Our room was clean and everything worked, with the exception of no hot water, just warm. I'm usually so happy to see protein on the breakfast menu, but the sausage links were too overcooked to ear, and I literally spit out eggshells in the eggs!! Also, they don't keep food refilled! By 8 a.m. they were out of eggs and waffles!! That's NOT ok when you advertise breakfast from 6-9 a.m.!! We were very disappointed!

The room wasn’t fully cleaned, food was left from the previous guest in the fridge, I had to borrow a broom and dustpan to sweep the floor. Crumbs and dirt were left on floor and there were several dead bugs by the door. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for the room, it wasn’t ideal and we wouldn’t stay again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The entire property smelled heavily of mildew and mold from the moment we entered the building. The odor was present throughout the hallways, common areas, and guest room areas and was so strong that it aggravated my asthma and caused breathing discomfort during my stay.

The hotel is clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard. There were noticeable maintenance issues throughout the property, and I was particularly concerned about safety after finding door that did not appear to lock properly. No guest should have to worry about their health or security while staying at a hotel.

What is even more unacceptable is that despite raising these concerns, the manager never contacted me, never followed up, and made no effort to address the situation. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing.

This property falls well below the standards I would expect from a branded hotel, and I cannot recommend staying here until these serious maintenance, cleanliness, and management issues are addressed.

The overall stay was fine for the price point. Staff was friendly at check-in, the breakfast seemed pretty normal for a continental breakfast, no complaints there. The room was pretty clean, though you can tell there are areas that could be updated.

Only con-the pool was closed so we had a very upset toddler who just wanted a swim. This wasn't mentioned on Expedia, otherwise we would have just stayed somewhere else.

Requested refund before unloading luggage into room. Room was filthy. Bedspread had numerous nasty stains and room walls had obvious mold and water damage issues. Hair in bathtub and commode rim dirty. Pictures were taken as proof. I explained that my sister had just had heart surgery and lung issues and absolutely could not be exposed to these conditions. The health department should be alerted.

My family and I checked in quite late after a long day of traveling. The instant we checked into our room, there was an intense smell but we just let it go because we couldn’t identify what it was. We started setting up for the night when my son attempted to take the pull out couch out. Upon doing so, he asked what something was on the couch. Clear as day, the mattress on the couch had rust stains and a giant section of mold. We went down to the front desk and they gave us a new room, which we were very appreciative of. Unfortunately this room not only had mold on their pullout couch too, there was mold on the walls (it was not dirt) and on the window curtains. He attempted to put us in another room but again it was the same. We were told we would get a refund but it would be taken care of the next day when the manager was on property. There was no way we could stay on property with little children. Unfortunately, after going back and forth between Expedia and them, they are refusing to give us a refund. If you have little children, allergies, or sensitivity’s to mold, don’t stay here.

They are terrible!!!

I paid through hotels.com for the room. When I got there, they took my card for the $100 incidentals and gave me the keys. Five minutes later, they called to let me know that the third party payment didn't get to them and they needed me to pay for the room. I called hotels.com while in the lobby and while waiting on hold, the person behind the desk called several other people to tell them their payments had declined, as well. THEN, they wouldn't cancel my reservation and now I have no onekey and no refund!

The property is in dire need of a deep cleaning/refurbish for all areas. The carpet throughout the facility is so dirty it is slick. Same goes for the furniture. The pool deck was very dirty, the paint in the pool is peeling, the water was not heated and there is no hot tub as advertised. They didn't have enough bath towels in the entire motel to give extra towels for our family of four OR supply towels for the pool. The lobby bathrooms were closed/locked with signs on them that stated \"For Employee Use Only\". So if your room bathroom was in use or you needed the bathroom at the pool you were just out of luck. The hotel staff were indignant and rude about the lobby bathroom closure and refused to open it for use. They did not tidy the room up daily, restock coffee or take the trash. I would absolutely NOT recommend this motel.

The girls at the front desk was very nice but not real good with the check in. After I got to my room she called me back down telling me my card, repeating the last 4 digits did not go through. First of all the last 4 numbers she repeated were not on that card or any card I have.
And it did go through just fine I just think she failed to put it in properly. Like I said though, she was really nice.

The service was good when I did talk to the woman at the front desk. The room on the other hand was a mess. Yes standard cleaning was done but you can tell that’s all that ever gets done. There was a good layer of dust on our fridge, every edge of carpet is covered in dust from not properly being vacuumed, there was trash behind our tv stand. For the price I was not happy let alone impressed

Once we arrived in room- TV didn’t work. “Arabella“ came to check TV only to discover the TV did not belong to the hotel. Prior guests had stolen hotel TV and switched out with one from home. Arabella moved us to a different room.

The weather stripping and door trim on the room door was not a good seal you can see the hallway through the doorseal from the doorknob to the carpet. Privacy breach. Telephone was broken and the message light kept blinking 24/7. I checked with hotel staff for messages and they agreed -- broken. The sink was cracked in several places!

The room was clean and staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the hot coffee!

Worst hotel stay EVER!

When we checked at 1am we were told that the elevator was broke, and had been broke for a week, yet no one contacted us and I had had the room booked for 2 months! Then they put us on the 3rd floor! We get into the room only to find dirty linens, someones retainer and chips under the edge of the bed. Then we walk over to close the curtains and find that the floor to the middle of the room is soaked! I went downstairs to get towels and had to go outside to get the staff member from her smoke break to get me towels....that then smelled of cigarette smoke-gross.
I called and spoke to the manager, and while he was nice he did nothing of what he said he would as far as the refund. Ultimately I had to contact my bank and issue a chargeback. This place is rundown and needs a serious makeover before they continue to charge the prices they do. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go to the Holiday Inn Express across the way for better everything!

The parking lot and their driveway in very poor shape - potholes and broken cement.
Fitted sheets not tucked in properly and wrinkled - suspect not very clean.
Carpet felt sticky.
Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00, but at 9:30 most items were out and were not replenished.
Refrigerator was extremely loud and we had to unplug it to sleep.

It was a fine room. I looked nice and was comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty good for what it was. The only two issue I found were, 1) when I turn the air up (as 65ish was a bit cold for me), there was a smell that would start to manifest, sort of wet/musty or such so I had to keep it cold to keep the smell dormant; 2) after showering, walked around barefoot until I ready enough to put on my socks, and when I did so, my feet were extremely dirty on the bottom - like almost black kind of dirty (but the floor didn't look like it was dirty so this this was horribly shocking). I started to wonder if the floor to this room had water damage at some point and wasn't clean properly or something. Otherwise, it was a pretty decent stay.

We rolled in to the hotel at 9pm and nobody was available at the front desk to check in. When we got to our room the pull out sectional mattress was stained and didnt appear clean. We also found pills on the floor and the outlets didnt work to charge our phones. I asked for a new room which was promptly given and there were no sheets for the pull out bed. The pool was green and the overall condition of the hotel was poor for the price. The location was ideal however.

Staff was friendly but check in was loud and the receptionist was talking with another person (I don't know if they worked there or where a guest or a friend) about getting drunk. The room was mostly clean but the halls, stairs, and elevator needed cleaned. We took the kids to the pool and when we grabbed towels they were covered in hair. One towel looked like it had been used to clean up a barber shop floor. The room was comfortable but there were stains (looked like green marker) on one of the comforters and the carpet had several spots on it where I assume things had been spilled. Other than those things the room was comfortable. It did need some updating/work done (the sink was cracked and the bathroom door didn't close correctly). We didn't have enough towels in our room for all of the family even though the room slept up to six people. Breakfast was not a good experience. There was not a good selection, or much of a selection at all, and the breakfast area needed cleaned. For the price of the room, I was not impressed.

It turned out to be a nice place to stay.

The stay was nice. The room and hotel was nice. The staff was very nice. Some items weren't completely stocked for 4 adults and we had to ask for what was missing but that really isn't a big deal. The breakfast was basic and good. I guess I was expecting a little more offerings for the breakfast based on the price of the stay. Even if potatoes were offered with the scrambled eggs and sausage I would have felt better. But other than that it was okay.

We came in town for a bowling tournament. The front desk woman was really nice! Room wasn’t bad as in being clean. BUT here’s the not so great things! The breakfast is from 6-9 which it should be at least a hour longer. The breakfast selection wasn’t the best but I’ve seen worse. Running egg whites aren’t the best at 7 am. The condition of the parking lot was awful. Pot hole city. And if your looking for comfort in a bed don’t go here. Mattresses are so flimsy with no comfort. Looks like mattresses are outdated with a old mattress cover that didn’t even stay on the mattress. Barely any channels to watch on the tv. But it served the purpose for the weekend since everything else was booked.

Way to expensive for many reasons to include the size of pool, gym, no vending or healther options on what they did offer. The phone in our room didnt work. 2019, March flood my family lives in Elwood, Ks was forced to reschedule my reservations twice. This due to the river cest & Evacuation was being put off until the river crested. Hotel was for safety not for leisure. I was informed I would not be charged for first or second reschedule! With this there is a charge debited to my account, I'm not sure anybody has that kind of money to just give away especially in a time of crisis. I also called ahead to change reservations. Then when I called to get it corrected again because I was told I would not be charged, (do have names)! I was told that I was being rude though I do not feel that I was, if anything I was upset, mainly because I might lose my home, our little town & many others in the surrounding areas sadly lost so much do to the Missouri river. I had every right to be irate but I was not. Due to the circumstances & being told I would not be charged and then was! Currently Trying to get a refund, for the rescheduled dates that we did not stay at the hotel. I did end up keeping the changed reservations for the fact of going to be charged at least for the first night but would have chose not to if my family would not be out the money, especially as I stated in time crisis. If it was them im sure they would have been upset as well.

I was in room 218. I slept in bed closest to the window. The mattress was twenty five years old. It had a dent in it from years of others sleeping in the same spot. Very very uncomfortable. I did not rest well.

It is a good clean hotel . I was a little disappointed they were out of sausage and eggs for breakfast by 6:30 when breakfast started at 6 and I sat and ate cereal and fruit and it still never got refilled.

Compared to other locations the breafast place could use a bit of sprucing up to make it more inviting and offer some extras for the oatmeal like walnuts, raisins and honey. In addition, add some nice bread to toast. Otherwise, clean, comfortable and more than adequate for a business trip. WI-FI worked better than most other places so well done.
