Like most older buildings, there is no elevator. We were only staying overnight due to the hotel's proximity to the airport. But it was very nice, good breakfast included, and airport shuttle. Amenities looked great but we were only there overnight.

I like the convenience of the hotel being close to the airport. And the little village they are in was the best. The room I stayed in was nice. And the staff were helpful. And the cook was great, she made a nice omelette for me for breakfast.

For a one night stay to get to the airport, this basic hotel and room were fine - only 3 minutes drive away and plenty of parking. Location on the main road creates noise which can’t be avoided on the balcony.

This hotel couldn’t have been more accommodative! Conveniently located near the airport too. I hurt my foot pretty badly the day we arrived and they bent over backwards to get me ice and be helpful. We couldn’t go to old town as planned because of my injury so they allowed us to stay at the pool all day until our flight. And the food was delicious too. Highly recommend -such a great staff

Airport shuttle is a scam. They charge $25 euros for a 3 miles ride. Better to take an Uber. Uber prices are way lower, only 10 euros. No restaurant available. Staff need to be retrained on how to handle customers. Rooms is clean.

First of all, the staff was truly wonderful, and the room was very clean. I must complain, however, that the main light in the room did not work, so it was very dim. The towel bar in the bathroom was completely broken, and the pieces of it were sitting right there, waiting to be fixed. Why would we have been given a room that needed these repairs??? -- The hotel was most certainly not full! There was a small refrigerator in the room, but the cord does not reach any outlet, so it was the same as having no refrigerator at all. There was no electric pot or coffee-making facility in the room whatsoever. We had an early morning flight, so a cup of coffee would have been appreciated. We paid for a fully-functional room, and that is not what we received for our payment. I wish for Hotels.com to be aware of these shortcomings.

This property is in a quiet location near the airport. We stayed here our last night of travel to be nearer the airport. There is a restaurant and historic church across the street and another restaurant within reasonable walking distance. There is a convenient store next to hotel for buying snacks, drinks. The hotel is very clean and has a rooftop pool, nice for watching sunsets. The staff was very nice and helpful. They arranged transport to airport for us. The transport arrived in a timely manner and the driver was very nice.

The hotel is a typical airport hotel. We only stayed for one night. The room was spacious and nice. The hotel does not have an elevator. Close to the airport. All good!

The older hotel staff was very unprofessional. I asked him several times about dining options in the area. Instead of being helpful, it felt like I was bothering him. Beware the shuttle option from the hotel is 22 Euros. This was not disclosed initially. The airport is 3 minutes from a hotel you can get an Uber or Bolt for 8 Euros.

No major issues, just minor niggles
The hotel is very handy for the airport but the downside is aircraft noise. The room was clean and functional as was the bathroom. We couldn't get the a/c to work and the louvres on the blinds were seized up. This meant that the room was pitch black during the day. You could open the blinds and windows but this let in all the street noise. The breakfast was great

We had 2 rooms and in 1 the air conditioning was not working and in the other when it was on there was a consistent very loud piercing high ringing sound so you could not sleep and gave us headaches. We told the staff and they shrugged and they did not answer my emails until after we left. There is no elevator and the rooms are all on 3 levels so if you have a lot of heavy baggage it is inconvenient and there is no one at the front desk to help you. Choose another hotel, this was a bad experience!

We only picked this hotel for our last night in Croatia because it is next to the airport. We found the hotel closed on Sunday afternoon,!finally after waiting around outside some girl from across the street came over and checked us in. We both had large, heavy suitcases and she gave us a room on the second floor and did not offer any help with our bags and there was no elevator. There was a restaurant in the hotel as pictured but it was closed. There was a little market next to the hotel but as I looked for the entrance I was verbally accosted by 5 drunk old men and women, sort of like hobos, who started yammering in a variety of languages until I walked away. We found a pizzeria across the street where we had dinner. In the morning the guy at the front desk said he was the hotel shuttle and asked for 35€ (the night before they would not give me the price). Since we were only about 1 mile from the airport, and there was a taxi stand outside advertising 13 Euro to the airport, we settled for 25€ because it was early and there was nothing else we could do. He took us for the less than 5 minute drive in a beat up old Mercedes. Most of the satellite channels on the TV didn’t work. The sheets were scratchy. Overall a very poor experience, do not recommend.

Room was nice, modern, clean. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. I spent the night there so I could be close to the airport to fly out the next day. Not much around the hotel so Uber was the only choice to get to anything. Pretty pushy about 10am check out time. Noisy cleaning crew started by 8am. The front desk guy was the shuttle to the airport, 5 minute ride and charged me 22 Euros. Uber would have been much cheaper. No water in the swimming pool. Will not come back.

For an airport hotel we got pretty much what we expected. A clean room with a good bathroom and tv. Just beware if you are booking for any other purpose than a quick stop before the airport. The pool that was advertised had no water and the air conditioning in the room was poor ( I wouldn’t like to stay there in the summer heat) A very poor selection for breakfast and I would not have been impressed if I had paid extra for it.

Hi, the people were nice and we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant and bar were not open, but they served us dinner and drinks just ourselves. Breakfast was nice. We were able to check in early, so that was a plus, but there was no one at the desk to help with us for a long time. The food was very good and its right next to the airport. There is no elevator so we had to leave our big luggage on the first floor.

I will start with the positives. The room was clean and quiet. The staff tried to be very helpful. There was no elevator and I had a lot of luggage. I hurt my back taking the luggage up two flights of stairs. I tried to get her to at least put me on the first floor but that did not happen. I came down for dinner in your restaurant and it was closed. The gentleman said he could fix me Bolognese and it would take about 30 minutes before he could do it. I thought you had transportation to the airport but you just call a taxi. My experience overall 2as not good and that is the reason for the poor rating. I am amazed at your overall rating for your hotel and cannot figure out how that happened.

While the hotel is very close to the airport, new and very well maintained. I had an early morning flight. The airline told me to be at the airport 120 minutes before departure. The check-in clerk/ van driver argued this with me. I then paid $€17 for the van at his time in the morning. The next day (the day of my flight) 15 minutes before van departure he still had not come downstairs and so I called an Uber. I had initiated my own checkout by leaving my key on the desk with a post it, since no one was attending it in the morning.

We chose Konavle due to its location to the Dubrovnik Airport. We were very pleased when we arrived. The owner/manager of the hotel met us at the front lobby and allowed us to check in nearly 2 hours early. Additionally he upgraded our room. He made us very happy to have chosen this hotel. The owner/manager carried all of our luggage to our room without asking a thing. The room was very nice with a delightful balcony. There is a great sitting room on the 2nd floor for reading or just chatting with others. A nice pool and sitting area is also right there. At first we were concerned about the traffic going right past the front of the hotel and very fast and noisy.

On arrival they said I had to pay more for the third person because on Expedia it said the reservation was for 2 not 3. I went on Expedia and searched the cost of the room with 3 people and with 2 people - it is the exact same. There is NO rate difference on Expedia whether you select 2 travelers or 3. I had already paid the highest rate to book the largest room to sleep 3, but we had to pay an additional 30 Euros to have 3 people in a room for 3. That did not feel right and it was not right.

The staff at this hotel are extremely accommodating and kind. They went so out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. They were also cheerful and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a short term stay. The very small village has a nice museum, church and several nice paths for walking. There are so excellent restaurants within a short Uber or can ride but only a pizzeria (excellent flavors) and the restaurant in the hotel are walkable. There are also two coffee shops that are nice but no food. The prices for food and wine at the hotel are high compared with other options that you have to Uber to. The breakfast that’s included with your room includes fresh, made to order eggs, which was a refreshing change from the standard buffet scrambled eggs in a warming pan. Over all, I think given the off-season accommodations, the prices are a bit too high, but it’s a pleasant place to stay with an absolutely fabulous staff, especially one very friendly brown haired lady, I wish that I had gotten her name so I could recognize her properly.

Beach is just few minutes away where you can enjoy water sports such as parasailing, diving or just walk along the promenade. Guests can enjoy the local cuisine at the restaurant 250 meters from the property.
There is also a small supermarket 500 meters away. The public bus going to Dubrovnik and Cavtat stops 500 meters away.
Mlini town center is 1 km from our House. In the Dubrovnik Old Town guests can explore the monumental Dubrovnik Walls and Stradun Promenade or relax at one of the many picturesque cafes and restaurants.
Beautiful panoramic views of the city and the islands can be enjoyed while riding Dubrovnik Cable Car. Daily trips to Elaphite Islands or Dubrovnik Riviera can be organized on-site.
