction.

It was a building site. The staff spoke no English and refused to give us a refund as we needed to leave to stay somewhere that was actually ready for guests to stay. We ended up staying the beautiful Suna Sun hotel next door. I’d go there first next time!

THE WORST HOTEL, EVER!!!
This was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting. And I have stayed in some bad hotels. Filthy from top to bottom, and falling apart. Most of the staff were rude, with the exception of a couple who just looked ashamed to be working there. We had to move immediately out of the first room because it was borderline criminally bad, only to be moved into a larger room with admittedly a newer bed so stayed that night hoping it would be properly cleaned the next day. It wasn't, or the next, or the next. You would have thought when we ended up with gastroentiritus that the staff may have stepped into to properly clean the room. They didn't. The room didn't get cleaned until the last day, and even then they didn't do the bathroom until I went mad. And then they STILL didn't clean the toilet. It was clear that the hotel didn't actually have a cleaning contract, instead it was two employees who didn't have a clue and just spent there time messing about. The staff spent most of the time staring at their phones. There were no juices to accompany the wasp covered breakfasts. The sun loungers looked like they had been salvaged from a skip. I should mention that the walk from the top to the bottom of the hotel was about seven floors, not their fault, granted. I could go on but hopefully this should give the picture. It would be too simple to blame the ailing economy for there woes, this was simply a complete lack of pride.

Donus yolunda yeniden uğramayı ,otelden ayrılmadan düşünmeye başladım. Beach bolumu, Kas'in en iyi denizine sahip olması ve gerek calisanlari,gerek restauranta sayesinde tek gecilmesi bir yer .Ekim ayında görüşmektesin uzere .

We found this hotel after a terrible check-in at another hotel in the area where the room & hotel didn't come close to what we've booked. We refused to stay there and went looking for another place to stay and ended up at Club Capa Hotel.
Upon arrival and after explaining the story, the owner and all other staff of Club Capa hotel were very friendly and helpful. They empathised with our situation and tried to go the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay in Kas. They succeeded, it's the small things that make such an experience great.
Besides that, the rooms are comfortable and clean and their private beach is amazing.

Nice place, good value for money
In terms of interior design and ambiance the hotel in general is quite nice and comfortable. However the rooms are a bit small, floors and bathrooms are not so clean and the rooms needs maintenance in terms of equipment, hardware, paint job etc. The beach/water is quite clear and enjoyable. The food and service at the hotel is great! Staff is very kind and attentive. The prices for food and drinks are quiet normal. Location is good when you have a car. As the hotel is positioned on a montain side the hotel is not ideal for people who cannot take the stairs or who doesn’t like to go up and down so much. Ideal for all kinds of couples, family, friends to stay. Overall good value for money.

On the positive side, quiet room with access to big terrace and lovely view. Bed was comfortable, good walk-in shower, plenty of fresh towels.
On the not-so-positive side, room was accessed by many many steps with no railings and poor lighting. My husband missed a step coming back in the dark, luckily only grazing his arm when he fell back.
Breakfast was mostly OK, good variety of food, coffee was awful and there were no staff at all anywhere near the breakfast room, other than the chef in the kitchen - he was very nice and helped us when we asked him where to find things.
I have to say that in a country where excellent hospitality is the norm, the staff were not particularly helpful and the welcome was lukewarm to say the least.
We wouldn't stay again.

Late night check in, room basic, no towels or toiletries, no working phone so long trip up 53 steps to reception. Woken at 0700 with loud knocking on the door to tell us to move our car, we arrived in a taxi and had no car! What a disappointing stay, checked out following day and went to stay in another hotel although we had paid for three nights, no refund.....

Her yaz Kaş Yarımada'ya gelirim. Civardaki otellerin çoğunda konakladım. Bu yaz ilk defa kızımla geldim ve bu yüzden deniz ve yüzme güvenliğini önceliğime aldım. Kızımla 5 gece kaldık. Deniz manzaralı odamız harikaydı, özellikle sabahın erken saatlerinde oturup kuş seslerini dinlemek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıdan ve otel personelinin güler yüzlü, yardımsever tavılarlarından çok memnun olduk. Otelin kendi plajı olması ve deniz muhteşemdi ve küçük çocukların bile yüzmesi için çok güvenliydi. Karşılamadaki bayan resepsiyonda çok iyidi,servis biraz zayıfdı, yine de iyi niyetlerinden ötürü herhangi bir şikayetim olmadı. Yemekler iyi , atmosfer çok güzel ancak kahvaltıyı biraz daha geliştirmeleri lazım. Otelin yöneticiliği bir profesyonele bırakılmalı, sahibi tarafından yapılıyor. Dolaysıyla biraz amatörce işleyiş var. Evet çok büyük bir otel değil ancak çok daha iyi bir konuma gelebilecek bir otel. Bunu bir profesyonel otwl yöneticisi olarak söylüyorum.

İki tek kişilik yatak istememize rağmen tek çift kişilik yataklı oda verildi. Oda oldukça küçük ve imkanları yetersizdi. Otelin tek avantajı kendisine ait beach’e sahip olması. Bir gecelik konaklama yaptığımız için sorun etmedik ama uzun süreli konaklama için tahsis edilen koşullar sorun yaratabilirdi.

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Ama iyi bir deneyim değildi o kesin. Sadece resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaşlarımız kibar insanlar onu söyleyebilirim. Yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Ancak otelin daha çok yönetimsel problemleri var. Bir kere çok eski bir otel ve belli ki klima bakımları yapılmıyor. İkinci gece klimamız bozuldu ve boş odaları olmadığı icin bizi baska bir villaya aldılar. Ama bu durum öğlen haber vermemize rağmen gece 12 sularında gerçekleşti ve perişan halde oda bulmaya calıstık koca villada. Yerleştiğimiz odada ampuller vs çalışmıyordu, banyoda ışık yoktu vs ama en azından klima ile uyuyup ertesi gün erkenden yola çıkabilmek adına o kadarına ses çıkarmadık. Klimaların filtreleri kesinlikle temizlenmiyor bu da problem yaratıyor belli. Dediğim gibi resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar kibar ve yardımcı ancak otel başı boş bırakılmış. Patronların umurunda bile değil bence cünkü otelin gerekli bakımı kesinlikle sağlanamıyor.

Otelin manzarası mükemmel ona diyecek söz yok. Ama kahvaltısı yetersiz. Kahvaltı masasına bir vazo ve yapay çiçek koymuşlar örümcek ağı tutmuş. Zaten kahvaltı cılızdı üzerine örümcek iştah bırakmadı. Oda, banyo çok küçük hareket alanı kısıtlı.

not in a condition to receive guests
In first instance the place looks nice as it has a lot of green and flowers. But if you’re not ready to receive guests then do not accept a booking. There is a lot of cleaning up to do and maintenance is bad. The rooms were clean but very smelly due to moulds. Lots of moulds everywhere.

Sezon bitmesine rağmen çok güzel bir havada tatilimizi gerçekleştirdik. Bu sayede otelin plajından da yararlandık. Otel odaları ile olsun resepsiyonda bizle ilgilenen Ruken Hanım'ın ilgisi olsun her şey güzeldi. Herkese önerebileceğim bir otel. Şimdiden yaz için erken rezervasyonumuzu tamamladık. Yarım pansiyon konaklama seçeneği üzerinden rezervasyon oluşturarak ödemesini yaptığımız dört günlük tatilimizde akşam yemeği seçeneğinde her gece sadece tavuk ,köfte ve balık seçeneklerinden hangisini yersiniz diye soruldu ne bir başlangıç ne de tamamlayıcı bir yemek ikram edildi.Yemek servisi için başlangıç saati olarak belirtilen saatlerde herhangi bir hazırlığın olmaması adeta ben neden yarım pansiyon bu otele para ödedim daha ucuz bir fiyattan oda kahvaltı kalsaydım diye düşündürttü..Odalardaki rutubet kokusu da cabası .Temizlik ve kahvaltı oldukça vasat. Denizin güzelliği dışında olumlu iletebileceğimiz bir deneyim maalesef olamadı.

Ekonomik oda olarak verilen odalar çok küçük. Yatak kırılacak gibi, kapının önündeki sandalye kırık. Gardolapin kulpu bile yok. 1gece bu odada kaldıktan sonra rica ettik ve bize hemen yardımcı olup ek ücret almadan standart odaya geçirdiler . Geçtiğimiz oda gayet ferah temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Bundan dolayı otel çalışanı ve yönetimine teşekkür ederim. Ama malesef otelin şezlonglarindan tut merdivenlere kadar çevre temizliği konusunda ciddi sorunları var. 4 gece 5 gun kaldık ve nerde hangi sigara izmariti var hepsini ezberledik . 1 gün bile temizleyelim demedi kimse . Bu belki cok büyük bir sorun degil ama insanlar yılda 5 günlüğüne tatile gidiyor ve hersey temiz ferah guzel olsun istiyorlar. Sadece kahvaltı dahil gunluk 875 lira verdik çift olarak. Bu paraya en azindan temizligi haketmeliydik diye düşünüyorum .

Otel pis,odalar rutubetli ve pis. Bizden önce çıkan misafirlerin saçların kılı ve atıkları dahi doğru duzgun temizlenmiş. Rutubet sebepli odalar leş gibi kokuyor.Bahçe temizliği zaten berbat. Kahvaltı vasat. Çay dahi kötü olabilir mi? Evet kötü.Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü konaklama deneyimiydi.

Otelin konumu ve denizi çok iyi olmakla birlikte geri kalan her şey çok kötüydü. Oda küçücüktü ve dışarıya açılan kapının altında her türlü haşerenin girmesine müsait en az 2 cm'lik bir açıklık vardı. Banyonun lavabosu yerleri ıslatmadan yüzünüzü yıkamanızın mümkün olmadığı ölçülerdeydi. 4 gece kaldık, oda hiç temizlenmedi, çöpler dahi alınmadı. Restoranda çatal bıçak vs kirliydi. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi (bir tabak içinde haşlanmış yumurta, peynir, zeytin, domates, salatalık, kutu yağ ve bal). 4 gün aynı şeyi yedik. Çay bile kötüydü. Genel temizlik yetersizdi. Kaldığımız iki gün yağmur yağdı geceleri, sabah şezlonglar sırılsıklamdı, kimse hiç bir şeyi temizleyip toparlamadı. Exstaralar çok pahalıydı, 1 33'lük bira ve patates 50 tl idi mesela. Asla bir daha kalmam, kimseye de önermem. Çok güzel bir mekana yazık edilmiş.

Wenn ihr nicht extrem pingelige Person seit, dann ist das Hotel und Personal aufjefenfall empfehlenswert 👌 direkter Strandzugang , das Wasser ist klar und sauber !

Der Ort Kas ist ein Traum und die Lage des Hotels exzellent. Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind winzig und gedrungen. Auf Bitte durften wir ein anderes sehen, was nicht besser war. Das Hotelwird nicht gepflegt. Es ist überall dreckig. Der Kühlschrank war natürlich leer und schimmelig. Das Zimmer schmutzig. Nichtmal der Spiegel war geputzt. Das Badwinzig und schimmelig. Handtücher wurdennicht gewechselt, da keine da! Man muss viele Steintreppen laufen. Beim Check yout keine Hilfe mit den Koffern. Das Essen mehr als so lala. Beim Check out trotz vorab Info unsererseits wurde der Rechner nicht hochgefahren und wir mussten ewig warten . Kaum Personal ... und sehr jung und unerfahren. Auf Drängen wurde in 3 Tagen 1x das Zimmer gereinigt somit auch der Müll geleert. Die Belichtungen - Terasse etc. werden abends früh ausgemacht.Für den Preis eine Katastrophe. Schade, dass man ein Hotel insolch einer Lage so verkommen lässt. Nie wieder! Drumherum gibt es viele Hotels mit toller Qualität zum gleichen Preis.

Öncelikle otel çok tatlı, denizi ayrı, manzarası ayrı güzel... Çalışan kızlar da çok ilgili ve çalışkanlar fakat çalışan sayısı az olduğu için serviste gecikmeler ve unutmalar söz konusu olabiliyor. Ama bu çalışanların değil işletmenin sorunu bana kalırsa. Otelde baya bir merdiven var, bebekli aileler için uygun değil o yüzden. Denizi oldukça güzel, fakat şezlonglar biraz kirli olabiliyor. Ayrıca müzik açısından da başarısızlar. Sakin, kafa dinlemelik bir tatil için güzel, kahvaltısı da gayet doyurucu ve keyifli... Odalar da çay, kahve, su gibi temel ikramların bulunması da iyi olabilirdi ama maalesef yoktu. Bunun dışında otelin havuzunda soğutma sistemi kullanılmıyor sanırım, çünkü direk güneş düştüğü için baya kaynar sıcaktı yani havuz keyfi yapmayı pek düşünmeyin. Olumlu ve olumsuz taraflarını da hesaba katarak, denizinin güzelliği için tekrar giderim.

Odalarda virüs salgını nedeniyle dezenfektan olmasını beklerken, ilk odaya girdiğimizde kapalı poşette olması gereken sabun açıktı, tuvalet kağıdı bitmesine rağmen değiştirilmemişti. Bu da bizde hijyen anlamında soru işareti oluşturdu. Odada klima ve elektrik düğmelerinde temassızlık vardı. Özellikle gece geldiğinizde hem ışık açmak hem de klimayı çalıştırmak oldukça sıkıntılı oldu.

Doğayla denizin buluştuğu huzurun saklı kaldığı çok güzel bir mekan.Gerek çalışanları olsun gerek otelin sahibi mehmet bey ilgi ve alakalarından çok memnun kaldık.Kendimizi otelde değil de evimizde hissettik. Her yer çok temiz ve düzenli idi herkese tavsiye ederim rahatlıkla gidip sorunsuz bir tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız kısacası huzuru arıyorsanız ben buldum sizde gidip görün derim.

Pazar gecesi geç vakit ulaşmamıza rağmen çok iyi bir şekilde ağırlandık.Otelin konumu,yeri ulaşımı gerçekten dört dötlüktü.Kendine ait plajının olması diğer bir artısı oldu.Sezon sonu olması nedeniyle çok kalabalık olmaması bizim için daha güzeldi.Bir daha Kaş'a gelirsem yine aynı yerde konaklarım.

Şahane lokasyon ve manzara. Kendi sahili olması çok güzel. Restoran fiyatları da gayet uygun. Sahile ve restorana inişte 100 küsur basamak var ama seneye zaten asansör ve tadilat yapılacakmış. Fiyatına oranla biz çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca otel müsait olduğundan, kısmi deniz manzaralı odamız tam manzaralıya çevrildi. Balkon manzarası harikaydı.. Güzel konukseverliğiniz için teşekkür ederiz.
