When we stayed, it was low season and the property was under renovation so the place was deserted with few other customers. They offer dinner and breakfast and dinner was home made Turkish cuisine with some meze. Breakfast was basic. The outdoor pool was heated so we could swim. It would be a nice place in Summer when renovations are done and facilities (water front sun bed, yoga place and swimming pools) are available.

The resort is on an excellent position right on the beach swimming which we enjoyed, the open buffet was excellent loved the grill and variety but drink’s aren’t incl. views from restaurant was beautiful in the evening watching the sunset and morning was nice to the only things that keep me coming back but the resort is run down needs a LOTS of maintenance upgrade and care

It’s an extremely run down hotel. 80% of outdoor furniture are broken or rotted. So many safety hazards. They accept visitors from outside to the beach where they can all take the best spots and hotel residents have no privileges staying in the property. If you love the look of their beach photos you might as well stay in buildings behind for half of the cost and use the beach.

We didn’t actually stay here in the end. The description does not make clear that the hotel spreads up a very steep hill around which the hotel property crowds in. For a few medical reasons I couldn’t stay in a hotel that required me to walk up and down the hill several times a day to access the sea and the pool. However what was outstanding about the hotel was that they refunded us and were very helpful so I have nothing but praise for them in that respect.

The good: the property is not new but they have tried to maintain it, the sea is accessible, pools are with each set of rooms and reasonably clean, the deck area is one of the largest with plenty of deck chairs and umbrella's.
The average: some maintenance of the stairs in various spots needed, much pruning of the plants required, more covered area for breakfast.
The bad: room doors are not sound proof and do not have door bracket lining, hense even normal closing sounds like hard slamming, and the guests keep slamming all night long, sheets and towels have holes from wear which feels like a poor house, the top sheet does not even fit the bed and the comforter is old and dirty and without a cover, the floors are sticky due to poor cleaning, the stove in the common area did not work and cups and utensils were insufficient. The stair ladder into the sea were painful to use.

Great location, but could have been cleaner!

The hotel evokes controversial feelings. Did we enjoy our stay there? Yes, we did. Would we recommend the hotel to others, will we be back? Not sure. it looks like that the hotel is in decline, and there are many signs of neglect, indifference and amateurism. It seems that the Barbarossa used to be loved and well looked after but this is not the case any longer.

We stayed at the hotel in November, during a very quiet period. The beach offers magnificent views of the bay and the mountains. The designated swimming area is larger than in other places which we had seen in Kas before. The area around the sunbeds was not clean: tissues, nutshells and cigarette butts were scattered around. There is plenty of hotel staff but many are walking idly, chatting or drinking tea all day -- the could have cleaned the area! Beach towels were available anytime with no restrictions. Our (elite) room in a villa offered a panoramic window with a sea view. The room itself was of average size, enough for two people max. The fridge was very quiet, which is great for those who can’t tolerate noise at night. The bathroom was of decent size with a pine-wood ceiling. We did not use the swimming pool due to the season but it looked clean and well-maintained. Food was good (sometimes delicious) and plentiful. Tea facilities are available all day. However the tables are never cleaned, and the tables/chairs are soiled.

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel. Not one employee can speak decent English. They gave us a room with sewage problem and smelled so bad; when I spoke to the staff they sprayed the entire room with odor elimination. Only when I escalated to the management, they changed the room. The second night, the power in my room went off and they didn’t do anything in 4 hours.
Overall, it is the worst stay ever

The view is magnificent, staff are very friendly and helpful. However, a lot of things around the hotel are shabby, neglected and with loose extension cables and rusty pipes strewn around, possibly dangerous. Glossy pictures were quite misleading and we left resentful of the rate we paid.

The pictures and description don't match actual appearance. Property isn't renovated or clean. It's overpriced for it's condition. I paid 2 nights and stayed only 1 night. Next day moved to another hotel. Water was cut for a few hours, and staff had no idea when it will be back when I asked a few times.

Breathtaking views with COVID19 safety measures

During the COVID19 climate cleanliness is something I was very cautious about. This hotel did not disappoint!

All staff wore masks, safety measure for open buffets were in place, and the room was clean!

The hotel is made up of different villas, each with a shared kitchen, living room and shared access to the villas own swimming pool. Rooms are private with private bathrooms and the villas are a few footsteps away from the turquoise blue sea.

Breakfast and dinner were both open buffet (with COVID19 safety measures in place) with both being very delicious and worth the price.

Only downside is the steepness of the slope you have to go up to grab a minibus \"dolmuş\". But there's nothing the hotel can do about the landscape other than providing support for wheelchair users to go up the slope.

It was winter but the heat wasn't on- took a while to heat up. Also, arrived at 6 pm, no restaurants or coffee shops open in the area- had to drive 8 km. Staff are very good and responsive.

The hotel is in a great location and nice property however, the front desk and management staff is totally clueless in how to run a hotel.Check in process is very chaotic, the front desk space in not conducive to the check in and check out. We were given a very good room only to be told that they made a mistake and they have to change our room the next day. We were there only two night so we had to spend time waiting around our rooms to be ready and pack and unpack to move. We had to pack and change our room the next day. We were told that they will contact us when the new room is ready so I gave them my cell # . They never contacted us when I went to see if the new room is ready they said we had to hurry because the new guest is waiting for their room. When I question why no one contacted me they said they can not make a call to a cell phone outside of the country.I felt like the whole time dealing with the front desk managers was a surreal experience. To the staff's credit, they tried to make up with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine but what should have been a nice short vacation turned in to a work out session.They need serious training and a competent general manager who can run the place.I have prepaid my two nights so there should have been no charge. Upon return back home and almost a month later a charge appeared on my credit card that now I am in the process of dispute. Back of the house staff members looked working very hard but the place needs more staff.

Fantastic location on edge of the coast

Had a lovely week stay at hotel barbarossa. We chose it due to its location as we love sea swimming but hate the hassle of a long walk or taxi ride to the beach.
Plenty of sunbeds and cabanas during our stay and a quiet relaxed vibe. Seemed mainly Turkish and Russian guests.
Food was good (we were full board) but slightly repetitive.
Some staff were friendly and helpful but some could barely manage a smile.
No nightlife but 7 min taxi to Kas town which has good bars and restaurants.
Room was nice, I wouldn't call it 'deluxe' but we weren't in it much.
A good stay and would stay again.
Lots of steps and steep ramps throughout.

This is a nice hotel with a nice platform beach to enjoy wonderful water of Kas. Hotel staff was very friendly! Dining area is nice, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Parking is a problem if you go there by car.

Pictures far better than the actual hotel

Tired hotel in need of updating & general tidying up. Half started renovation/improvements & an eyesore.
Staff do not wear a recognisable form of uniform-chino shorts & white t-shirts would have sufficed. Some staff friendly but very few. Some staff clearly did not wish to communicate with English speaking guests & therefore communication & understanding of facilities at hotel limited. This hotel clearly advertises as an international attraction. Far greater experiences in & around Kas.

The panaroma and view was great. Breakfast was poor and bad quality. Staff was trying to be helpful but they have manner issues. They lack customer satisfaction and service quality. There was one of them being really helpful. But in general they are not professional. Cleaning was not really great. Room condition is poor as well. Hard to find a spot at the beach, somehow they are always in use by other customers regardless of the time even at 7 am in the morning and they are occupied all day long; not letting other customers to benefit the same facilities. Not enough car parking spaces as well. The only reason we chose to stay is the wonderful view. The performance/price rating is too low..

perfect retreat for a few days

Hotel messed up airport pickup which had us waiting and confused for an hour, but when we finally got there everything was excellent, and they apologized by treating us to their excellent buffet dinner with grilled fish! Note very few staff speak English so communicating can be a challenge. (May be easier to just take a taxi direct from the airport rather than pre-arranging with the hotel (same price)). Beautiful location, can snorkel and kayak from there, great food, great hangout spots by the coast. Very peaceful and relaxing place. can catch a shuttle to Kas town for 2.5 TL each way (20 min) for access to restaurants, tours, and nightlife.

Expected more.

To be fair, it was preseason when we arrived, but I was not impressed with the condition of the hotel. The room furnishing needed an update and the hotel did not live up to the pictures, so I was a bit disappointed. The room was small, but we had an amazing view of the ocean. The hotel is in a gorgeous location, but you will need a car to get to town. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and the service was good. I am sure this hotel really shines in season.

Completely unacceptable. Hotel was clearly not ready for guests at the time we visited, 12 April '17. \"Dining room\" very basic and unwelcoming. Paid for dinner (passable) and a breakfast that was not even provided, 08.00hrs all locked up and clearly not even being prepared. We therefore left at 08.20hrs facing a drive of over 6 hours without even being provided with a hot drink (no facilities in rooms). Guests should be made aware of very difficult access around hotel. Again completely unacceptable having already paid for our breakfast. Do not believe the \"glammed\" up hotel description.
A very worrying first experience of using Hotels.com!

Perfect setting, quiet, secluded a great choice

Arrived late at night & provided with a room in one of the garden villas (4 rooms), didn't expect a small infinity pool & sunbathing areas for each villa and the sea and the hotel pool. The villa had a large lounge with full kitchen facilities (dishwasher/freezer etc. Quiet & secluded with plenty of places to sit in private to read etc. Steps & slopes down to the sea, but only a few metres but need to be able. Great 4 poster loungers on the sea front. We extended our stay as we felt it so good. Pleased we did not stay in the centre of Kas or Kalken however we would recommend a car although there are local buses, as it's a couple of miles & not built up.
Staff were great, food was mainly buffet & average but at the price we would recommend it especially if you want a small/medium hotel to get some piece of quiet. It certainly is not a large chain which it seems to imply on line. In fact we are considering staying again when in the area.

Amazing location and views

The hotel is in a fabulous location with views to die for. It's a taxi ride away from the main town st a cost of 25TL each way. The hotel has great outdoor space, no beach as the waterfront is rock but they've landscaped it to make it really appealing. The language was a barrier as the staff have limited English.

Fit people only!!

Room was beautiful. Service at pool bar atrocious. Staff were not very helpful. Guide book was not in our room and the complex large. Therefore we climbed up and down steep stairs to find our way around the place there are at lot of ups and downs saw someone fall on the concrete sea front area.

This is a hidden gem!

This is a fantastic hotel that has THE best swimming area with cabanas and a couple nice piers to jump off. The highlight is the area right at the water, there is a bar area where you can get drinks and just relax and enjoy the sea. The way the hotel is built into the rocks and side of the terrain is fantastic. The hotel feels upscale but in more of a boho chic kind of way. It's not stuffy and not every detail is perfect, it's more rustic but I like that and it makes me more at ease. The food is amazing! The buffet style meals have so much to offer and it does change every day so it doesn't feel like a repeat each night. There are some villas that they also have that looked phenomenal. If I ever come back I will get a group together and get one of those for sure!

Generally good

Location: If you are looking for a secluded location to chill out away from town then the peninsula is great. The surrounding views are beautiful. However the negatives are that you have to wait on the main road for a bus into Kas (running every hour when we were there, with the last bus at 11pm) - it really would be too far to walk. The road up from the hotel to the main road is also very steep.

Rooms: Would highly recommend paying a little extra for a sea view. The garden view rooms tend to be much darker and have smaller balconies (or none at all). We originally had a ground floor garden view room and we had to ask to upgrade - there was no privacy as the path ran right past our window and (tiny) seating area, and it was very small, dark and smelled damp. However the staff were very helpful finding us a new room which was lovely - large, light, with a large balcony looking over the sea. More expensive, but worth it.

Sunbathing: Great on the platforms, blustery at times

Facilities: Generally good, although there seemed to be a bit of a run-down air to some of the place (unfilled pools at times, some closed/unmanned bars, some unsafe/broken steps, exposed pipes and wires)

Staff: Most seemed to be quite young lads who didn't speak English well and were quite unprofessional (play-fighting with each other while on shift). But they tried hard.

Food and drink: Great buffet options for breakfast (though they charge for juice!) lunch and dinner. Good drinks choices too.

Amazing Turkish coast hotel

This is a great hotel on the Kas penninsula. If you are looking for a great place to relax on the Turkish coast-highly recommend this hotel. It is great for kids. You can jump into the Mediterranean from the deck, the food is great, location not touristy at all, service is great ( though not a lot of English). Our kids want to go back already (ages 10 and 14). The cabanas on the water edge are great!!
Pros: Location, view, service, food, wifi
Cons: Lots of stairs so if you have little kids or can't climb a lot may be challenging.

Relaxing sea location

Hotel Barbarossa is a relaxing getaway with an amazing seaside location. The food was excellent and rooms were very clean. Our only complaint about our stay is that the two chefs cooking at the buffet were quite rude to us. It could have been a misunderstanding due to them not speaking English but in any case every time we ordered food from the grill it was awkward. The hotel is located on the peninsula, about 10 minutes on the minibus to Kas. The bus runs every half hour and charged an inexpensive fare.

It's ok

We only stayed one night and it was ok. It'd difficult to find and far away from the old town so you definitely need a car (which we had) or need a taxi to get back to the hotel. The view from the terrace was amazing and dinner was pretty romantic. They offer buffet dinners for extra charge and it was really delicious and very wide variety or food to choose from. The room itself wasn't 4 star standard though. Staff had really poor English, it was difficult to communicate with them.

We stayed for 9 nights. The hotel has a great beach. Food was delicious. For small hotel they have 2 cooks and pastry cook, baker. They do their bests. Staff is very polite and friendly. It was very quiet at night. Wifi in our room was good I was able to work remotely.

Excellent hotel, great location. great food.

Its an excellent place to relax and unwind. We took a garden view room, but got upgraded to a sea view room! This hotel's location and its overall look is absolutely amazing and at the price you get it, makes it totally worth it. The only issue with the place is that even the best room's bathrooms smell due to no ventilation and also blocked drainage. Another issue is, when it rains the room we were allotted initially leaked, and the leakage was right on our bed! That woke us up around 5 am just to move the bed to a dry ceiling area... Also beware of some of the rooms' windows they tend to leak some water too when it rains. But this is the only thing they need to work on.

The Lunch and dinner buffet costs 10 euros per person per meal which is great, for the quality of food you get there. Also the hotel is around a 10 minute drive from the city so in case you don't feel like going down to town centre. This is absolutely the best option. We would go there again and probably take an all inclusive deal this time around!

The hotel's views and the sitting area around the coastline is BEAUTIFUL, no other way to describe it! The staff is friendly and helpful.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

The location of this hotel is perfect! spotlessly clean, the grounds are wonderfully situated at the side of a cliff, so tumbles down to the sea on various interesting levels. The food is WONDERFUL! My wife is vegetarian but a different dish was made specially every evening, all delicious.
It was very early in the season so not all facilities were open, but this didn't spoil anything. Staff still traing which was no issue, all very friendly. A bus stops at the end of the hotel drive to take you to Kas, about 10 mins 4.50 TL for two. We will return to this hotel without hesitation.

Wonderful holiday for relaxing & treating yourself

The location for Barbarossa is truly stunning - a rugged hillside above crystal clear seas teeming with fish. The hotel is more a collection of large villas with one main \"hotel\" building so seems more like a village than a hotel. The staff are brilliant and the food is wonderful. There is no \"beach\" as the shoreline is rocky but there are many shaded bowers to spend the day in, between swims in the sea. Many of the villas have their own swimming pools if you don't fancy the sea and there are larger swimming pools by the main building. We took a deal with breakfast and dinner thrown in, which in retrospect was a good decision as the local town Kas is a 25 minute ride away for evening and the Dolmus run every half hour or so. So a bit of a trek every night but well worth a visit on occasion. One word of warning - drinks which are not included in the half-board price can be expensive - so another good reason to do a bit of shopping in Kas.

Amazing hotel with romantic atmosphere

We did extremely enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel manager himself was always around asking if anything was needed. The hotel is organized into several villas with 4-5 sleeping rooms, living room furnished with different appliances, swimming pool that faced gorgeous downtown Kas. Our room felt very atmospheric and romantic. Hotel promenades offered stunning views of the Kas Bay and the mountains, particularly awesome during the sunset.We were impressed, to say the least, and will definitely return!

Fabulous food, stunning views and comfortable room

Just back from 2 weeks at the Barbarossa and booking for next year. The photos do not lie, it is a beautiful place, plenty of hideaway spots for privacy, the water full of fish and the gardens blooming with colour and scents. The beds are comfortable (I'm fussy) and rooms have everything you need. The food is wonderful and the staff is pleased to get you anything you might fancy even cooking us special meals. Nothing is too much trouble and they all are happy to help, just ask.

I would recommend a Sea View Room.

As the beginning of the season not everything was up and running, but any minor problems were sorted out immediately. Most were due to communication problems and I'm sure the language skills will improve quickly as they all want to learn, but importantly will ask if they don't understand. They speak more English than I do Turkish!!!

A great base to explore from. We had a car and had day trips from Fethiye, up into the mountains and round as far as Finike.

Beautiful country, wonderful people and fantastic food.

Peaceful retreat

A very comfortable a relaxing hotel. Peaceful enough to escape the daily routine yet close enough to enjoy the boutique harbour town of Kas.the staff were great and very helpful, no need for cash, everything is direct onto your room bill.

I would recommend this for a retreat from anywhere hectic, it's a peaceful and easy going as you would ever want.

A nice getaway........... It was a nice hotel with an outstanding excess to the ocean by platforms. But watch out what you have to pay on extras at your check out. No orders had to be sighned so don´t be surprised if you have to pay more for extras (drinks, meals, etc) than you think. Other than that, it was a nice stay and we would come back for sure..........

Otelin boş olmasına rağmen bize tahsis edilen oda tam bir rezaletti. Çatı katı idi ve odada ayakta duramıyorduk. Odanın yarısından itibaren eğilerek hareket etmek zorunda kaldık. Gece tuvalete kalktığımda çatıya kafamı çarptım. Duşkabini ve balkonu çok pis idi.

Hotels.com'da seçtiğimiz odayı vermediler. Odamız çok küçüktü ve banyoda duş su akıtıyordu. Odamızı değişmesini istedik ama değiştirmediler. Resepsiyondaki personel bilgisiz ve yetersizdi. Kahvaltıda 3 gün hiç sıcak çay içmedik. Denizi çok güzeldi. Plaja inen yokuş saçma şekilde çok dik. Çocuk ve yaşlılar için tehlikeli olabilir.

Değişiklik olması için gittiğimiz bu otelde kış ayı olmasına rağmen çok keyif aldık arkadaşlarımın önerisi üzerine gittik yaz sezonunda mutlaka tekrar gideceğiz temizlik,yemek,hassasiyet,odalar bu konularda asla bir sorun yaşamadık çok memnun kaldık

That was the worst hotel stay of my life. I killed 3 insects in the room. The bed sheets had several stains. The bathroom was so dirty, there was still hair lying around. The water in the bathroom didn't drain. The room's furnishings were from the 90s, old, outdated, and partly broken. I booked an elite room with 22 square meters, but I got a room with a maximum of 12 square meters. The bed barely fit in the room. There were no seating options in the room. Not recommended, don't do it! I took a video of the room and will complain to the tour operator. Impossible. Don't book!

Kötü yorumlara rağmen şans vermek istedik iyi ki de vermişiz otel çok güzeldi.Manzarasi ve denizi kusursuz.Odamiz standart deniz manzaralıydi ve kocamandı.Calisanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcılar.Kahvalti yeterli akşam yemeğinde balıklar çok lezzetliydi ama mezeler için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim.Odamiz temizdi ve her gün temizlendi.Sadece banyodaki küvet baya eski durumdaydı ama böyle şeylere takilmadigimiz için umursamadik.Ogle yemeğinde seçenek çok fazla ve fiyatları gayet uygun tek sorun suların ücretli olması en azından kahvaltı ve yemeklerde sular ücretsiz olabilir.Kisacasi otel konum ve deniz olarak kusursuz yine gitsem yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

Herşey aşırııı eskiydiiii 👎 havlu yırtık, pike yırtık yataklar çökmüş. Ayrıca çok paracılar. Henüz biz odadan çıkmamışken biri kapıyı anahtarla açmaya çalıltı ve minibar kontrolü yapacağını söyledi. Ve biz kahvaltıya 10’u 5 geçe gittiğimizde kahvaltı kalktı dediler. kahvaltı saatleri 8-10 arasında olsa bile memnuniyet açısından kahvaltı tabağı hazırlanabilirdi ancak bunu da ücretle yapabileceklerini söylediler👎👎👎 müşteri memnuniyeti 0 ve bu umurlarında bile değil.

Mükemmel sahil . Bu bölgede ki en güzel koy burası olduğuna inanıyorum.burada kendinizi Çok rahat ve özel hissediyorsunuz.kaş’a geldiğimizde çevre yerleri gezmeyi planlıyorduk fakat otelin rahatlığını ve sahilin güzelliğini görünce buradan çıkmadık. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgili sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği oldukça başaralı özellikle taş fırında sıcak ekmek ve pidelerin olması çok iyidi. Her gün 16:00-17:00 arası güzel kekler ve çay ikramı oluyor. Bu otel herşey dahil otel konsepti olmamasına rağmen mutfağı çok başarılı. Tüm personeller güler yüzlü ve cana yakınlardı. Konum olarak kaş merkeze de aracınızla 5 dk mesafede.

Kaş bölgesi için plajı olan bir otel olması büyük avantaj. Denizi ve plajı güzel.Plaj kısmında çalışan personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Plajda bulunan ve tüm deniz kenarını kaplayan 'loca' adı altında bölgeleri otel misafirlerine de ücretli olarak ayırmaları aşırı anlamsız. Bayram yoğunluğunda otel misafirine öncelik vermeden dışardan gelenler ile tıklım tıklım plajı doldurmaları saçmaydı.
Odaları rahat, konforlu. Temizlik düzenli yapıldı.
Konum olarak güzel. Kaş merkeze taksi ile çok kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yakınında da güzel mekanlar var.
Akşam acıkırsanız otelde yiyecek olmadığından dışarıdan kendinize bir şeyler alabilirsiniz.

Tavsiye etmiyorum

Geceliğine 5700 tl ödeme yaptık. Fakat oda mevkileri biribirinden çok bağımsızdı bu yüzden plaja en uzak oda verildi. Oda kahvaltı olmasına rağmen kahvaltı çeşidi parmak ile sayılırdı. Bu ücretin karşılığını asla alamadık. Kahvaltı çok basit pansiyon kahvaltısıydı. Localar fahiş fiyattı, şezlong sayısı yetersizdi öğle vaktinde komple dolu oluyordu. Ve park sorunu vardı arabanızı hiç çıkarmamanız lazım çünkü 5 arabalık bi park yerleri vardı. Tek güzel tarafı hayvan dostu bir otel olmasıydı o kadar. Çevreme tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir seçim oldu ne yazık ki

Kaldığımız oda fotoğraflardaki kadar yeni degildi. Oda genel hatlarıyla düzgün ve temiz, günlük temizlik mevcut fakat belirtmezseniz çarşaflar her gün değişmiyor. Kendi beachi var ve gayet güzel. Sezon öncesi olması sebebiyle personel azdı fakat herkes çok pozitif ve ilgiliydi. Bize özellikle oteli ve imkanları anlatan biri olmadı sora sora öğrendik. Otel alanı çok büyük bir alan. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri cesitliydi ve lezzetliydi. Genel alanların tamamını temiz tutuyorlar. Otelin bar ve diğer alanlarının fiyatları da pahalı değildi. Tekrar gelinebilir. Her şey dahil bir otelle karşılaştırmak yanlış olur.

Balkon kilitleri kapanmıyordu rutubetli bir odaydı temizlik kiti verilmedi oldukca cok sinek var odalar kücük yemekler lezzetli degil kahvaltı cok az cesit malesef vasat bi otel fiyatını haketmiyor tek iyi tarafı manzarası konumu sahili plajı odadaki havuzu görsel olarak harika ama bu güzellik kaş a ait bir güzellik reklamlara aldanıp rezerve ettik bir miktar pişman olduk diyebilirim asla sımartılacagınız bi otelcilik anlayısı yok

Kesinlikle paslı deniz merdivenlerinin, yeni inşaat halinde görünümlü duvar ve paslı banyo dolaplarının vd. üçüncü sınıf bina ve iç tasarım yetersizliklerinin, herşeyden önemlisi hizmet anlayışının gözden geçirilmesi gerekir. Sürekli yokuş inip çıkılacağı dikkate alınmalı. Canla başla çalışan işgörenleri ve mutfağın yeterli düzeyde olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, beautiful sea and easy access to the sea.
But unfortunately the hotels is getting worse for every year, the owners doesn’t take care and renew the rums and all other things in the hotel.
Food is also changing to the bad, 4 years ago when I was in this hotel for the first time, the dinner service was great but now you can see that they are cutting a lot.

Ödediğinizin Karşılığı Değil

Merhabalar, bayram için birçok otel arasından sosyal medya ve web sitenizden etkilenerek Kaş’daki otelinizi seçtik. Ancak odamızdaki tuvalet geldiğimizde temiz değildi, klozet kapağı kırıktı. Yemek saatleri çok yoğun olduğundan oturacak yer bulmak, tabak için bile beklememiz gerekti. Otelin bakımsızlığı ve hijyen problemi gerçekten üzücü derecede kötü, açıkçası çalışanlar çok çalışkan, iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü olmasına rağmen sayıları yetersiz olduğundan ve koordinasyon eksikliğinden yetişmekte zorlandılar. Kahvaltıda ekmek için bile yarım saat sıra bekleniyor.Otelde herkes aynı konudan şikayetçi ve yılda bir kere özenle seçerek 22.000 tl ödediğimiz bu tatil kesinlikle hakkını vermedi. Açıkçası bir daha kesinlikle gelmeyi düşünmeyiz ve önermeyiz. Kesinlikle organizasyon eksikliği var ve otel ağırlayamayacağı kadar çok misafir almış. Bu kadar kişiye karşı büyük bir saygısızlık olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Otel eski olmasına rağmen, sanki ilk defa misafir ağırlıyormuş da hazırlıksız yakalanmış gibi.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación en la costa y los trabajadores intentan dar el mejor servicio posible, esto es lo único positivo del lugar.
Por lo demás, las instalaciones están muy envejecidas por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza correcta, especialmente los sanitarios y los baños, no pasaría un control en Europa con toda seguridad.
No parece haber una gerencia responsable del hotel.
No volveré a este lugar y lo desaconsejo con rotundidad.

This hotel was a catastrophic ! The room is very dirty, came at 3pm for checking and we have to wait 1:30 to get the room ! The room was very different of the pictures ! And it’s like you sleep outside because they juste have a thin curtains ! I really not recommended this hotel !!!

Har besökt detta hotel flertal ggr, tyvärr blir hotellet skick allt sämre med åren. Trasiga/smutsiga sängar. Städningen av rummen är under all kritik. Badrum/wc är sunkigt mm. Tyvärr är i princip ALLT på hotellet av sämre skick. För ca 150€/natt förväntar man sig verkligen mycket mer än så.

Hur trevlig personal som helst, så hjälpsamma och trevliga. Perfekt utsikt och läge vid havet och god mat!

Das Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil ungewöhnlich konzipiert.

Park yeri bulmak zor ve ilgilenen de pek yok. Resepsiyonda cok bekledik odalarimiz hazir degildi ancak saat 16 da bize odalar gosterildi.ancak bahce manzarali diye tuttugumuz geceligi 2 bin kisur lira verdigimiz oda penceresiz , garip kör bir oda idi. Fotograflarda gördüğümüz odalarla pek alakasi yoktu. Bahce diye herkesin inip ciktigi , klima motorlarinin arasinda mustemilat odasi gibi bir yer. Para iadesi isteyince baska bir oda gösterdiler çatı katinda deniz manzarali, ancak odalar cok eski idi. Mobilyalar kirli ve yipranmis, temizligik iyi yapilmamis , banyodaki ayna yok, televizyon kumandasi yok, sineklikler parcalanmis, yani say say bitmez eksiklikler. Disardan plaja musteri aldiklari icin yer bulmak cok zor, otel musterisinin bir ayricaligi yok. Aksam yemegi dahil rezervasyon yapmamiza ragmen yok burda oyle islenmemis falan filan, rezervasyon ozetimizi gisterdik sorun degil hallederiz dediler. Yani hic memnun kalmadik , siteden yaptigimiz rezervasyon ile karsilastimiz manzara cok farkli idi. Otelin konumuna guvenerek insanlar aldatiliyor diye dusunuyorum.

It was the worest and bad hotel i ever seen in my life. We left the hotel before our holiday was ended. Dirty room, dirty restaurant, dirty beach, used towels, no room cleaning and so many more dirty dirty dirty. No service, no lights, the breakfast and dinner was not good. We told the first night our problems, but they ain´t answer.

Tecrübe olarak çok kötüydü otele ulaşım çok zor ve eşyalarınızla çok dolanıyorsunuz. Biz otele geldiğimizde oda hazır değildi. Sonrasında bir odaya götürdüler oda dolu çıktı. Sonra başka bir odaya götürdüler orası da temizlenmemiş bir odaydı. Bize temizle vadiyle oda da kaldık denize indik ki bence otel tam kaos içerisindeydi herkes her yerdeydi havlular falan hizmetliler ve görevliler yoktu. Biz odamız temizlenmiştir diye döndük. Baktık ki tuvalet su içerisinde yüzüyor. Ona rağmen bir arkadaşımız duş aldı. Odayı komple su bastı. Bize villa odası verdiler. Villa odaları çok güzel şimdi haklarını yemeyelim. Kerem bey otelin sorumlusu bizi oraya aldı hemen. Sonrasında hesap kısmı var birde otel sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil bir otel ama su para. Alkol istiyoruz herşeye diyorlar. Sonra bulunuyor. Buz istiyoruz. Adetli getiriyorlar. Kısacası sadece suya 1 gecelik konaklamada 150 TL para ödedim. Bence saçmaydı.

Otel güzel konumu ve denizi de baya iyi, çalışan personellerin otel konseptinden pek haberi yok, herşey dahil konsepte neyin dahil olmadığını bilmiyorlar mesela, mevcut locaları otel personeli kullanamıyor dışarıdan gelen müşterileri alıyorlarmış rezervasyon yapılması gerekiyor bu biraz saçma ama denizi çok güzel o yüzden tercih edilebilir

Otelin denizi muhteşem, yemekler de çok güzeldi. Ancak bunun dışındaki hiçbir şey güzel değildi. Otel personelinde genel bir iletişimsizlik hakim, müşteri olarak kendi işinizi kendiniz görmek durumunda kalıyorsunuz. Kimsenin hiçbir şeyden haberi yok. Özellikle otelin barında büyük eksiklikler var. Hayalinizdeki kokteyli içmeyi unutun çünkü barda votka bile yok! Deniz kenarında güzel bir müzikle keyif yapmayı planlıyorsanız onu da boşvermek zorundasınız çünkü müzik personelin cep telefonundan onların isteği üzerine çalınıyor ve telefon çalarsa ya da mesaj gelirse müzik kesiliyor. Bu tarz profesyonel işletmeciliğe sığmayan durumlarla karşılaşınca burası maalesef tekrar tercih etmeyeceğimiz oteller arasına girdi.

Otelin restuarant bölümü iyidi. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlüydü. Oda da olmamamıza rağmen, oda temizliği yapılmadı, hotels.com dan aldığım deniz manzaralı oda, kısmi deniz manzaralı çıktı, birde banyo dolaplarını artık değiştirmelisiniz bence, dökülmeye başlamış, dış güzelliği iyi olan bir otele yakışmıyor.
